I visited the cafe recently with my dog and this poor girl was working all by herself in the cafe and the day care, and this poor girl looking flustered and stressed had to work both the services by herself obviously there has been a poor employment structure as there was only one employee running them both. i think that the business owners should be hiring two employees to run one service each as it seems to much to handle with only one employee. Apart from this the food was lovely and the service was great from this girl despite the hard conditions she was working in.

Went to Rivington Pike for a walk round, didn’t know this little stop off was there so thought it would be welcomed break. The two young girls serving were so rude. I would hate to think my daughter spoke to any prospective customer like one of them did. We didn’t realise you had to wait outside for someone to serve you, there wasn’t a polite sign anywhere asking you to do that. As I was walking in one of them literally barked at me and told me to go outside. So embarrassing. Just hope serving customers isn’t her full time job. Manners don’t cost anything.

A brew with a view! A quaint little coffee shop at the base of Rivington Pike. Offers hot and cold drinks and snacks with a friendly family service. Great views over the countryside from high on winter hill Very popular with hikers and mountain bikers on the way to the pike

Shocking! Cafe staff are lovely, been visiting here over many years. The 'fryer' still not working after many weeks!! Serving the smallest teacakes for £1.60, they don't even taste good. Staff have been told to use the cheapest, thinnest bread for toast but still charge 95p!! Portion sizes of food reduced!!!! Other supermarket cafe's are much better ie, Tesco and Morrisons. Gone are the days when you got good food for reasonable prices!! All asda cafes are the same now, please do something about them or loyal customers will go elsewhere!!!

My husband and I had the full English breakfast. It arrived cold. Bacon was so small wasn't even a child's portion, sausages where cremated.I asked about jam for the toast and was told it is 50p per portion!!!! The waitress had a bad attitude and definitely should not be in the hospitality industry. We came here because previously the good and service was really good. Definitely would not recommend and we will not be returning. No name badge visible, small, slim and rough looking.
