Order never delivered! Drivers don’t deliver the orders. Spoke to someone at the shop they couldn’t resend them or refund me straight away. Terrible service well no service at all. It’s not a first time this happened!

Got a take out with my wife. Ordered from here before and it's been really good! Crust was a bit chared and was cold and the toppings especially the ham on the 'Autumn' pizza were different sizes and not fresh tasting. Will order again because we've ordered a few times but just disappointing!

Fantastic vegan pizza, absolutely gorgeous base and tasty toppings. A friendly, clean, comfortable place with pizza chefs who know their trade. I have built pizza ovens, taught pizza baking and sampled pizza from here to Italy and these guys get it spot on. I would return to New Cross just to eat there again. Cheap and relaxed, a great place.

From reading the reviews I wonder whether they have different staff on different nights! We went for dinner here last night and all had excellent pizzas!! Several of the party were vegetarian/vegan and there was lots of options for them, and I took a pizza off the menu and altered the toppings slightly which was seemingly no problem at all! Exactly what we ordered was delivered, delicious home-made bases (I think from the big bags of flour stacked in the kitchen), cooked to perfection! Clean well presented shop, with helpful friendly staff. And cold beer! 10/10 from me! Many thanks

Popped in for a pizza before a gig over the road. The pizza was delicious and bery reasonably priced.

The pizzas were not cooked properly, had Pizzas before , But today was not cooked, horrible and waste of money,. Won’t be back ..

They do not tailor orders correctly and do not correct when informed. Food and money wasted tonight. Total waste of time. Manager made false claims to be sending out a follow up corrected order. When chased he said it was not coming.

Have been ordering with them for years and suddenly they screw up an order and do not fix the problem. Now we’re going without dinner on a Friday night and they wipe their hands clean of the issue. Wasted money.

We needed to order in and we were told of the greatness of The Pizza Room and it didn't disappoint.... ooohhhh my god it was really great and I will be driving down to buy this pizza as they don't deliver in my neighborhood.

We ordered from The Pizza Room through Deliveroo so we ate at home rather than in the restaurant. Therefore I can’t comment on the service, ambience etc. - only the food. The garlic bread was great and my boyfriend really enjoyed his pizza which also looked great. However, my pizza was burned at the bottom, parts of the crust were so black that they were inedible and the base also appeared to be heavily salted. So, all in all it was pretty inconsistent and I wouldn’t order from them again.
