The Parmesan in Newcastle upon Tyne

After being a frequent customer of this place I am disappointed with the new ownership. I placed an order and then rang up to make some customisations, I was assured this was fine. The food came, not only was I shocked at how small the portions sizes now are, the order was wrong. I was told on the phone It wouldn’t have onions and mushrooms etc but it did. For nearly £11 I’d expect more than a handful of chips, baring in mind some of them weren’t even cooked. I rang up explaining the situation and was told they have recently taken over and this “is just the way they do things now”. A shame really as this was a favourite of mine for Parmos.
