Can’t rate them highly enough! The pizza guys are my go to for takeaway! Food is great, reasonably priced, I’m very picky but they are always able to accommodate for my preferences! Drivers are always friendly, absolutely love it, thanks so much all :)

Good spot to have some dinner after a long day in London. Food was priced well and very filling. The pizza topping was fresh and cooked very to perfection. The service was great and they even told us of a better deal for value which is nice.

The pizzas were so horrible that we ate all of them in disbelief that anything could taste that bad! The milkshake that we shared was so awful that we ordered another one just to see how bad it would be!

Ordered a selection of pizzas, potato wedges and mozzarella sticks for our Engagement party and they were brilliant. Freshly cooked, wide variety of choice, very hot in temperature and were delivered on time. Great communication when ordering and paying, a seamless transaction. Would absolutely recommend these guys for any occasion…

We ordered a large set of 25 Pizzas for our Juniors Awards party at our village cricket club . They were excellent. Arrived bang on time,hot, decent portions, with the large traditional crust full of flavour, plenty of toppings . Delivered in a Smart little car right to the door. Hardly anything left over , And alot of satisfied youngsters and parents really enjoyed these perfect pizzas. Best in Stortford !!

Great pizza, we found them during covid and have become loyal customers since. Our go-to pizza place! Great friendly staff.

First time I’ve used Pizza Guys . Messsge told me one hour for delivery , but arrived after about 30 minutes. Hot and decent flavour. Just the basic cheese and pepperoni. Next time will go for some other toppings.

We ordered delivery to our hotel from here and it was great! Just a large pepperoni but it was very tasty and delivered in a good time. Order the honey BBQ sauce :)

The pizza was absolutely banging, hot, loads of toppings, it was fresh and not greasy. I got a side of wings aswell and they we delicious. I look forward to ordering another pizza from you 🎉🎉

I've only ever ordered take away so I can't comment on the atmosphere. Sometimes I am served by a Gal so the name is a bit deceiving. but the pizza is always of the highest quality 😄

I don’t get takeaways often but I’ve had pizza guys in the past and they used to be a lot better, pizza made with fresher and better quality ingredients but this time it was rubbery, greasy and bland - chicken shop standard, not dissimilar to Chicago town pizzas from Tesco. What let down and waited a long time for it too. I wont be ordering again.

Best pizza take away in Stortford by a long stretch. Pizza’s always taste fresh, the stuff crust base is magical and the hot wings are amazing. Highly recommended!

BOGOF offer was unexpected but welcome, with thin crust you really do eat more than planned! Clean and nice private booths. Hot or cold drink options. Toppings were fresh and went down quick. We were able to put in an order to pick up in two hours after the show ended, and they were made on time and hot out of the oven, no waiting.

We ordered 38 pizzas for over 70 girls after a roller skating session and every pizza was delicious, hot and fresh. Customer service from the planning to the delivery was spot on. And the delivery driver went the extra mile and delivered the pizza's to the sports bar.

I gave five stars as the service is very good they deliver on time

Delivered hot and within 20mins of ordering and tasted good, one of the better pizza outlets in Stortford imo.

Amazing. Compared.to Domino's, there reliability is great and there deals can get you a massive feast. Irated the atmosphere 4 stars because my worst enemy was there. But still good, way better than the new prett.

Delivery driver couldn’t find my cottage & couldn’t understand me when I was trying to direct him to me. Pizza was cold when I actually got it. Wont use them again.

I've ordered from here in the past many times and each time was pretty good. This last time I had asked for vegan cheese on my pizza (which I usually do) and they got my order completely wrong. I had tried calling the restaurant no answer, so I emailed asking for amendment because quite honestly I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake along with the poor quality food. But I was completely disregarded saying that they 'tried to contact me with the change but weren't able to reach me' absolutely ridiculous I never received a phone call. And why would you say that the driver was trying to contact me shouldn't the restaurant had?! They never said there was no vegan cheese so obviously this is their mistake. Really confused how these people run their business. THEN the worst part is that they offered me a generic code for 10 pounds off my next order. when I SHOULD be getting a full refund for this awful order. And like I would ever order from you again after this experience. Dont bother with this place absolutely awful, avoid completely.

Prompt delivery, burgers and chips were still hot and the chips crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside. Portions were good . We have no complaints

Ordered delivery. Items left off, pizza was that of a kids school lunch, and sadly, Dominos would have probably been better. Greek salad: feta was ATROCIOUS. Delivery driver was nice but clearly did not check the order because he handed me the receipt and said the items were not on there until I pointed to it and then he claimed he’s just the driver 🙄. The food has left us nauseous the next morning and we have to fly. I am disappointed because these reviews do not reflect what we received. Will never order or recommend Update: it was DEFINITELY the salad and cheese, as my daughter and I became horribly ill for 24 hours and my son only a stomach ache. This RUINED our trip and we lost a day and half of travel. This was the WORST experience I’ve had with food. I do not write negative reviews lightly as I know it could damage a business, but I feel it very important to warn anyone ordering dairy products here. I am deeply disappointed with this experience

Service was quicker than expected which was great, one item wrong but correct item delivered quickly, food every good except for Chicken New Yorker pizza , small cubes of “chicken “ topping not had on any pizzas before, Not a fan 👎 would not choose again until topping improved! First time trying out The Pizza Guys and we are very pleased Fresh pizza dough & the garlic bread baguette is the best we’ve every had We will definitely use them again The only piece of feedback was on the wings for us we like them when they are crispy but the flavour was lovely

First time tee had tried Pizza Guys … they arrived tight on time and still hot. Very nice … lots of topping… will have them again although l did think they were expensive

The most fatty wings I never knew existed. Disgusting. Burger ‘meat’ was probably 20% beef 80% who knows. Very cheap ingredients and they tasted bad. Cost of living crisis causing them to serve up rubbish.

After 30 min late delivery I've call the restaurant and they said its on his way After this they updated the delivery time later with 1 h over first delivery estimated time This is unacceptable for me and my guests Do not recommend them if they are not able to respect the delivery time

Decidedly average pizza, and the order of 6 pizzas, 1 was incorrect. Got a pepperoni rather than a BBQ beef.

The team at The Pizza Guys were very accommodating for my son's birthday party. The order was made quickly and efficiently and the kids loved it. It was no problem to cut the cake and sing him Happy Birthday. Recommended!

These guys are brilliant- we ordered 24 different pizzas that they put together, labelled individually and delivered plus they gave us a discount. Ali and Darren could have done more for us - friendly, efficient and a total pleasure to deal with. Not a single errrr on a big order - Oh and the pizzas were lovely too

SIMPLY AWESOME PIZZA - As a former senior adviser and restaurant manager to the late Peter Boizot. (Founder of Pizza Express) I would like to think I know something about Pizza. These guys bake some of the most delicious pizzas I have ever tasted. Daz could not have been more helpful delivering my food but sorry you lose the fifth star because you forgot my dipping sauces!

I ordered for delivery for the next day, as a leaving lunch party at work. The guys went totally out of their way to deliver to us well before their delivery starting time! The food was very good! Fresh and hot! Thank you pizza guys!

First time using this restaurant and everything was great!! Definitely recommend the wings, they were delish! Something was left out of our order and they remedied the situation very quickly!! Would def recommend and order from here again!!!

Really bad food. Pizza tasted spongey and reheated. Topping tasted artificial. Chicken wings microwaved so soggy rather than crispy. I like food and I've left lots of it!!! Don't know how they have been voted so high. Worst pizza delivery I've every had and I've had few

Driver was really friendly , but the pizza I’m affaird was awful , the cheese one was stuck to the bottom of the box and so hot it all feel apart , the spicy beef one tasted off and it all went in the bin , used to really enjoy pizza guys shame but I won’t be returning

I've had pizza from these guys a few times. Sad to say that it's not great, very oily and I've also been treated very unkindly and dismissively over the phone by one of the female staff members (the same woman) several times.
