Great authentic Jamaican food. Its very friendly on entry and the shops always clean and tidy. The price of the food is good also.

Ordered chicken soup for my partner. When I got home with it my partner started complaining about the smell and taste. When I tasted it the chicken was gone off and the soup tasted off. I rang and told them to taste the soup and they apologised offering me free food. My partner ended up with food poisoning and had to go hospital 4 days later

Good service. Pleased with portion size. Curry goat was tasty and not too watery like many places do. Will be back for sure

Been in the shop a few times in the past the service was terrible a man drinks in there but just lately they have a white woman work in there and let’s just say it’s the best thing they ever did she is so polite and she gets your order on point she is always smiling even though I have heard other staff talk to her disrespectfully she continues to smile she is the only reason I go back and a few others have said the same in the right shop she would be an amazing addition

The delivery driver was terrible all the food had leaked he was swinging the bag and talking on his mobile

Great Caribbean food. Authentic and tasty. Used them for a family party. Food prepared for around 40 people. Everyone loved it.

The quality of the meal is very good. I believe if you read the customer notes then you will despatch exactly what is required. Your menu does not allow for certain options like extra sauce or swap rice for vegetables. Thumbs up for delivery driver.

Very lovely lady that works their food was amazing and I would definitely be going back there again best thing is it’s 12 mins from my house and I love it, just glad to have a yard shop local and tastes the way it’s supposed to 10/10 ratings from me I’ll be recommending

Spent £30+ and when I saw the food thought I had been robbed will not be using this place again.

Not impressed I was given beef instead of mutton and this is the second time this has been done I won’t be ordering from here again and have requested a refund. I still have the meet which I’ll take to the food hygiene team at the civic centre as this is dangerous for people with allergies and some religious beliefs. Last time I’ll order on just eat and in store I’ll be checking my food first

I dont normally do reviews even when the food isn’t good, however the order I just received was absolutely shocking, I ordered curry mutton, mac&cheese, coleslaw and a fried dumpling, my dumpling was missing and I believe replaced with one slice of plantain, which was the saltiest thing ever to enter my mouth, the Mac and cheese was sent as a frozen block in a box, and the curry mutton its self was so flavourless and chewy and the portion was ridiculous, hands down the worst take away I’ve ever ordered I feel physically sick wouldn’t even feed it my dog honestly don’t waste ur time or money, tried to call about my issues however the number dosent work which wasn’t a shock.

This is supposed to be Mac and cheese. No words.... straight in the bin.

I order from this place all the time and it’s is usually fantastic food is always fresh and taste amazing I’m just upset that with my latest order it was terrible seems like the food had no care I asked for jerk chicken main and Mac and cheese the Mac and cheese was a frozen block in a tub honestly one of the worst things I have ever seen and the jerk chicken main was so salty It was impossible to fathom they clearly gave me food they have had for a few days and trying to keep good by adding lots of salt and freezing it I will order from this place again because I know when they show care for there customers and actually put effort into there food it’s amazing just want them to know that they should spend that extra bit of time and money making new fresh food instead of losing a customer selling them old stale cold food

Mr B Jamaican takeaway is my favorite. First of all the food is spot on, good valve, and service with a smile. Whoever serves you whether it is Mr B himself or other staff they are always polite.

delivery driver nearly him my car second time I delivery from hear and they charge me for a large sky juice and delivery small secound time no happy I never get my money back I'm going to stop using this app

didn't not advise of alternatives which ment food provided couldn't be eaten due to allergies also order two large sky juice and received 2 small.

Food is usually decent here but today I couldn't eat the ox tail, rice and peas I ordered. Seemed like a scotch bonnet pepper had burst, I couldn't taste the food, my mouth was burning and nauseous because of the heat. My child couldn't consume it either.

Completely missed my dumpling I ordered from the meal. The fried chicken had such a little amount of sauce on it that there was no point it even being there and the chicken portion size was meedy af if this is large I’d hate to see a small. Sad cause it had potential.

Reasonably priced for the portion sizes. I ordered Jerk Chicken, Steamed Veg, Rice n Peas with a side of Mac n Cheese. Absolutely delicious. You could tell the Jerk Chicken came straight off the BBQ the smokey essence and the flavour was just amazing. The steamed veg nicely complimented the whole meal. The Rice n Peas had this unique taste to it, can't get that from nowhere else. The Mac n Cheese is a go-to. Can't order from here without getting me a Mac n Cheese.

Delivery was good, food was edible but lacked flavour, I had the large oxtail and had 6 pieces of oxtail which was the size of a 2p coin, mostly the bone. People dont want to be spending £12 for a large meal only to get all bone.....I know they can do better

I ordered the ackee and saltfish wirh hard food and curry goat with white rice and let me tell you the food SLAP WEH💯Absolutely delicious. Nuttn nuh waste nuttn nuh dash weh🤤🤤

Ordered a couple times through Uber eats. Food is very nice & tasty. Can't fault the food itself. But the portion sizes are on the small side, that's the only down fall. E.g The equivalent to 1 piece of chopped up chicken in a large fried chicken....thats not enough for the price payed.

Recently discovered this place when I was working in the area. The stewed chicken is the best I've ever had. The jerk chicken is pretty amazing too. The women behind the counter was lovely and polite I highly recommend this place 👍

We have had food from here before and it's been really nice but tonight was awful. The yam tasted like it had been out in perfume. The meat was nice but the dumpling was not cooked in the middle either.

The food was lovely but I specifically asked for green bananas and did not get any at all. I also did not get chopped scotch bonnet peppers.

Just had the mac and cheese with jerk chicken and jerk sauce. First off the jerk sauce here is amazing. I usually don't bother but I will always get it from now on. The Mac and cheese was probably some of the best I've ever tasted will definitely be back for morel.

First time here.. OMG all of the food was delicious 😋 Ordered curry goat, meat was so tender and melted in your mouth. Would highly recommend 👌 Jerk chicken was the best tasted I've so far and tried many jamaican takeaways. We also ordered fried chicken 🍗. Beautiful. The guy was so friendly too. Just ate the jerk chicken , rice and peas and steamed veg it cost me £9 , the jerk chicken was delicious nice and saucy i could tell it was straight off the bbq incredible . The rice and peas had a unique taste i could taste the smoky flavour it was great i love all of the food all together . I ordered a medium jerk chicken portion size was a little small but reasonable . Overall i would eat it again and love it . £9 is well worth it

I love this shop but on this occasion the person who cooked the food had a heavy hand with the salt and it messed up a good meal go easy with the salt.

No gravy was placed on the food or vegetable or salad; meat was completely disappointing. Very dissatisfied

Items missing. Food turned up cold. I want my money back

Freezing cold, not been heated at all! in middle of decorating so no microwave which was the whole point in ordering out so now we cant even eat it. 1 meal was missing. Can't even contact restaurant as line is constantly engaged, doubt they would bring me more anyway and just eat won't refund for cold food. Won't be ordering again

Food was good but dumpling missing

I've always liked the food from here. But they called me the other day after I ordered on ubereats telling me they had no fried chicken. After telling them multiple times that I only wanted what I ordered and that I didn't want to let them keep my money and come in another time to get it (I mean seriously who does that) they told me I'd have to cancel through the app. I told them this was not possible but they said they couldn't cancel either. So I called uberats and told them the restaurant said they couldn't fulfil the order and it would need to be cancelled. The ubereats employee then called the restaurant to confirm this and the restaurant then told them this wasn't true and that they could fulfil the order. The rep then told me that if I wanted to cancel I'd have to pay so I obviously said no. Then, for the next hour there was a loop of multiple drivers turning up to the restaurant and eventually being turned away. Ultimately, the order was cancelled by ubereats and my money was returned with no thanks to the restaurant.
