After being a frequent customer of this place I am disappointed with the new ownership. I placed an order and then rang up to make some customisations, I was assured this was fine. The food came, not only was I shocked at how small the portions sizes now are, the order was wrong. I was told on the phone It wouldn’t have onions and mushrooms etc but it did. For nearly £11 I’d expect more than a handful of chips, baring in mind some of them weren’t even cooked. I rang up explaining the situation and was told they have recently taken over and this “is just the way they do things now”. A shame really as this was a favourite of mine for Parmos.

Lovely place and i would highly recommend especially if you like your sweet treats. The macarons we fabulous, some place you go you dont get a good filling these ones diddnt disappoint. Staff also very friendly and the arrival from the duty manager was very pleasant we will be back soon

took an hour and a half to deliver my items and was missing the one thing I needed the most. didn't receive a call to twll me it wasn't in stock or anything.

Please avoid frustration. On the signboard outside, they claim any pizza is for a half price before 9:00 pm. But once you are in to buy, they will charge you full price. I asked the owner for an explanation, he has not had an answer but mumbling. I would not recommend

Disgusting service never arrived and the manager didn't seem to want to help at all and lied . Waited 2 hours for food which never arrived. Truly terrible and tbh wouldn't trust them to send the correct and clean food .
