Highly recommend you go to The Panacea. I've been 4 times now for lunch. Keiran the owner came and introduced himself. What a warm. Friendly polite young guy. Thank you Keiran for making us so welcome. The food is fantastic. Such a wide choice. I had the smashed avocado. With halloumi on sour bread. Just beautiful. Your staff are the best. So helpful and polite. I brought my friends here for their first visit. They loved everything about it. The atmosphere and the decor are stunning. How wonderful to see a thriving business succeed. You should all be so proud. Obviously. We have all booked again and I'm recommending The, Panacea to all my friends and family. Can't wait to come again. Thank you.

A must visit place in Louth. Visited this evening for a family catch up and we had seen this place on Facebook so needed to see if it matched the pictures and reviews. Ah wow we were not disappointed, the place is simply brilliant, the staff are friendly and attentive and the food is to die for, I can’t believe we have not visited earlier. I had a platter starter which was outstanding but contained by far the nicest scotch ever I have ever tasted. For main I had a kebab that dangled above my fries that you poured the sauce onto, great idea that created the dirtiest fries ever. My wife and son were equally bowled over by their choices. To top the night off I discovered their Luda IPA that was brewed in Louth. Looking forward to our next visit ❤️

We came here for both food and the excellent cocktails they serve. Originally intending to order the hanging kebab that we had on our last visit, we changed our minds and had chicken and kofte gyros and a lamb burger. We opted for Long Island iced tea, then 2 x Dragon's Breath each, while my husband (and dedicated driver for the afternoon) enjoyed an alcohol free larger. If you haven't been, give this place a go. Food and drinks are excellent and staff are friendly and helpful (especially when recommending changes that could be made - next time we have a gyros it will be chicken and halloumi).

We booked for my husbands 60th birthday. Setting was amazing. We ordered drinks for 9 of us. Most came quickly but they forgot my husbands. Starters came.some people had theirs about 7 mins before others. After a pre order being done they brought out the wrong nachos. Then came the main meal! One person ordered melt in the middle burger but there was no cheese! Another person steak and it wasn’t hot when it came out. Another person ordered halloumi gyros stating no lettuce or tzatziki and it had both, another person said there beef on skewer was tough. Another person ordered prawn and salmon skewer and had 1 small prawn. The birthday person ordered lamb burger which he couldn’t eat as it was so dry and others on table tried it and said it tasted awful. It had cheese in the middle too! Prosecco had to be asked for on numerous occasions to go with pornstar martinis. The pina colada was disgusting. So watery and everyone tasted it and said it was like coconut water with nothing else. Ice was put into gin when we had said no ice. We informed staff member and expected manager to come but she didn’t. We were given a free drink each. All in all it spoilt a special birthday evening

Enjoyed food, been before, bit disappointed on prawns, they were much smaller than they used to be, truffle chips were not as good as the last time I've eaten there.

Fantastic meal, the food was really tasty and the restaurant had a great vibe. I would go back just for the nachos with the crispy chilli beef as they were awesome! My daughter is a coeliac and there was plenty for her to choose from. All 5 of us enjoyed our food and would highly recommend

Very delicious dinner of lamb gyros and cocktails, which were professionally hand-made. The best cocktails we've found on our trip. Good menu. Friendly staff. Right in the heart of Louth. We recommend this place!

My partner and I found the whole experience to be pretty damn cracking. The host and staff were super hospitable. Nothing was too much:- Additional sauces, samples of locally brewed lager and IPAs to try before committing to buy,l brought to the table.. They even allowed me to pop in before their official opening times to let me use the loo from the commute here! Highly recommend the gyros. My partner went for the Halloumi style and me, the marinated chicken. Tasty. Packed plates and a very reasonably priced date. We plan to return. Thanks for a fantastic couple of hours.

The staff here were pleasant and helpful, we selected three small plates each and shared sweet potato fries and it was absolutely delicious! I would have given it 5 stars but the ambience of a dimly lit place with coloured lights swirling around was not for us. Definitely an age thing! We would certainly go back though, but sit in the bar area.

A great wine bar with friendly staff. We were visiting Louth for the weekend & decided to sit in the garden at the back of the wine bar in the sunshine. They have got the garden area lovely, it's a joy to sit out there. The big swing chair is a must. Getting in & out causes much frivolity & laughter.

Husband and I came here with a friend last year for drinks and promised we would return for the hanging kebabs! We were not disappointed! We opted for the chicken and chorizo and salmon and prawn. Really lovely and we accompanied it with cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Don't miss out on this fantastic spot! With friendly staff and reasonable prices, you will enjoy something a bit different!

Attended with family 2 adults, 2 teens, for a birthday dinner and drinks. Seated in the back room restaurant which was very dark, small table seating very close to other diners. Unusual spinning disco light which was quite irritating. Service was good and staff were pleasant, who tried to create an atmosphere. Tables are not dressed for eating, felt more like a dance floor area. Food was very average, chicken gyros contained 2 small pieces of chicken, salad and some fries which was disappointing, the accompanying salad was very nice. The puddings ordered was good quality but felt overall the meal was underwhelming and I would not return for food.

Bright modern atmosphere (although the ballroom mirror ball became a bit irritating) and nice friendly staff. Being on a Sunday evening it was quiet; possibly the chef was off. We both ordered ribeye steak cooked medium. The waitress suggested medium rare. One was served rare and the other medium rare. The food was OK but not inspirational. We've certainly had better in Wetherspoons. I would suggest that when quiet the two staff go in the kitchen to chat rather than hanging over the bar. I tried glaring but they couldn't take the hint.

Good range of cocktails and 2 4 14 if you order the same. Service very good. Bar knowledge good. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was quick to come. Starters excellent. Our main was Gyros. Tasty but too stingy on the meat- 5 very small pieces lost in the contents so not good value for money. I wish I'd ordered the hanging kebab which looked good. Music was a bit loud and aimed at a young crowd- I would have preferred something a bit more chilled. I would have given 5 out of 5 if the meat portion was a decent size. Would go again but maybe just for the divine cocktails.

We got seated for a meal in the front where the bar is ...it was early... 5.30 because there was no other availability...(A Saturday but that was fine as we were given a 2 hour slot ). We were seated on a bar table and stools initially but I asked to be moved as there was never enough room on this for one person to eat nevermind 2 and we were then given a "proper" table and seats..after ordering our meal ...a sharing snack to start and a main course I ordered drinks and we waited for our starters, after 30 minutes I went to the bar and asked if they could chase up our meal and it arrived then within 5 minutes.(the restaurant as far as I could see was not busy and there appeared to be plenty of staff ...its a bit odd that the staff have a table in the front bar area where they sit and have their meals during their breaks ...Ive never seen this before ...we were not approached by any of the staff with menus etc or to order drinks and our food ,we had to do all this at the bar ,nobody explained anything to us really ...I think the staff focus their efforts on the restaurant seating at the back and just let diners at the front part get on with it .Its a shame ...the food was excellent ...some of the best Ive had in louth ,and we paid nearly £100 pound for our drinks and food ...which was reasonable .... I would add that we did get approached by staff but that was when our 2 hour slot was complete and I guess they wanted us out . Think the place needs a front of house manager to sort the service out !

Been meaning to try The Panacea for a while now after friends have recommended it and finally got chance to do so tonight. Certainly wasn’t disappointed. Food was knock out and their own Luda beer was amazing. Will certainly be going back.

Spotted from the car park and decided to stop for a coffee. There was some seating outside so perfect for anyone with dogs. It was a beautiful spring day so we also decided to have some cakes and a cheese scone. I have to say the cakes were fab and the cheese scone was the best I have ever had. Can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, the Dunes Complex is definitely not wheelchair friendly. There are disabled parking spaces in the car park. However, they were all taken, and some didn't have Blue Badges visible. Once in the Dunes Complex, there are 2 more ramps to consider, the 1st one is quite steep, and the 2nd one is less of a hassle. If a wheelchair user or someone who has mobility difficulties wanted to get to the stage, they would have to ask staff for a further ramp. To get onto the stage itself, well, there are narrow corridors that a wheelchair does not fit through, and there are no handles or any form of mobility aid.

We visited here for breakfast after a very busy morning packing up our tent to go home after a stay at a nearby campsite (extra points for being dog friendly!). All very hungry there were plenty of options to choose from and even the option to build your own breakfast which was great for my daughter who wouldn’t eat a full breakfast but would still like certain items! The staff were lovely, the service was quick and the food was delicious! Extra shoutout to the iced latte and the big buts breakfast. It was amazing! We will definitely be returning when we are back in Anderby. Thank you!
