The Parisian in Wolverhampton

My friend and I booked for a bottomless brunch. If you like a bit of luxury and different to the standard burger and chips you get from other bottomless brunches, this is the place for you. We received a sharing graze board. When we had finished, we received another sharing board of beautiful desserts. The cocktails and prosecco were plentiful, nothing was too much trouble, and our server Ciaran was amazing. It's definitely one of the best bottomless brunches we have had, and we have had many. We can not recommend this establishment enough.

Inexperienced bar staff made visit very forgettable.Ordering drinks made difficult as the one person behind the bar was struggling to cope and had no idea how to serve properly. Having made mistakes with the order they never apologised

Few cocktails & couple of beers, looking round few people had board meals but we’d just eaten at a Thai restaurant, looking forward to returning sharpish in next couple of weeks

OMG….. what a disappointment. Walked in and my shoes stuck to the floor… never seen anything so bad, or heard so bad !!!! Pre-booked and got a table stuck in the corner, table not even big enough for one person let alone 3!!!! If you are made to pay the £5 person!!! DONT!!!!!!

Booked a table here before visiting the arena theatre. Amazing cocktails that are unusual our first one called vogue we both had a picture taken to be on the cocktail! Friendly staff and the food was nice nice and came fast to say how busy.

Booked a Bottomless brunch - which Includes a choice of coctails, prosecco, bellini's ect..charcuterie meats, baked savouries olives , houmous and bird cage of desserts . Staff were friendly and attentive. We were served by Jamie who was very pleasant, friendly, we asked to be moved which wasn't a problem. She made a special coctail ( not on the list) because I commented on how nice a moctail was. All-in all had a great time , great staff cocktails are excellent, food great . Highly recommended a visit .

Came here for brekfast brunch, bar tender Jaimee was so welcoming and made us feel welcome. Served us a lot of Mocktails including one she had made her self (blood orange) was delicious! Top quality place in Wolverhampton!

Second visit to The Parisian, first was bottomless brunch, this time afternoon tea. Excellent experience and service on both occasions. Very generous with the drinks! They just keep coming and the food is great too. Special shout out for the amazing sausage rolls - we ordered extra! Highly recommend and will definitely return.

We ordered brunch. The first coffee was cold; its replacement (which took some time to appear) undrinkable. After this experience and having waited for what we felt was an unacceptable length of time for hummus, pitta bread and a bacon sandwich, we decided to ask for a refund for the food that we hadn't received. The Manager (she gave her name as Charlie) completely overlooked the coffee issue and refused to give us a refund on the pretext that we hadn't waited long enough (apparently there is a wait time of 20 minutes which isn't advertised anywhere), advised us that the establishment was not a fast food restaurant and that food took time to cook. The patronising and disrespectful manner in which Charlie spoke to us was an abject lesson in how NOT to deal with a customer complaint. Won't be returning.

Came here for a bottomless afternoon tea, it was a Xmas gift to go with theatre tickets after. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They really looked after us, the food was lovely and well worth the money.

This is the second time we’ve visited the Parisian for bottomless brunch, and it didn’t disappoint. Our servers Harry & Kate were very attentive and never left us without a drink. They even made sure we were aware of how long we had left and squeezed in one last round. The cocktails are great, with variety and not watered down like some other places. They’re all made fresh and a couple were tweaked to meet our taste. The food was plentiful and delicious, with the best sausage rolls we’ve ever tasted. Dessert was delicious but we just couldn’t finish it. We will definitely be returning - thank you x

We had a bottomless brunch and Kate was our server. She was very helpful, got us seated straight away and was attentive in bringing us drinks. Brunch was lovely, enough food and really nice to have dessert which is something you don’t get with brunch often. Our third time here for brunch and will be back again!

Lovely birthday celebration today, 3rd February, fabulous food and plenty of fizz. A great shout out to the staff, especially Charlie who was so kind and helpful when one of our party was taken ill, thank you so much Charlie.

We had the best night having the bottomless brunch. The cocktails were amazing. So tasty. The food platter was lovely too. A big mention to Harry who is a total credit to the business. We booked here again for our Christmas party as we had a great time last year. However, service was very poor. Firstly the venue was cold. We booked the bottomless brunch and there was a cock up with the booking. With a little discussion with senior management this was rectified. Initially the drinks were not flowing as other venues I have visited. We waited 30 minutes for our second drink. This was later recitified once we complained. The food arrived and there was not enough for each of our party to have, I've one bowl of fries, 4 barbecue wings, 4 egg in croissant, 2 profiteroles, 4 slices of cheesecake between our party of 9. We were not provided with utensils, plates or napkins. Again, we had to request these. The icing on the cake was when the waiter arrived with a few scones, fresh cream and jam. Some of the items fell off the plate, causing breakages to the crockery. One member of the party ended up covered in cream all down her clothing. Needless to say our works Christmas party will be one to remember but for the wrong reasons.

We spent the afternoon here yesterday and had the £32 package .It was excellent great quality cocktails and lovely food .Worth every penny .The 2 guys who worked behind the bar were excellent. They know how to make a great cocktails an so professional and polite .Having taken other afternoon brunches in Birmingham this has to be the best by far .You want great drinks nice food and a pleasant atmosphere. This is the place to go you won't be disappointed.

Stopped here on way to The Halls. Ordered a soda and lime, a large diet coke and a coffee. Friendly team and drinks ordered quickly Only thing was coffee tasted like instant which we didn't expect Drinks were very reasonably priced for a city centre pub

Never been in here before as it appeared a bit pretentious with its shabby chique and cocktails (cocktails being something I've only recently gotten into) Can't comment on the food although the prices seemed reasonable for what was on offer so only 1 star. Service was excellent the youngman and lady serving today we're friendly, efficient and polite. Good offering of cocktails, unfortunately we couldn't mix and match on the offer but there's something there for everyone. The youngman behind the bar certainly appeared to know his cocktails and palettes. Toilets could use a clean and hot water would be nice. Definitely worth a visit and we'll be back for a bottomless brunch.

Helpful staff members we ask to get a deserter to be put in the takeaway box but they done more they even made presentable they guy who wore the back shirt and with short hair he was polite check up if we were alright The food was delicious and fresh. I won’t be unfair. It’s a decent bar to go to in city centre as a customer. Nice decor and a few decent cocktails. I’ve been twice as a customer since opening. But, if you believe staff should be paid on time / at all I would probably avoid. Having worked a week stint here, I am still owed 4 hours and management and accounts teams have ignored several attempts to resolve since July 8th. I can imagine an attempt to undermine this in a response, but it’s most definitely the case. Honestly, I’d advise to put your money where your mouth is, there’s plenty of other locals that have opened more recently to support. I’d personally put your money absolutely anywhere else and support a fair workplace, and ideally a workplace that doesn’t allow 24/7 vaping back of house where your glasses are washed.

First of all I just want to say a Mahussssivee thank you to Danny, Charlie, Harry and everyone else at Parisian that ensured the smooth running of my birthday party. Leading up to the event Danny was really courteous and professional answering any questions I had in a timely manner. Parisian even provided a private security guard posted at the bottom of the stairs to ensure no random guests could invade my private party upstairs. Overall Parisian is a fantastic establishment, Staff are super friendly and attentive, drinks are fairly priced with a huge variety of cocktails, and the atmosphere of the venue attracts a more professional and mature crowd. Was visiting Wolverhampton for Seal concert at the Halls, we thought we pop on at the Parisian for some drinks and food, drinks came couple of cocktails, albeit full of sugar and then we ordered 2 burgers the beefy and the chicken one, when it arrived they looked like pathetic smaller Happy Meals anyways we tried to eat them, the burger was burnt as was the bacon and mine the goujons where over cooked drier than the Samarate mac cheese balls where rock hard with no flavour and the bacon was BURNT really burnt . So no one did a check snd had to go stand at bar and wait to be seen and ask for a manager i spoke to Charlie whom i found very offensive and disgusting and vile. i pointed out the inept cooking and that everything was burnt and over cooked and she had the audacity to say i was rude because I pointed out the bacon was burnt . How bloody woke please do not go there its disgusting food and deplorable service and god help you if you the customer isn't happy withthe food and point it out. Thus is a disgrace to the hospitality trade, an insult to the quality of food, drink and service that takes pride in the majority of establishments around the UK Please close because you are a disgrace and an embarrassment to the whole hospitality.

5 of us came for the bottomless afternoon tea to celebrate a birthday - I have to say this was the best afternoon tea I've ever had! French bread and croissants (instead of the usual little finger sandwiches), sausage rolls, scones, chocolate brownies and large slices of amazing tarte au citron. Amazing value for money and we were kept topped up with drinks by the very efficient and friendly Chloe. Have recommended this place to others and will definitely be coming back.

This is the place for any celebratory event! Private hire upstairs is such a special place to host your event. It’s well decorated you really don’t need to do much to it. A massive thank you to Danny for all the help with planning my birthday party here. He was brilliant right from the start when enquiring all the way through to the end of the party and I can’t thank him enough for all the ideas and support to make it go smoothly. He ensured the party ran smoothly, that the room was exactly how I wanted it, that everything ran to time and checked up a few times on the night. It genuinely took the stress out of the night and allowed me to enjoy myself with my family and friends. Danny gave some great suggestions for personalised drinks and they were such a hit, nothing was too much trouble or off the table. All of the bar staff, the dj’s, the security guard and the photo guy were amazing and they made the party go so well, everyone had a blast! Couldn’t recommend this venue any more, if you’re looking to host a party around this area, do it, you won’t be disappointed!

I came today for an afternoon tea ,the food was lovely and the cocktails included for the hour were delicious. The staff are attentive and quick to offer refills during the hour but don't bother you afterwards tospend more money .For £22.95 myself and my friends had a really lovely catchup ,I would highly recommend.

My wife visited last night. Told them she has a strict life threatening nut allergy, which they said was 100% safe and fine… and yet desert had walnuts in (even though they said everything was nut safe) and others were may contain. Staff was rude, one even snapping my wife when she tried to help her grab the tray of drinks (innocent and common gesture people do). Avoid this place.

Bottomless brunch with friends - great drink choice and these were made well. Service on the drinks however was overall slow when the bar was very quiet. Food choice was as described but we felt the quality of the food was poor. The desserts were good but disappointing they came on a slate rather than the cage as described? We know it’s not a complete game changer but don’t advertise something you can’t deliver. A lovely setting but a mixed experience for us.

I am surprised by the poor reviews for service. Our experience was that the staff were absolutely lovely. Bottomless afternoon tea. We were promised “the booth” for 6 of us but we were given a high table with uncomfortable chairs that we swapped out, all fine. Food was delicious. Catered for 1 lactose intolerant/ allergy member of the group. Bottomless drinks topped up really quickly Generous hard working staff. Boxes to take leftover cake. Just a really good experience. Plus nice cocktails 2x £10 and 2x £12 all day/night. Every day. Will visit again.

Where do i start slow service we waited for our drinks for what felt like forever. The drinks we ordered came with a polaroid we were asked if we actually genuinely wanted one and we said yes as ifs part of the item available on the menu , she said she was getting the camera after 15 mins they brought the drink we had ordered 20 mins prior for our colleagues bday and then we asked about the picture only to be told its unavailable so why have it on the menu and not tell us this when the drink is ordered

We went for a pre drink before a gig, however due to the staff being so rude and unatttentive, we walked out! Staff were making cocktails, but there were no other customers at the bar. They took no time to acknowledge us or tell us to hold on, which made us feel very uncomfortable. So off we went somewhere else!

Afternoon tea - The drinks were lovely and they made sure we were constantly topped up. However they put 3 of us on a very small table which was difficult to fit all the food and drinks onto. We had one meat eater, one vegan and one vegetarian which I had told them in advance, but they seemed unaware when I got there. The meat eater and vegan got lovely platters with an assortment of foods, but the vegetarian simply had one sub style sandwich - not sure why the vegetarian was do short changed and had such little food compared to the others!

Really good food with a not too long wait. It’s kinda pricey but is totally worth it!

Well liked place. Early evening not too busy but can soon fill up with the young and trendy. Your not going to get a quick pint but you will get a good pint or cocktail. Well worth a visit.

The place looks great from the outside however, once in, you can't help but notice how sticky the floor and tables are. Cocktails are nice, good 2 for 1 offer. I would advise going there after 9pm. The staff is trying their best however, when it gets busier, the service really slows down.

We had a surprise 50th party here for my mom. We had the most amazing night, staff were very accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us. While choosing our venue and packages, Danny was very helpful and did his best to make sure our night all went to plan. He sorted us a photograph, came up multiple times throughout the night to make sure all was ok and we was enjoying ourselves. 100% recommend this place for a party.

I Booked here for bottomless brunch for myself and my auntie and although it’s a great venue with good music the brunch was very disappointing the mini quiche the pastry roll ( wasn’t sure what the filling was) and the chicken tenders were all overcooked all I can say is it’s a good job the cocktails were free flowing to swill it down, to add to our disappointment the fabulous patisserie cage of desserts that was advertised was a plate of profiteroles a few sliced strawberries and a few blackberries, on the plus side the cocktails were amazing, and the young ladies who served us were both very friendly and efficient making sure our cocktails were Constant. We won’t be rushing back for brunch at £34.95 each, however it’s worth a visit for the 2-4-1 cocktails
