Chunky Chip in East Lindsey

Food, for the money can't complain to be fair Woman serving couldn't do maths though and all of us (3 groups) noticed at least £20 extra on our receipt to comment and correct seemed the woman must of been doing it purposely to rob folk! One of staff was quite rude and angry don't know whatever had happened before we got there but she was very snappy and unpolite aswell as slamming and banging about luckily as more customers entered she sort of "pulled the reigns" I reckon with a different member of staff it could hit 5 stars although I'll stick to my 4 for the rudeness

Finally somewhere that knows how to cook chips properly! Had a large cod and chips, fed me and the wife fine for lunch. Cheers Andy.

Great food and customer service. Purchased 4 specials. Great portion size and price. Fish cooked fresh while we waited. Definitely worth a visit.

Normally our go to takeaway for when we come to the caravan but this time was diabolical. Fish was very dry & barely had any fish in it, only thick batter. Food was freezing cold. Very disappointing.

5 Stars for fish & Chips 1 star for opening. Seem to open when they feel like it. Web site opening hours a waste of space . Such a shame , every outlet on the strip open but this one .

Ordered large cod and chips and the fish was huge bigger than the plates we had and they was big plates was lovely and flakey fish, nice peas and hot fresh chips.

Real shame as the place has good potential. Made quite a large order to take out, all hot and fresh and tasted nice unfortunately they gave our order to someone else, no communication between staff, only realised after we left. Fair enough these things happen, so went back and spoke to the staff, and after an argument between them about checking tickets, got what was missing...... only we didn't as the order was still missing one of the kids meals....... we gave up after that and made do with what we had. Real shame as we spent quite a lot of money. Oh well, hope it was a one off bad day.

A lovely friendly affordable chippy lovely chippy food for when your at the seaside.

After all the people that gave this chippy the thumbs up and said how nice the food was we were so disappointed the fish was ok but the batter was soft and stuck to the paper cover,the chips were old and tasted old the only thing that was good was the curry sauce,3 lots cos one meal should have come with peas.sorry but that's my honest opinion.

Love this chippy! Me & my Mum ALWAYS go there every time we're in Ingoldmells, infact we only go to that particular chippy...their cod is gorgeous, and we're quite picky...batter is cooked perfectly with no empty bits of batter on ends, 100% boneless & skinless & good sized flakes of cod too.

Super delicious fish & chips. Very very affordable too. Will definitely be a repeat visitor.

Small chippy down sea lane, practically cooked to order. Small amount of both indoor & outdoor seating along with takeaway. Very reasonably price, wonderful sized portions making excellent value for money. Mini fish chips and peas where amazing. Scampi & chips not so much, simply due to being 'reformed' scampi and only 6 pieces. Large fish & Chips just over £7 but seriously could fault portion size - massive. Wishing I'd taken photos, but was so hungry I forgot. I definitely recommend walking down to this chippy when in Ingoldmells it's only a short walk past fantasy island

Free car park right next to it (15 minutes free), benches outside and also seating inside. I had the large fish and chips (£5 for the fish). It was cooked while I waited (only a few minutes) and tasted absolutely delicious. Lovely white cod with a light batter. The kids had a deal... choice of fishcake, sausage or chicken nuggets (think they were £3.50). Really friendly staff. For 3 kids meals, 1 x large fish and chips and battered sausage and chips it came to less than £19. We popped into the arcades opposite for the toilets before heading home. A great little find! Highly recommended.

The large cod melts in your mouth..as good as I've had anywhere. Highly recommended £5,30 for large cod and chips good value too
