An amazing little find, great atmosphere, casual dining with phenomenal food! Burger and fries and frickles were stunning! It's shows they are passionate about doing feel-good food well! I will be back!

Visited here for dinner whilst myself and husband were on a city break. Amazing food and drink all fairly priced. Would recommend

We were visiting the area from the south coast and found this place by random. A cool vibe atmosphere with great food, served by very friendly and attentive staff 👌 Would highly recommend this place 🥰 A word of warning, don't underestimate their burger sizes, they are huge 🤣 but you with love them. Also, if you love pork try the teriyaki pork belly, its divine 😋

Very lovely place, we really enjoyed our time. What I think was the best part, was the fact that we could bring our dog with us, and enjoy our time together inside, not freezing to death. The members of staff were all very lovely. Food arrived fast, maybe took 10-20min. It was tasty and warm, and the price was good for the food that we ordered. We liked that the drinks were served from cans as we knew what we are getting and how watered or unwatered down it would be. They provided our dog with a dog bowl and even out of kindness gave him some pulled pork, which was sweet. The atmosphere is really nice and stylish, really liked it. It really stands out compared to other cafes and restaurants.

What an absolute gem of a place! We got last orders to take away the final night of spectra and the food and vibes were immaculate!! The halloumi loaded fries and flank steak loaded fries were unreal. Could not recommend more and can't wait to come back!!!!

A walk-in midweek, but during the Aberdeen Restaurant Week - so a bit busy. Got a seat in the eclectic upstairs area. Super girl serving - attentive and friendly. Meal arrived quickly - very generous helping and the food was extremely tasty. The restaurant deal also made it exceptional value. Will definitely return…

I have been here a number of times in the past and it was great. Tonight’s food however was something else, it was beyond amazing. The Boar bbq (similar name) was so tasty it was just a delight and didn’t last long enough for a photo. The sauce the meat and even the bun was so tasty. Steak loaded fries from here were also amazing as well. The food is top quality, tasty and prepared with lots of care. Must try this place, you will not be disappointed.

Great place to have a nice meal and there's a pub right next door for some drinks after your food, great staff and excellent food, especially the buffalo wings (very spicy), been here everything were in Aberdeen and never been disappointed

Amazing street food!! I had the filthy burger and some mediterranean halloumi fries. Really good quality and portion size. Overall a lovely place to go and would definitely go back to try some more!!

Excellent. It will not make you slimmer but who cares to develop high cholesterol if you have full belly and smile on your face? :) Honest, hearty and freshly prepared food. We had tacos and thoroughly enjoyed them. Portions are very decent. Frickles are to die for!

Waited 10 mins, came back and was asked to wait 10 more as they forgot my order…. Not nice in winter…. Food was bad too.

This place is in a league of its own, it’s a wonderful independent place with gorgeous food, amazing cocktails and wonderful staff! If you are in Aberdeen and want to hit a hotspot for modern food and fresh ideas then don’t hesitate, this is the place to be! Keep up the good work with putting Aberdeen on the food map!

Called in on a cold Monday night almost near closing time while working away and enjoyed fresh quality cooked food with great service. Beautiful!!

Amazing pork belly teriyaki topped fries and the burger was top class. Onion rings are huge!! Service was great - very friendly and restaurant is quirky with cool decor and very central. I don't drink alcohol and the member of the team who served us found out which cocktail would be best made into a mocktail - we had lovely passionfruit mojitos which hit the spot. This restaurant is a must visit if you're visiting Aberdeen 🍔 🍟

Chose this place because it has a really good selection of gluten free dishes and great online reviews. The dining area is upstairs - it's nice and simple with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were friendly and didn't mind that we took an age deciding what we wanted cos we were chatting so much! We ordered 2 of the loaded fries options (with halloumi and BBQ pulled pork which came with a gorgeous cheesy dipping sauce) plus a side of halloumi and a spicy chicken and jalapeno tortilla - all to share. We polished off the lot along with cocktails. The only downside was that we were enjoying it so much we didn't want to bother going anywhere else but as they close at 10 we had no option but leave with our full bellies! Highly recommend!

A gem of tasty comfort food in Aberdeen, the pork belly starter is delicious!

We came here just by chance one evening and we will 100% come back! We shared the loaded pork belly fries… absolutely to die for, Onion rings which were so crispy, burger which was juicy and tasty, chicken wings which were saucy and succulent. To top off the delicious food, we had a lovely waiter who was accommodating to out two young children and served us with a smile. We really enjoyed both the food and the service. Highly recommend.

came here for probably the eighth time on saturday and as always it did not disappoint. lovely staff always greet you with a smile and the fanstastic food to go with it. i never have a complaint about this place. only thing that could be changed is that they should have locations everywhere !

The atmosphere is retro and pretty smart. Food is incredibly tasty/delicious, in fact everybody should visit here and regular. The staff service is top tier, if you love cheese like i do this is the place for you. We will 100% return.

Excellent dog friendly restaurant. Staff were brilliant and even brought some pulled pork for our dog. Food was really good, with my favourite being the wings. Definitely recommend 👍

Here on holiday from Seattle and this is the best banger I've ever had. Period. Unbeatable flavour. Only here for 1 more day but I'll try to come back before we fly home!

They say third time's the charm, but when when the first was so outstanding the subsequent visits should be hard to beat. But no! Three times I've visited and had the Fillet Steakhouse Loaded Fries, and three times I've been blown away by how perfectly med-rare my steak was, the crispy delicious onion rings, pepper sauce that needs bottled and be on my shelf immediately and fantastic fries. At Pigs Wings the pride for their food and Aberdeen is tangible from the variety of artists on display to the love, care and craft that goes into their meals. If you are a visitor Aberdeen, this is a must eat!

Don't be put off if you look in the window. There is an upstairs and you won't be disappointed. This place is quirky, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. If you are looking for somewhere that is individual and not part of a chain then please give this place a try. I will definitely be back, thanks for providing an excellent experience 🙌

This was the best restaurant we visited while in Aberdeen and most of Scotland. The atmosphere is awesome, the staff were nice, and the food was good!

Everything was great except for the chimichuri

El servicio normal, ni muy rápido, ni muy lento y el precio normal estando en Escocia. Un sitio para salir del paso, la decoración del establecimiento es original, pero nada más. Great food. My son and i had a takeaway on the friday night. I collected it as it was slightly quicker than a delivery, which wasnt an issue. Food was amazing. Was out on Saturday so four of us decided to go for food before heading home. The waitress remembered me from the friday. The staff all acknowledged us when we went it. Tacos, hotdogs onion rings and wings ordered. Food was very tasty. Served nice and hot. Excess food in boxs to take home. Plenty of comments from us all about how good the food was. Highly recommended

If you're looking for a burger in Aberdeen, this may be the best place to go!! ✅ With a wide range of beers also available, it's hard to choose which one you'd like but once you do, it's worth it. A great range of graffiti on the walls that really bring the design to life. Excellent burgers and will be coming back again.

We visited the pigs wings for the first time today with our wee pup and had a great meal. The service we got was fantastic and the waitress was great with our pup who constantly wanted attention when she visited the table and she was only happy to give him a wee pat! The food was quick to arrive and it’s reasonably priced. We will visit again for sure.

One of Aberdeen’s finest eating established ever established for eating. As hungry aberdeonians that swung by on a Wednesday night, we came across pigs wings which although famous, we were yet to try. We were looking for the best margaritas in town, and although not on their official memu, they managed to squeeze us in without a reservation and whip up the best margs and food in n the area. The food was spicy but not overpowering and the chips were salty enough to not be too salty. Chicken jalapeño tacos to die for! Best up and coming area, the girlies that served us were amazing. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu. Hello from your new regulars!

My favourite restaurant in Aberdeen. The food is ace, the music is a vibe and the fact that it's dog friendly too is a bonus! Can't wait to go back soon.

Another great visit to the Pig's Wings. I had the special called Nashville Hot. It was the best chicken sandwich ever and that's high praise. A side of pickles which were mostly boxed to take home and washed down with a couple Erdingers made a great lunch....

As always, The Pig's Wings outdid themselves! Ordered the Philly cheese steak fries and tacos. There was so much steak, I could only manage half! So flavourful and delicious. My brother hoovered up the tacos with such speed, I didn't get to try them, but they were clearly very tasty! This is my go-to restaurant in Aberdeen, its not to be missed! Thank you again!

Really excellent food. The staff were nice, not pushy or anything, but very helpful. Had the Chicken Jalapeno Popper Taco with a side of fried Jalapenos and a beer and it was really good. A friend recommended to me and I'm so happy he did, will be back! The empty plates say it all...

Everyone kept telling us about this place so we thought we had to try. We got an it is on voucher to try it out and the restaurant itself is really nice and clean. However the food we found quite bland and that is why it has a smaller rating

My first visit here after seeing the menu online and seeing loads of GF options. The food here was amazing and couldn't be faulted. Went for the halloumi loaded fries with a couple of sides and it was delicious. The service on the other hand was a bit dubious. We were served by a girl who gave a vibe that she wasn't really interested. (Young girl, dark hair.) She took our order without writing it down and when she read it back to us she had missed off an item. I told her I was gluten free but without writing it down I was worried she wouldn't actually remember it to tell the kitchen, as she had already made a mistake with the order when saying it back, so that didn't give me a lot of confidence and I went for something marked GF on the menu instead of GF* because it this. I would definitely prefer if servers wrote down orders especially when there's allergies/intolerances involved to make sure that this is communicated to the kitchen. It would have made me feel a lot more comfortable! Overall she was pleasant enough but just gave the impression she didn't really care or want to be there.

Style over substance I'm afraid. Overpriced for what it is. Because the main dining area is upstairs our less than attentive waitress was scarcely to be seen. Food was also only warm at best, but as it took so long in the first place, we didn't want to send it back and wait even longer.

No menu prices outside, so was a bit shocked at how pricey this place was. No return trade from ourselves, was expecting an upper market fast food experience, was delivered a burger with a handful of chips that were an extra on top of the already over priced burger. Perhaps look to Gordon Ramsey Street Burger for inspiration?

Can’t believe I’ve never reviewed! Food is always incredible, but the tacos are next level. Great drinks, amazing staff- these guys have absolutely nailed the formula here!

Absolutely delighted that Pig’s Wings were able to accommodate us holding a private party for my partners 40th back in March! The space worked so well for what we wanted, and alongside a cracking bar, the food was incredible! Pretty much everything was demolished and really enjoyed by everyone. Special thanks for also providing a huge plate of separate food a coeliac, who thoroughly enjoyed it. Having a relaxed space, in a central location, but wasn’t centred just around drinks was really important - we wanted more than a sit down meal but didn’t want to lose the quality of food, so having the opportunity to have the space on a private hire to enjoy the food, with no rush to leave and without the formality of having to sit at tables really gave us what we were looking for. Fantastic night had by all and really grateful for the chance to use the Pig’s Wings in this way! Thanks guys!

I had this place recommended to me by a friend when I asked about good places to bring my parents on their visit. This place did not disappoint! I normally don't like burgers, but I had one here and it did not disappoint! The pork belly teriyaki fries were also amazing. I particularly liked the sauce they used on the fries, as it gave a good tangy kick. I'll definitely keep this place on the list of places to bring folks, for sure. Also, as a side note, my mum and I were impressed with the toilet stalls, as we could not hear each other or anything at all in there. It was definitely the most sound-proof bathroom I've ever been in!

Food prepared freshly every time and locally sourced - really really tasty and full of flavour you really need to visit. The Burgers are fantastic and are up there with the best I have tasted both here and the States! Try them! Great atmosphere and cocktails too.

In Aberdeen for a business trip with my colleague, and originally a second choice, but we were glad we came here. The staff were spot on, the food was great, and you could clearly see from the kitchen they know how to work well as a team. This is somewhere I would dine again in the future. Good stuff guys!

Another return to my happy place tonight along with the family. Always fantastic service from the minute you arrive with an eclectic soundtrack as you navigate your way their tasty menu. The burgers are always on point and the pork belly bites get better every time I have them. The wife enjoyed the flank steak loaded fries and the tasty frickles. Never a disappointment both in house or using their take away service but the vibe of the restaurant and the various artwork along with the cool resin floor and doff of the cap to the previous tasty tattie always win me over. See you guys again soon

I had the beef burger and fries, pretty decent, not much of a selection on burgers, the sesame bun was the best bit. My partner had the buffalo loaded fries. Thankfully, she ordered the sauce on the side as the sauce wasn't great.

Plenty to choose from off the menu, the refit is great and the service was attentive. Support local, or lose it.
