The Patrisse in Banbridge

We called in to The Patrisse this week for lunch and certainly not disappointed. Martin took our order (plenty of choices from a decent menu) and we didn't have too long to wait as they were very efficient. The food was served, portions good size, very tasty but it is fair to say this was not our first visit as we have been a few times and never disappointed.

Simply one of the best cafes in Banbridge. Food is perfection, burgers are to die for, all local produce, service is stellar and the milkshakes are amazing. I often order takeaway but would like to see delivery service restarted as I would spend much more. Cafe has been going since 1966 so they must be doing something right. I wish martin and the business the best in future 🍀

Purchased a burger recently for a family member - On arriving home & opening box we were Extremely disappointed - burger appeared to have been defrosted, completely burnt & shrivelled up to nothing. Unfortunately I would not recommend.

The patrisse is a cafe with the tastiest burger in town and great lemon meringue always admired the cheese and onion

Called into cafe just for small snack found the staff so helpful, one girl in particular went to great lengths to explain shopping options even got her notebook out to write the information down Was able to use the toilet facilities wash hands. A truly relaxing atmosphere with charming staff

Great for kids, friendly service, no nonsense. Best place for a fry, a toastie or sausage and chips. Good burgers too.

Lovely wee spot for breakfast friendly staff and the fry was reasonably dry as well as been well priced

All staff were friendly, polite and helpful at all times. Good food at reasonable prices and a friendly atmosphere.

I love and always love the patrisse. a family favourite. I love the atmosphere and not to forget, the food! Owner is lovely and so is all of the staff.

The best Ulster Fry in Banbridge in this wee establishment. Love it. In fact any meal in here is cooked well and very tasty. Not the hardest to pay either.

Having not been here for sometime I was in the area and called in the place has not changed and could do with a refresh. The food was average at best the burger came very quickly and looked very pale. Will be a long time before I return.

Nice if basic . Always find the staff friendly. Only ever get a fry here - plastic menus could do with an update but the eggs and bacon are always lovely and coffee is good

Been here before and was very unimpressed. Went in and asked girl how much was a sausage soda. She said she didn't think they did them. I said but sure you do ulster fry with soda and you do sausage and chips. She went away to ask coming back she said they could. I asked how much and she said £4.60. I was disgusted and said forget it at that price. I walked across street to Cafe Coco and had no bother getting it at a £1 cheaper. Woeful place Patrisse.

went in one lunch time with my mum we ordered two chicken salad sandwiches took ages to make and when they came down I'm not joking my ten year old could od made better. it was that packet chicken you buy and lettuce told her to take them back didn't want them. when ordering a fry it doesn't come with sausages and have to order them seperate. one other occasion my mum was in and tried to charge her for a big of tap water. never be near it again

Always great service and food is delightful, over priced tho. Try a simple cheese burger and chips and you will be surprised how tasty it is!

Always call here when shopping in Banbridge. Simple Cheesburger and chips always pleases. Never empty which speaks volumes. Recommended.

Great, spot for a coffee break, this long established Coffee shop, has to be one of the best in the area, just the place for a relaxing rest, or break from work in the morning time....

Was passing through Banbridge and called at the Patrisse by chance. Ordered the cod but it was very poor. I was expecting a freshly fried cod in a homemade batter but got a rectangular fish straight out of a packet. This is the type you buy in bulk from Iceland or Tesco, Chips the frozen type and £1.40 for a small glass of coke (about 3/4 of a can).When I complained to the girl at the till she didn't know how to react. Paid the full bill and left - won't be returning.
