We only came here for dinners at the Cookhouse restaurant as our hotel down the road was rubbish. Excellent food.

Ideal for being central to everything. Peaceful relaxing room. Always provide a bath in bathroom. Air con to keep cool. Socket and charger next to bed which is a bonus. My room looked a bit weathered.could do with sprucing up especially for prices they charge. Please see photos.

Visited on 6/724 we went to have a Sunday lunch which they advertise as being served from 12 till 6pm booked in for 4.45pm. When we arrived we were told that they had sold out of the Roast Dinners we were not very happy about this but due to not many other places being open for food at that time of the evening we stayed chose something else off the menu but the portion sizes were small. The waiter service however was brilliant the gentleman that served us was brilliant even though he was rushed off his feet.

We both stayed at premier inn Skegness seafront for my sisters birthday. The hotel carpark was nice and clean with big parking spaces. I was worried when arriving due to how busy Skegness was that we wouldn’t get a parking space but they have a sign which says residents only which I was very pleased about. When we entered we was greeting by the receptionist which guided us to our family room. Very comfortable beds, room was clean and tidy with a modern look. I even used the air-con system to cool the room down. Overall a great experience and would recommend everyone to try this hotel out if you are staying in Skegness. It’s literally on the front what more could you want!? They also have a restaurant below offering great food and drink at reasonable prices.

The best thing about this hotel are its staff! They go above and beyond what’s expected. This hotel is situated right on the seafront so depending which side you are staying on will depend on your view from the window. Myself and my daughter had the best time here, breakfast is awesome especially the sausages! We tried 3 different rooms out, room 105 first, it had an eggy smell in the bathroom so they tried to trace it but couldn’t so moved us to room 110, it was lovely, a big double bed with an extremely comfortable mattress and a single bed for my daughter, we slept like babies! It has storage space, hangers, television and blackout curtains, also a chair and a desk with a huge mirror. The bathroom has a rainfall shower and was spotless. The next day we was offered a free upgrade to a premier plus room, room 416…It has a massive double bed which me and my daughter shared with plenty of room to spare and as we are large people that was a bonus! Again it had a rainfall shower with the addition of a shower door fitted on the bath and extremely high quality fixtures and fittings with added extras of soaps and gels. The towels provided all look brand new and are so soft. The pillows are all different densities so you pick which one you prefer and there’s always spares to choose from too. The room itself had a comfy chair and an office chair on castor wheels that my daughter had fun with. An excellent addition to this room is the coffee machine with the coffee pods included and some bite sized chocolate! Also the fridge came with complimentary water. This hotel is well cared for by its staff, it’s so clean, even the lift was sparkling every day. You will also find dispensing drinks and snacks machines, a bit pricey but we only used it late at night or first thing in the morning. I can honestly say i cannot wait to return to this fabulous hotel, massive thanks to the excellent staff that run it!

Exceptional service. So helpful and friendly. Delicious food, with the exception of the kids menu (who puts broccoli and squash in Mac and cheese?!). Very comfortable rooms.

Such a beautiful hotel situated perfectly. Close enough to the bars and attractions, but far enough away to have a peaceful evening. I stayed in a fully accessible room and was able to get around the hotel very easily. Also they weren't kidding about the comfy bed! Thank you to the lovely staff that took care of me during my stay!

Good ...Location was perfect in the middle of all the fun and very close to the beach breakfast was superb for the price . Bad ... the room smelt of sweat , rationed on coffee and tea ( if you drink more than one cup take your own or if you can find staff ask for more .) House keeping needs to be more active dirty halls and stair ways , .

Sadly this is the worst Premier Inn we have stayed in. We have stayed in a lot! Poor service, filthy room (had not even been cleaned). No spare rooms. Fab location though. Deputy manager very helpful in helping us get a refund

Nice hotel and staff are friendly. The location is good because it is near the beach, It was a little noisy from heavy footsteps above us and the KFC next door with cars driving in and out, overall I will recommend.

Spotted from the car park and decided to stop for a coffee. There was some seating outside so perfect for anyone with dogs. It was a beautiful spring day so we also decided to have some cakes and a cheese scone. I have to say the cakes were fab and the cheese scone was the best I have ever had. Can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, the Dunes Complex is definitely not wheelchair friendly. There are disabled parking spaces in the car park. However, they were all taken, and some didn't have Blue Badges visible. Once in the Dunes Complex, there are 2 more ramps to consider, the 1st one is quite steep, and the 2nd one is less of a hassle. If a wheelchair user or someone who has mobility difficulties wanted to get to the stage, they would have to ask staff for a further ramp. To get onto the stage itself, well, there are narrow corridors that a wheelchair does not fit through, and there are no handles or any form of mobility aid.

We visited here for breakfast after a very busy morning packing up our tent to go home after a stay at a nearby campsite (extra points for being dog friendly!). All very hungry there were plenty of options to choose from and even the option to build your own breakfast which was great for my daughter who wouldn’t eat a full breakfast but would still like certain items! The staff were lovely, the service was quick and the food was delicious! Extra shoutout to the iced latte and the big buts breakfast. It was amazing! We will definitely be returning when we are back in Anderby. Thank you!
