I only bought a sausage roll, but me and the lovely lady called Dot, had a little laugh about allergies and how it never happened just a few years ago

Señora muy grosera que nos sirve, obviamente estaba esperando para cerrar! Se le pidió que se actualizara a un pasty más grande y ella virtualmente a través de él en nosotros y dijo que no podía molestarse en abrir la caja! Creo que necesita un entrenamiento de servicio al cliente. Viernes 7 de marzo a las 8 pm que visitamos. Pasty estaba bien.

I was in a rush for my train and I was going to go to Burger King but their service was very slow as only seemed to have one server so tried Teh Pasty Shop. Quick and attentive service. Staff were super friendly. Food was nice and warm and very tasty. Will be heading straight there when I am in Manchester again in a couple of weeks.

Shop had a good selection, I got a Giant Cheese and Onion and some Wedges (I was very hungry!) All my food was very hot and tasted fresh and yummy. The lovely woman that served me was very friendly and quick to serve me. The only reason to not give 5/5 is I just wish the nutritional information was a bit more clear, as after leaving the shop I wanted to note the sugar/salt etc levels of what I’d eaten and I have been completely unable to find this information at all online.

Así que no me sorprende en absoluto ver las otras críticas para este establecimiento después de recibir el mismo trato del horrible miembro del personal allí hace solo 3 horas 4. 3 . 25 . Viajando a casa después de un show nos apetecía un aperitivo así que mi marido dijo que un rollo de salchicha bastará. Pedí nuestra comida y bebidas calientes y mientras ella estaba haciendo las bebidas, yo cerré mi tarjeta, parecía pasar, así que me moví a un lado para obtener azúcar y esperar las bebidas. La mujer entonces dijo: ¿Estás pagando la cuenta? Miré y dije que había pagado, ¿no? Y ella fue tan grosera y dijo que no. Miró de nuevo y dije que revisara mi banco para estar seguro. Otra mujer estaba esperando ser servida y preguntó cuáles son los más cálidos de los 2 pastes que señaló. . la mujer la miró y dijo qué? Todos están calientes. Revisé mi banco y el pago no había pasado y ella murmuró bajo "Dije que no" así que me disculpé y dije mal paga ahora ¿de acuerdo? Puse un alfiler. Entonces dije que eso ha pasado ahora creo y ella me ignoró y comenzó a servir a la otra dama. ¿Te pregunté si es el café con leche? Señalando la primera taza y ella estaba gruñona y dijo "está escrito en ella". Tomé la segunda copa y me alejé. Mi amiga y mi esposo se sorprendieron por su flagrante mal servicio y su terrible actitud. Me hizo sentir que no debería haberla molestado... ¿por qué está ahí? Veo críticas que se remontan al año pasado y antes con las mismas críticas pobres. PASTY COMPANY Haz algo con tu servicio al cliente. Oh, el pastel no era muy agradable y sobreprecio. Un pequeño filete de pasta un rollo de salchicha un café con leche y capuchino era poco menos de 21 años. 00 . Indignante. No volveré a ir allí.

I have visited this shop a few times lately and the food is always great. Really tasty and good quality. Dot has served me a few times and she’s brilliant. Always smiling and helpful. Defo makes a difference.

I bought two pasties here (one cheese and onion, and one mixed vegetable) while waiting for my train. They were flavoursome, well-made, hot and generous sizes. I really enjoyed the pasties. The staff member who served us, D, was charming and helpful too. A very nice shop and staff and with excellent food!

Manchester piccadilly the young lady polite I got a tea sausage roll and potato wedges unfortunately the wedges were not cooked and I had to put them in the bin disappointed when you are catching connections

Dot, the lady who served me at Manchester Picadilly Station was welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the steak cornish pasty failed to follow suit. It was bland and hardly any meat content. At £6.99 I'd say 💯 it wasn't value for money

Absolutamente asqueroso personal grosero. Tuve que repetir mi pedido de pasta de queso y cebolla tres veces y el personal se enojó cada vez que repetí mi pedido. Luego, cuando recibí mi pedido, descubrí que me había dado un pastel de pollo y setas. Lamentablemente solo descubrí esto cuando me mordí. Ser vegetariano no es algo bueno para descubrir. Cuando volví para pedir mi orden apropiada, me acusaron de mentir y me dijeron que no puedo tener un pasty de reemplazo. ¡Evita este lugar!

Proper pasties made in Cornwall, baked in Manchester and there just aren't enough of these outlets outside of my home county. Piping hot and delicious. Will definitely return on my next trip to Manchester.

Food is consistently good, but tonight’s service was ABYSMAL. Some pasties in the window weren’t aligned with the labels, seeing the need to me to ask what one of them was. This was met with a very abrupt, ‘it says it on the front’. After a second question, the server lost her temper asking, ‘Do you want anything or not’. Just needlessly rude, she shouldn’t be customer facing

My brother has special needs and the way the female colleague treated him was awful. He is very simple and got given the wrong food the colleague was horrible and refused to give him what he wanted and he walked away feeling anxious and ashamed. Shame on you. Next time I am near the area on business, I will bring him with me to point which woman it was so I can have her reported to Head Office. It was a very early morning shift.

Came here asked for a cheese pasty. I don't eat meat. She gave me a meat pasty. Went back to tell her and get a cheese pasty she replied you took a first bite and refused to give me what I paid for. Left the meat one with her and loss of money. She did it on purpose as anyone can feel the weight of a meat pasty and she was clearly prejudice and did not care. Luckily it was at 7.30am rush!

I'm sorry to say this... I've wanted ti try for a while but always thought it was a little pricey for what it is. Today I went against this a thought for 6/7 it just be worth it. I was very wrong! Was mainly just big onions and little potato in the traditional. The smell was so bad I had to bin it on the train after 2 bites since 3 people actually said near me said "im sorry I have to mive I can't handle the smell of your food" The woman who served me was very rude. I waited 3/4 mins for someone to come to the front to serve me and had to shout excuse me for here to come. Maybe this was why she very blunt and not friendly with Me. Really sorry but I won't be returning

5 stars for food as they always have a good selection to choose from. 5 stars for service too, as always met with a friendly smile and help in choosing if I need it. 5 stars for atmosphere even though there is no restaurant or seating area, but the girl behind the counter made up for any of that.

I bought a cheese and onion pasty last Friday evening. I didn’t expect it to be very good but I was hungry. In fact it was hot and surprisingly delicious. I’d be tempted to buy one every day if I lived near a branch. The man who served me was polite, efficient and friendly. Thank you Pasty shop people

Very good food with a nice price

Tried the Giant version of the traditional beef one. It’s freshly baked. Takeway only. There’s more potatoes and onions than pieces of meat. Just a little bit more seasoning, like salt would be better. Crust is flaky.

Dot was superb. 100% recommend.
