First time in here Came few times but couldn’t find a table Managed to find a table in the fresh air on this not very busy Wednesday afternoon ( around 14:00 ) Enjoying my cafe latte with semi skimmed milk Service is good

Lovely cakes, loved the vanilla tart and very nice coffe. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Terrace is quite noisy with the busy road. Will be back

What a little gem of a place for a quick pastry either for breakfast or during the day for a little pick me up! A young and friendly staff to serve you. The most delicious pastries imaginable. Maybe one of the best hot chocolates I’ve ever had in my life. You don’t even have to go into the hotel to access it. It’s just to the side of the hotel and definitely place that I will stop back again.

Had high expectations for this cafe and was very excited to try it but I have to say it’s disappointing to say the least. Cafe was full so people naturally queued outside for the next free table. Was second in the queue and we were all ignored by front of house staff. A few people asked how long they’d have to wait and the staff just responded with ‘dont know’ Management seriously need to start looking at how to manage the queuing system and look at employing staff with good Customer Service. For everyone of us to be ignored whilst patiently waiting outside was pretty disgusting Customer Service. Not what I would expect from a well established Hotel/Brand at all.

Extremely poor store front service. Considering this brand establishment, the hospitality and store front service reception is poor and underwhelming. I was the the first person in line and overlooked to serve two other customers. I can assure you I a paying customer. Overrated - you can do better.
