Jordy Pizza & Kebab in Newcastle upon Tyne

I was extremely ill with d&v after eating food from here. I cannot believe this place is still trading given the reviews. I reported my illness to the council who told me I'd need to give microbioligy samples to confirm where the germs causing my illness had came from, my symptoms passed the next day so i was unable to. Avoid avoid avoid.

Food took 2 hours to arrive, it was cold and tasted awful

Bought at 12:45am now 3:21 haven't heard anything of them tried ringing up and still nothing

Ordered food at 12.45am and it’s now 1.58pm and it’s still not here wish I seen the reviews before ordering

I would suggest the owners - make sure they have all staff trained and have appropriate H&H certificates level2,3 at least. I popped in last week for two kebabs - without reading reviews (rookie mistake) I asked for two kebabs with salad , 2 garlic sauce and 1 chilli sauce. What I received was cold dried up- curled cardboard, the running substance with green bits in, was allegedly a garlic sauce and the chillis sauce did not taste like a sauce made from scratch- more like a sweet chilli with an additional ingredient. You may have already realised, I will not be back. Personally I would have preferred it with the person serving me had worn a mask if I was being robbed of just under £14

absolutely vile wouldnt recommend kebab was hard and stale looked like it had been there weeks pizza made us feel unwell chips were cold stale and dry my boyfriend couldnt go to work due to being sick, spent 40 pound on food she keeps saying to ring back everyday and everytime we do she says nothing can be done… DO NOT ORDER its manky

Ordered it lastnight and food tasted off. I have now woken up with bad stomach pains and feeling sick. Thanks 👍

Avoid! I didnt think it was possible to make pizza this bad. Couldn't eat any of the stuff we ordered, the meat looked days old and dried up.

Wish I'd read the reviews first lol. This is a garlic bread special with kebab meat missing. The salad is some chopped up onion and pepper in some tinfoil, garlic bread cooked with a hair dryer and a can of coke zero when I paid for a large bottle of Pepsi. I didn't ask for any chips either.

This restaurant is a scam - do not order from them! Ordered at 2:00am on Uber eats- said it would be delivered by 2:50. It never came, rang them multiple times and they never answered. I went to bed at 3:30 - woke up to then saying it was delivered at 5:21am - IT WASNT! This place is a scam.

This was disgusting, I received my food freezing cold and the drink was hot

Wouldn’t ever Oder again they accepted our Oder at 11.45 I called the shop because I new my post code was quite far away and still they reassured me the food would be delivered on 45 minutes so I said okay then proceeded to wait 2 hours for my order and still didint turn up so I waited for nothing which I think is disgusting expecially when it takes 3-5 days for your money back so we couldn’t Oder from elsewhere I advise no one to order from this place I still don’t know what the foods like because never got the chance and certainly won’t be gambling my money on an Oder from there incase my Oder doesn’t turn up again shocking shocking shocking and they have yet to make any effort to make up for there wrongdoing!!!!!

Worst takeaway I have seen in newcastle never order food from this take away they don't even lift the cals or respond.

Worst thing Iv ever put in my mouth and Iv consumed questionable things this place should be shut down absolutely down right disgusting and after receiving the food and we were ever disappointed we rang them back compiling about the fact orders over £39 come with a free garlic bread we received no garlic bread and when we asked we got shouted at down the phone by an older male, he continued to shout and argue with my mother over the phones we are every very disgusted with this behaviour from a good place,I would rate it a zero,but that’s not possible so I’m going to rate you a ONE!!!!!

Made an order without checking the reviews - big mistake Order just.. didn’t turn up - which actually, was preferable considering I saw some of the photos of the food in the reviews Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Ordered food at 12:30am and I’ve still be waiting it’s now 3:16. Rang store 200 times just for them to ignore. I can’t not cancel my order. Do not recommend

I ordered 1 kebab with chips and garlic last nite throu Uber they sent 2 kebabs and charged me 16 quid absolute rip and food was terrible

Absolutely disgusting! Placed order at 11.10 was meant to be delivered at 12 waited till 12.15 and asked where it was and received an update that it would be delivered at 12.20. Again waited till 12.30 and tried a number of times to ring shop, no answer by the time 1.15 came I drove to the shop only to get told by a very rude male that it would be delivered soon when I asked y it was late he said he has been busy ok but over two hours? It is 11 min drive to the address. The food eventually got delivered at 1.40 it was stone cold and the food was an absolute disgrace. Will urge people to stay well clear! Loaded fries consist of 10 cold chips 5 very skimpy pieces of cold chicken a strand of onion and no sauce what so ever. Didn’t even attempt to look at the burgers I wouldn’t of even fed the food to the dog. I would give this place a whole 0 stars but it won’t let me! Never again!

Service is terrible and staff do not answer the phone, our food was supposed to turn up and nothing arrived, absolutely robbing thief’s deserves to be shut down

Worst customer service and horrible food, food took over 2 hours for delivery I called up and the person speaking on the phone was horribly rude and started shouting at me and getting angry when I asked for an update. When the food came it was cold I ordered a vegan pizza came as a chicken and veg pizza, a donner kebab was tough and inedible and a cheesy garlic bread which we stone cold and disgusting. I was livid so drove 15 minutes to the place and I took the food back to the shop horrible customer service again saying I have to go through just eat for a refund blah blah blah and that he can’t do anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE SIMPLE AS. I’d rather starve then considering ordering from jordys pizza and kebab again.

Shockingly bad Schwarma for £10.80. Box contained something comprising of 3 layers 1st layer was shredded onion & lettuce, laid ontop (!???) of a pitta bread which was slapped ontop of a layer of cubed dry meat. Bizarre and not even remotely resembling a Schwarma. All of this was dry and devoid of additional sauces. What the hell that was I've no idea, feel robbed.

We ordered a pizza for delivery , it never arrived , can’t even get an answer on the phone .

Turned up late and food was cold, I complained but was not even offered a refund.

got kebab pizza and pepperoni pizza, pepperoni pizza was all squashed, got delivered wrong drinks and garlic sauces were tiny, delivery dude got lost and came 30 mins late

Just a heads up, do NOT order from Vegang, which is run from Jordys Pizza. They have sent an entirely different lot of food to what we ordered and I have no idea if any of its vegan as the place actually runs out of Jordys Pizza and Kebab place. The churros are FROZEN. We didn't order a salad but got one. We did order gyozas but didn't get them. What a shambles.

The worst. Nothing but an empty stomach and a full bin. Fed non-vegan food after they call themselves Vegang on Deliveroo. Burgers where entirely wrong, churros frozen, fries missing and another burnt, cold and empty. Gave us Cake thats not even on the menu.

First time i ordered from them they missed 2 items off my order however the pizza was nice so i thought i would give them another shot. Big mistake. Today the wrong pizza was delivered. Food was cold. Over an hour late. Don't order from here.

Keep away, order turned up 40 min late and was ice cold. Heated in microwave and tasted like cheep reheated pizza. I would give them zero stars if I could.
