The Pizza Shack & Juice Bar in Tonbridge and Malling

We came here for the opening after it had been refurbished. It has been changed in to a cocktail and tapas bar. The staff were super friendly, and the food and cocktails were superb, and the new decor looks fantastic! A really great place to go with family and friends, and just what west malling needed!

My partner and I have a lovely evening here. We’d never been before nor been to this area but we wanted to go somewhere local-ish, for a date night. Our waiter Damien was superb, very friendly, with great recommendations.

So got here on a warm Saturday night. Guy at the bar at the entrance said the bar in the cow shed wasn't open......wrong as it was. Ordered 4 bottles of Corona and two pints of coke. Bottled beer was warm and the excuse was that they had been busy! Well sorry that's ok then......not, £27 and the only thing cold was the coke!! In the cowshed however which was open the beer was cold and strangely cheeper. I suggest you invest in a couple of back up fridges pal!!

Food was lovely great choice for all, really nice atmosphere, Service from Alex the waiter was superb What more can we ask for!

Really impressed with the set up here, we were sat under the cow shed and ordered from the pub and the Pizza shack, real nice cosy feel to it and will definitely return

Lovely visit down to West Malling at the weekend with friends. Lovely friendly smiles from the staff, who couldn't be happier to help (even if I did change my order half way through)! Highly recommend this place, and they're alliance with The Farmhouse is perfect, as you can enjoy the pizza in the communal outdoor dining area. I'll be back!!

Have now had 2 takeaways from here Their simple margaritas was so delish and just had their Stagioni with ample toppings. So so good. Mmmm what to have next?

Visited with my fiance to mark a special occasion after having wanting to visit for ages now. He reserved a table in advance and all I can say is good job as on arrival the place was incredibly busy. Considering it was a weeknight and only a Wednesday we were very taken a back by how busy it was. We arrived just before 7 and had we not have booked a table we would have struggled to get one as I think there was only 1 free and the place only seemed to get busier as the evening went on. Always a good sign! We ordered a calzone and tell a porky shack pizza with a garlic flat bread to share between the two of us. The food was phenomenal! Absolutely incredible. The pizzas were huge! We struggled to eat it all but didn't want to leave any. They do offer pizza boxes to take away left overs. We waited around 40 minutes which I do think is a little more than the usual wait time however we didn't mind as we were too busy enjoying our drinks and chatting away just relaxing after a long day at work. We both thoroughly loved the atmosphere of the place. It's the perfect place to enjoy the nicer weather we've had lately. Just wish we hadn't of waited so long to visit. They also have table tennis which you can use which I think is a very nice touch. The pizzas are a little more pricey than other places but I do think they're worth it especially if its to celebrate a nice occasion. Cocktails are £5 between 4 and 6 weekdays so will definitely return for that. And they also offer afternoon tea .- so many reasons to visit again.

My wife, myself and 5 year old son visited this place this evening for the first (and last) time. We walked up to the counter to look at the menu and a burly looking man said "what can I get you?" I said we are just looking at the menu, he didn't reply. After we'd chosen I said we were ready to order, he said "Oh you're ready now are you? Well I'm not." (Without so much as a smile to let us know if he was joking or not!) He then wrote some of our order down then just walked off, and said "i'm going" and left a young girl to take the rest of our order. Unbelievable! The pizzas came out quite quickly afterwards, they were sopping wet in the middle (which I hate), no cutlery, no serviettes offered, for the price? We expected more than this rubbish service and pizza. Never again.

Great location and concept with the addition of the cocktail shack and Farmhouse pub. Waited over an hour for a juice and had to remind twice. One pizza wasn't as ordered so had to go back-waited further 20 mins for them to add ham to it. Staff were dismissive and clearly not bothered which is such a shame as puts us off returning. Cocktail shack didn't take card payment either. Venue is obvs very popular but service lets it down

Sat outside in the sunshine and had a delicious freshly cooked hot pizza and a spritzer, what more can i say!

Tried to order a takeout on Sunday around 1830 - no answer on the phone after five attempts. Decided to take a ride down anyway. On arrival, they were open. Determined, I decided to order. I waited, waited, waited - watching the staff refuse to turn and face the counter for a full five minutes. When they did turn around - it took another 5 minutes for them to acknowledge me. Order placed - told to come back in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, approached the the counter and asked the server for my pizzas - queue befuddled stare from the server who looked at me for a full minute not saying a word. Luckily, Chef saw the situation and politely handed my pizzas over to me. Overall, possibly the worst service I have ever seen from staff and I have been to many a Wetherspoons...Luckily the pizzas were not too bad.

Enjoyed a pizza and a cocktail with a friend, for an early dinner date. Tasty dough base, the woodfiring obviously adding to the flavour and finish, plentiful toppings. There could have been more base sauce, but that may be my preference The cocktail was delicious and heady. We sat outside in the late summer evening and that provided a holiday vibe, which we liked so much we are coming back with more friends to do a birthday get together in June. I would preference a takeaway from here over Dominos or similar.

A great atmosphere, took the kids for pizza and band night. Superb pizzas and I'm fussy!! We all shared and couldn't fault any of them. The staff were all fantastic, we waited a while for the pizzas but we're told there would be a wait, we just soaked in the atmosphere and enjoyed the evening immensely

I came here with a friend. It's a nice idea but I found the pizzas to be over complicated. Maybe I just have simple tastes.

Never been here before but was drinking in the attached Farmhouse pub and was sitting outside. My husband and I met some friends and hadn't had the chance to grab dinner so thought we would give it a try. They have the biggest pizza oven I have ever seen, a small but sufficient menu and it was reasonably priced we felt for a freshly made Pizza. It was rather delicious I indulged the calzone. Probably the best I have had in a while. Only niggle was it was a Saturday night and there was an amazing atmosphere outside in the pub and cocktail shack but when you walked in it was very quiet and the staff seemed friendly but didn't engage with you. Maybe some music being played would help provide some atmosphere and the staff needing to build a rapport with the customer a little more. We were the only two in the shop and I would say we felt a little awkward with the level of silence. This doesn't however take away from the quality of the pizzas they were yummy and hit the spot.

Excellent pizza of the quality you might find on the continent in a fun outdoor setting at the upper end of what one might expect to pay for street food. Helpful and well-meaning, though not entirely in control staff will get you sorted eventually, but not promptly. The juices are not quite the freshly prepared offerings one might hope for at these prices. I am open to correction, but I suspect house blends of pre-existing juices rather than macerated fruit and veg pulverised on site to order. They took long enough to turn up to be the real stuff, but it looked to me more like the popularity of the place in the fine weather was the real reason for the wait. But as I said before, GREAT pizza!

Wir wollten dort an einem Freitagabend Pizza essen. Geparkt haben wir direkt in der Nähe. Der erste Eindruck war gut. Ein hipper Laden, vor dem draußen viele junge Menschen saßen. Aber es wurde uns schnell klar, warum so viele in der Kälte saßen. Es gab keine Möglichkeit drinnen zu sitzen. Deshalb haben wir uns spontan umentschieden und zwei Pizzen und einen Smoothie "Take away" bestellt.

Been to the farmhouse a few times never been to the pizza shack. It was excellent pizza with very good ingredients and fast service can't ask for more.

Bought 4 Pina Colada - waited 20 minutes for them to be made, then found a piece of metal in 2 of them. Got a refund for one. did not get a replacement drink. Very disappointing. No customer service at all, the barman was only interested in whether his blender was ok!

A great quick eat when having a drink in the beautiful gardens.

Appallingly rude and abrupt service on my last two visits. Have ordered take outs from here many times before as the pizza quality is good, but recent cheap labour staff hires will end up killing the business in the long term.

Lovely setting outside, Farmhouse for Wine and beverages, quick service, great choice and great price £12 big enough to share per couple, Excellent.

I work near Wast Malling and previously seen that round the back of the Farmhouse was the Pizza Shack. As the weather was fantastic today my wife and I popped in for a freshly cook pizza. I asked about the free flat bread, as mentioned on their website menu and told they don't that anymore, a little disappointed. Ordered a freshly made smoothly as well. The pizza and smoothly were both delicious, just under £30 for 2.

We were walking around West Malling viewing the open gardens and decided to have a drink in the Farmhouse. It was such a nice day, we decided to sit out the back in the sun. We got a table in the covered area and noticed the pizza place beside us, so I ordered a spicy pizza before heading into the bar to order some drinks. The pizza arrived just after I returned from the bar and was delicious. Nice and spicy with lots of flavour called the Top of the Hots. The table was very comfortable with a semi circular sofa, the table could have been a bit cleaner as it had crumbs on it, but that was all I could fault.

Me and a friend go here regularly on Fri lunchtime and always have the calzone which is really good. Must try some of the other pizzas. Proper pizzas cooked in a wood fired oven. Much better than the crap Dominos are serving. Well worth a visit, especially in the summer. Need to start using this for takeaways instead of that nightmare Dominos up the road at Kings Hill which I will be reviewing next.

Two fantastic pizzas - quality toppings and no greasy residue on the boxes. The garlic flat bread was also very good. Not the cheapest but definitely would recommend

Gorgeous sourdough pizzas - something that West Malling definitely needed. Beautiful shop and friendly staff. Only criticism would be to slightly expand the menu as some of the toppings are quite an acquired taste. Also local delivery service would be amazing!!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed a seafood pizza with a bottle of white from the Farmhouse pub one Friday afternoon back in August. We sat in the sun and enjoyed our food, it was the perfect pizza and we will definitely be back for more.

Went this evening to the pizza shack with two children and four adults. The pizzas were delicious and the service good. We had side orders of ham and mushrooms on one pizza, and they very kindly did a half and half topping to accodomadate the six yr old. The side salads were enough for two people. Everyone enjoyed the garlic bread. All in all a very pleasant meal. Would recommend.

Enjoyed a really lovely meal here with the family. Pizza was very good and the service first rate, very friendly staff. Well situated in West Malling.

Ordered a Calzone, which only took about 15 minutes to be baked in their oven, served on a wooden pizza plate, very tasty and filling and atmosphere around the place was good.

When we ordered our pizza my friend didn't present the leaflet saying half price pizza which we saw on the tables. He didn't notice they didn't give the discount and when we realised and went back they flatly refused to honour the deal they were promoting. The result is 12,people who like eating out in the area who will not eat there ever again. Poor.

The pizza shack is a great addition to west malling, proper italian style pizzas from a wood burner oven which are absolutely delicious with a great range of different. Will be back.

For an out of London pizzeria this is very good. Good topings, crispy base, swift service and a nice setting. It's pizza; needs to be crisp, thin and tasty. All boxes ticked.

Found this place by accident, Pizzas are cooked to order and there is a good choice with smaller ones for the kids. Much better than the usual Pizza Express, Zizzi high street chain stuff. Reasonably priced too with me paying £16 for 1 adult pizza, one child pizza and two soft drinks.

the best pizza i have ever had, staff are excellent and the food is to match. the pizzas are cooked in a real pizza oven and the decor of the kitchen order area is great. a must visit for families and foodies the like.

My hubby and I stumbled across this pizza shack on our holiday in Kent, and it was the perfect stop for Sunday evening. We enjoyed garlic bread and pizza which were all delicious, fresh and hot. Shame that other diners were smoking inside the covered dining area. They should make this area non-smoking, and smoking outside only.

Our first pizza from here and we were not disappointed. I rang our order through at 6.20pm and was told it would be ready by half past. I had ordered 5 different pizzas and 3 flat breads! When I arrived the order was just being taken out of the pizza oven and the smell was amazing! I have 3 teenage sons and they and my husband and I ate every mouthful. I even ate my crusts and I never eat them. It was that good! The bases were thin and crispy, what I would call authentic pizza. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. We had a classic Margherita, Quatro Stagioni, Pepperoni, Tell a Porky Shack and The Fancy Goatee. The amount of topping was perfect, unlike some pizza chains I have used. The gentleman that took my order even offered to carry my pizzas to my car for me. Fantastic service. I will definitely be back. Soon!

We went to the Pizza Shack and Juice bar on the off-chance, but will be back. The sourdough base pizzas are light and crispy on the outside, but have a bit of softness left inside. There's a lovely range of fresh ingredients laid out on the counter, and then there's that lovely smell coming from the wood fired oven.
