Donuts & Shakes in Newcastle upon Tyne

Placed an order on the 12/12/21 at around 8pm, had said on Deliveroo 30-45 minutes delivery, by 21:10 the order had still not arrived with any updates. We rang the number associated with this place, about 4 times, and it rang to voicemail, so we rang Deliveroo, who also struggled to contact them, and when they finally did, they told the Deliveroo assistant that our order, bearing in mind we had only ordered two milkshakes, that the order would not be leaving for delivery for at least another 10-15 minutes. This means by the time our order would have arrived it could have been 21:30 or later. When saying online it would be 30 minutes- to 45 after we had ordered it. Did not even get to try the place. We cancelled our order and are still expecting a refund. They are unable to answer their phone, after it ringing through 4 times, they are unable to communicate well and set their delivery times right. They are not reliable and do not live up to their expectations even before their products get in the mix!!!
