Our friend was charged £20 for not ordering a meal! Food was average and atmosphere was poor! Got the vibe staff couldn’t wait to get us out the door.

Fantastic evening! The food was so tasty and the service was even better. The whole team made us feel so welcome and looked after and the manager handled my allergy order with such care We loved being able to request songs and the musicians were brilliant Thank you!

We had such a fun time this afternoon. The server, Giada was so friendly and kept our drinks flowing. Sound could be better as we couldn’t understand what the singers were saying between songs. Otherwise though, a really fun afternoon.

Yet another wonderful evening at this gorgeous venue .. Always so lovely to see so many happy people in one place ! Food, band and vibe was incredible from start to finish .. We came to the West End venue to celebrate my friends hen do. Great value for money and such talented musicians throughout the meal and after. Starters were amazing but the burgers were slightly undercooked- I’m sure they would have corrected this if we had asked. Would highly recommend for groups and a brilliant night out.

Whilst I get the concept, what you pay is totally not in keeping with the quality. Charging high end price for a bargain experience. £16 per drink (extortionate to say the least) and then the food is ridiculously expensive. Set menu which was three chicken goujons (probably frozen) then a half rack of baby ribs for £40! As for the live music, it was a mixture of good and bad, some of the arrangements were not great and at times seemed a bit like a “posh” street performance. The best singer of the night was actually one of the waitresses, she was very good! All in all, I wouldn’t be rushing to go again. Disappointed.

Piano works is a fun night out and with the live band it offers something a bit different to your usual bars/clubs. The song selection initially was good, but as the night went on it worsened. The band are clearly very talented, but some of the songs were played more than once, when it was supposedly a request based set list. Me and my friends requested songs, and although one or two were played, the vast majority weren’t and songs that had already been done were favoured. I appreciate they’re not going to play every single song that gets requested, but at least play all different ones rather than repeating. I wouldn’t even have minded as much if none of my songs were played but at least every song was different. At times it just feels like a bit of a waste of having the band there because once you start repeating songs it makes it more like any other bar. Overall though me and my friends enjoyed ourselves, and would recommend others to come here.

I had an amazing birthday celebration there on the 17th February. All the staff, the band, the bouncers were all so friendly. A special thanks to Jada who was taking care of my table. I used to love the old venue near Leicester Square, but the new venue is nice too. Piano Works still rocks. ;)

I attended the bottomless brunch on 6th January in the West End for my husband’s birthday along with another couple of friends. I would like to express my disappointment at the whole experience and to make you aware of a number of issues we had during our visit. One of our guests had an allergy to gluten which I specifically specified on booking. On arrival we told the waitress who took our order however he was never given a menu just told of the minimal option available. Desert he had one option of cheesecake which when arrived was clearly “off” as the smell was absolutely atrocious! We informed the waitress who also smelt the cheesecake and agreed it was 100% off! No alternative was offered to him. On a number of occasions during the brunch we had to ask for more drinks as we had run out of the house”bottomless drinks” this wasnt just the once either. The waitress seemed busy and stressed who kept saying yes I will be over soon! On a number of occasions we requested songs along with a tip (£20 for our wedding song to be played as it was my husband birthday) and our song request was never played. It does state if you tip your request would be priority! We even asked the band and their reply was they never knew the song! I find it very off being a band they never knew a song that has been in the charts and on the opening series of love island in recent years! We never got our “tip” back either! Overall we was extremely disappointed with the food quality, service and overall experience.

An absolutely fantastic afternoon spent here. We had the bottomless brunch and thought it was great value and always had a drink in our glasses. The food was good too. Our waitress was Elijah, she was fab. The band were brilliant and the atmosphere was amazing! My dad was there and he is 75 and was up dancing away. What a great place this is, can’t wait for our next visit next month

2 of us were denied entry, told we were ‘too drunk’ even though we were just tired from a day in London. Security were very rude and unhelpful staff. Others from our party went in for dinner, food was basic and overpriced. Music good but too loud to be able to enjoy it and the meal.

20 of us visited for big 50th birthday party we were there from 6-9 just on drinks table and everyone had the best time!!! Myself and my boyfriend went to the piano works, on Drury lane on Friday 2nd February 2024. I bought a buy a gift voucher for £30, we had to go at 5pm as this was the only time we could use this voucher. The entertainment starts at 5:30, this was a lady called Monica singing on the piano, she was very talented, even singing (and playing) songs she didn't know which was impressive. Some of the waiters/waitresses would go up and sing, they were amazing. Eleanor belted out 9 to 5 - Dolly Parton and Listen - Beyonce/dream girls and she was just captivating. Then our waitress Rhianne got up and sang Queen- somebody to love and it was the most amazing performance, it was so effortless yet so powerful and she nailed every single note. I wish I could upload videos on here because it was just an amazing night. The staff are so talented and our food was lovely. We had a starter each, I had the soup of the day which was beautiful and a big portion with some bread and my boyfriend had chicken goujons (2). For mains we had 120g flat iron steak and chips with peppercorn sauce which cost £2.50 each extra. We had cocktails which were beautiful, I knocked one over and Rhianne came straight over and cleaned up and got me another free of charge which was really nice. There was a service charge on the bill, the staff really couldn't have been more helpful and were really friendly and chatty. Not a negative but just something that was noticed alot. A lady would come out of the kitchen with a large tray with the meals on and then stand Infront of the stage looking around for staff to notice her and could be stood there for a minute or two until someone came along and she would tell them the table number and they would serve the plates. The lady would be stood Infront of the singers or even being dodged by the singers as they performed. And the guy waiter who sang a couple of songs, he had a great voice but seemed so serious and didn't look relaxed singing at all.

Have to say as a bar owner i was very dubious of "all you can drink brunches" but i am totally coverted! Absolutely great afternoon, Alex the waiter was absolutely amazing, he was so attentive and a lovely person, came to the table with a massive smile, even though it was really busy! He always made sure we had a drink or two so we never ran out, and the amazing waitresses who sang, both amazing! What an absolutely amazing atmosphere!

I had my birthday celebrations and the staff and management treated me so well, with a cake and shot, I am definatley coming back for my third time

Good music and food, we had a voucher for dinner with wine, Extra drinks are expensive, also we ordered a Gin with a beer and 2 soft drinks was charged £10 service charge on the drinks ! Despite letting them know we had a voucher this was charged- check your bill

Piano Works is simply a magical night out for anyone that enjoys music, dancing and genuinely having a superb time! The team were impeccable and delivered an experience that will remain with me for a long time to come! I work in the industry and I am always humbled and blown away when teams and places exceed my expectations! I am in my 50s and to find somewhere as inclusive as this where I can still be the 20 year old I think I am and mix with a crowd of all ages is just wonderful! I had a blast, love this place so much and know I will be turning and introducing more people to its wonders!

I went here for a work Christmas party and the night was ruined within the first 45 mins due to a barman telling me to “Fü£k off” after I asked him for a bottle of beer due to the long wait for a drink!!! There was a designated area for the work party but our server was late for her shift so we had to wait an hour to get a drink. This was not communicated until 30 mins after the got there. A manager turned up after the barman spat expletives at me and told ME to apologise to him otherwise the big burly bouncer would throw me out!? I couldn’t believe a manager would speak to a customer like this. I would understand if I was drunk and mouthy but I hadn’t had one drink due their poor staffing. Thankfully my colleagues saw and heard what was said but still I was told to apologise. The manager then told me that I wasn’t allowed to order at the bar in case i upset the rude barman. Shocking customer service! Thankfully my work has made a complaint because the same barman told one of colleagues to shut up as well. I don’t understand how a manager can back an aggressive and rude barman who clearly shouldn’t be working in hospitality. Thanks for running the Christmas party for me!

What a fantastic place! Great atmosphere but most importantly an incredible band. The range of songs keeps you on your toes while you dance the night away. Will definitely be going back
