I have visited this shop a few times lately and the food is always great. Really tasty and good quality. Dot has served me a few times and she’s brilliant. Always smiling and helpful. Defo makes a difference.

I bought two pasties here (one cheese and onion, and one mixed vegetable) while waiting for my train. They were flavoursome, well-made, hot and generous sizes. I really enjoyed the pasties. The staff member who served us, D, was charming and helpful too. A very nice shop and staff and with excellent food!

Manchester piccadilly the young lady polite I got a tea sausage roll and potato wedges unfortunately the wedges were not cooked and I had to put them in the bin disappointed when you are catching connections

Dot, the lady who served me at Manchester Picadilly Station was welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the steak cornish pasty failed to follow suit. It was bland and hardly any meat content. At £6.99 I'd say 💯 it wasn't value for money

Absolutamente asqueroso personal grosero. Tuve que repetir mi pedido de pasta de queso y cebolla tres veces y el personal se enojó cada vez que repetí mi pedido. Luego, cuando recibí mi pedido, descubrí que me había dado un pastel de pollo y setas. Lamentablemente solo descubrí esto cuando me mordí. Ser vegetariano no es algo bueno para descubrir. Cuando volví para pedir mi orden apropiada, me acusaron de mentir y me dijeron que no puedo tener un pasty de reemplazo. ¡Evita este lugar!

Proper pasties made in Cornwall, baked in Manchester and there just aren't enough of these outlets outside of my home county. Piping hot and delicious. Will definitely return on my next trip to Manchester.

Really friendly woman behind the counter. She served us promptly and the food was warm. The pastry was still crispy, and it tasted fresh and buttery.

Food is consistently good, but tonight’s service was ABYSMAL. Some pasties in the window weren’t aligned with the labels, seeing the need to me to ask what one of them was. This was met with a very abrupt, ‘it says it on the front’. After a second question, the server lost her temper asking, ‘Do you want anything or not’. Just needlessly rude, she shouldn’t be customer facing

My brother has special needs and the way the female colleague treated him was awful. He is very simple and got given the wrong food the colleague was horrible and refused to give him what he wanted and he walked away feeling anxious and ashamed. Shame on you. Next time I am near the area on business, I will bring him with me to point which woman it was so I can have her reported to Head Office. It was a very early morning shift.

Came here asked for a cheese pasty. I don't eat meat. She gave me a meat pasty. Went back to tell her and get a cheese pasty she replied you took a first bite and refused to give me what I paid for. Left the meat one with her and loss of money. She did it on purpose as anyone can feel the weight of a meat pasty and she was clearly prejudice and did not care. Luckily it was at 7.30am rush!

5 stars for food as they always have a good selection to choose from. 5 stars for service too, as always met with a friendly smile and help in choosing if I need it. 5 stars for atmosphere even though there is no restaurant or seating area, but the girl behind the counter made up for any of that.

I'm sorry to say this... I've wanted ti try for a while but always thought it was a little pricey for what it is. Today I went against this a thought for 6/7 it just be worth it. I was very wrong! Was mainly just big onions and little potato in the traditional. The smell was so bad I had to bin it on the train after 2 bites since 3 people actually said near me said "im sorry I have to mive I can't handle the smell of your food" The woman who served me was very rude. I waited 3/4 mins for someone to come to the front to serve me and had to shout excuse me for here to come. Maybe this was why she very blunt and not friendly with Me. Really sorry but I won't be returning

I bought a cheese and onion pasty last Friday evening. I didn’t expect it to be very good but I was hungry. In fact it was hot and surprisingly delicious. I’d be tempted to buy one every day if I lived near a branch. The man who served me was polite, efficient and friendly. Thank you Pasty shop people

Tried the Giant version of the traditional beef one. It’s freshly baked. Takeway only. There’s more potatoes and onions than pieces of meat. Just a little bit more seasoning, like salt would be better. Crust is flaky.

Fui a recoger mi primer bolso Too Good to Go y la señora que sirvió fue tan grosera. Metiendo y murmurando algo bajo su aliento tan pronto como mencioné Demasiado Bueno para Irse. Nos dio 3 artículos en total: Pastel vegano (no somos veganos, lo probamos pero no nos gustó) , Pastel de Pollo y Champiñón (esto fue bastante sabroso aunque en la mitad que tenía, no tenía pollo en, dado que a ninguno de los dos nos gustó el pastel vegano, tuvimos que recurrir a la mitad de cada uno) y algún tipo de rollo de brioche de chocolate, que estaba frío y parecía que había estado fuera todo el día... . este fue el único artículo que apareció en algún lugar de la parte trasera de la tienda... . no estoy seguro de dónde! Una vez embolsados para nosotros recibimos una solicitud abrupta (más dicha que preguntada) para tocar que habíamos recopilado en la aplicación y que era nosotros descartados. Seguro decir que este minorista está eliminado de mi lista y no volverá a visitarlo. Simplemente no hay lugar para la grosería en el servicio al cliente, en lo que a mí respecta.

Staff are absolutely brilliant to the pasty shop . The individual was happy, friendly, great product knowledge and gets on with people. The pasty's could be improved with better quality pastry and ingredients. Regards M

Was here for lunch on Sunday and was served by Odmaa. She was very pleasant and is a credit to the store. There is a good selection of pasty options and sausage rolls, including vegan and vegetarian options.

I returned my food and drink wrapping to the shop, as usual in a station building. I was told to throw it on the floor, I refused and said 'that's disgusting'. The shop worker promptly threw it from the counter on to the station floor. I picked up my rubbish and walked out of the station to the nearest bin. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SHOP AGAIN.

Generally, the service and the food here have been quite good in the past, but today's experience was hugely disappointing. I asked the woman this afternoon (between 3-4pm, 18.09.2024) for a pasty that was hot, and to serve me one from the front end, but she did not. When I questioned her, she got aggressive and started throwing tantrums at me, and said that she would not serve me. She threw the pasty that she had taken out for me back into the hot-case and went back in the kitchen angrily. After being speechless for a few seconds I thought I should have a chat with her about her behaviour, but in the end decided to just leave. Was it worth talking to a person with such disgraceful behaviour? These people are bad for the business and unprofessional. The Pasty Shop will most certainly be losing customers in future if she carries on like this. After this afternoon's experience, between 3-4pm, I don't think I will ever go there again. Furthermore, given that she was white and I a person of colour, I wondered to myself whilst walking back home, would she have treated me this way had I also been white? I don't think she would have.

Great pasties and Dot the lady who was working at the time is the loveliest. I recommend for a quick pasty stop :)
