Again made an order and its missing items, this needs sorting. As I've now got to wait for a refund

Great courier, very friendly lad. All arrived safe and sound.

Always missing items when I order

The order was originally supposed to be between16.05- 16.25, and turned up at 17.30. With some items not included. And no message to say these items were out of stock, if they were, or just missed off. Probably been quicker walking to Aldi and back, lol .

Ordered 6 items from Asda and two of them were missing, shocking service

could've been quicker but nothing missing and delivered within estimated time frame so can't really complain x

The delivery time was pushed back a handful of times. Ordered 17:55. The initial ETA of 6:20 pm was modified many times until the ETA became as late as 7:50 pm. Frustrating. Tracker was stuck on preparing for over 1 hour. Delivery driver was fine.

Order hasn’t arrived? Said it was delivered at 2:05pm and it’s now 2:36pm and no delivery… so where is it?

I didn’t expect much it being a supermarket cafe but after paying nearly £9-10 for a double chicken burger, chips, beans and garlic bread, I was very badly disappointed. Garlic bread was inedible, so rock hard three other people in my family couldn’t eat it or break it up, you could use it to hammer nails! The burger was bland and overcooked with a dry bun and no butter. The only half decent part of the meal were the chips. When I brought the issue of the inedible garlic bread to the attention of staff they seemed disinterested and even said “they could do some more but it would probably come out the same”… to add insult to injury I had to wait 25mins for it though this was in the midst of a busy period. Still absolutely unacceptable.

This took way too long with my frozen food being melted. Unbelievably disappointed

my order was missing 2 pizzas and also my hash brown bag has been ripped in the middle

I’m not happy with this, I would’ve cancelled the order had these items not been available! But nothing was mentioned about them. I won’t buy from here again as I have used the only £20 credit available for this.Please help I would like a full refund

Yet again food missing from my order, it's gonna be investigated, but it was over £5 so no refund will be given, I'll be lucky if it is. Apparently it isn't the shop so where does it go between shop and my house. I wasn't offered a refund or notified of items being out of stock etc etc

This is the 7th or 8th time I've ordered from Asda and items have been missing yet I'm being refused my refund. If your refund is £5 or more be carful as u don't get a penny back. This is disgusting and unfair for people who rely on just eat groceries etc etc. apparently the investigation doesn't warrant a refund, but all I know is three of my items were either not packed or went missing between shop and my house. So that's my fault somehow and I'm not getting my £8 and odd pence. So be careful

Delivery time kept getting pushed back,4 items missing once delivered,usually get a email or notification telling me items were out of stock but not this time,bags need to be sealed to stop items going missing,had to go through just eat for refund

4 items missing & been refused refund for them. Should have learned my lesson from a previous occasion when half the shopping was missing & was refused a refund of just over £22. Might use as a last resort for groceries now

Only one lady serving and 2 others wandering around giving dirty looks and being rude. Food was meh. But there are no other options in the retail park that I am aware of but really wish I'd gone elsewhere anyway.

Missing items that I needed for my food and hadn't got delivery time got changed 2-3 times and it was still late and had to call family members to sort it out for me and it was a night mare they were winging on at me for it and got no compensation for my troubles

I ordered very early so I could get all of my items there must be some milk at this time I couldn't be sold out at this time or someone is not putting enough milk out at night time a bit disappointed I cannot make a cup of coffee I don't know if this happens all the time thanks agian

delivery driver delivered the wrong package bag to me. and gave me someone else's order from Iceland....... now I have no delivery and have to go through the request route to find out what happened. absolute abysmal delivery driver that's completely clueless

my order is ALWAYS missing some items, every single time I order. it would would good if I could be notified an item is out of stock, I have to request a refund on some items every time I order and sometimes the refund isn't accepted because it happens so often and I'm losing £5 or £6 every time, really unhappy

I was told half my order was missing but when I tried to cancel I had no option to do so in the app so I refused to take the rest of the items the lovely driver said he would take them back to the store. The only reason I made an order was for the milk and that was not in there neither were half the other items so I wasn’t willing to waste money on the rest of the items. I should have been offered the chance to cancel my order if things were not available. Also why are they not marked out of stock when ordering. This is quite ridiculous!

Both Fabric conditioner missing, mozzarella cheese missing, grated cheddar switched with half fat cheese, disgrace
