I want to cry! Left home at 4.30am, worked all day. Arrived shattered. Got soaking wet as did my belongings sorting out paying for parking outside. Check in machine failed to work, so then had to wait for a receptionist to crawl out the office to sort it, but by this point now had to queue behind others. Then find out I had to wait an hour before I could eat, the receptionist had zero people skills. Got to my room deciding I'd complete some work but the adjoining room had their TV on max volume and were playing music. Went for meal and had to wait ages to be acknowledged before being seated, then another 20 mins before food. Staff and food were very nice in restaurant - very polite and friendly! Food hot and fresh tasting. Went back to room... next door had turned down the TV but spent until almost 10pm shouting, singing, coughing loudly. Absolutely shattered. Up in 6hrs... getting no sleep whatsoever! Do plan to have my TV on full volume at 4am though! Never staying again. Worse than Scarborough and that's saying alot!

First time staying in a Prem Inn. On the whole not too bad... Good points: An easy booking system. And simple car parking management. £3 for 24 hours paid at a screen next to reception entrance. Room was very quiet. Bed extremely comfortable...Good views from our room. Once booked in it's very secure, you need to use your key card to access entry not just to your own room but to the lifts and stairs which is a big plus for us. Nice restaurant attached (which I'll review separately on it's page...). Bad points: We wasn't given a lot of info when we booked in so was unsure about some things, but we figured out most of them (including the key card slot in our room to activate the lights...). We were early and were told we could book in but there was an early booking fee of £15. Didn't understand if the room was ready why we had to pay this... The thermostat in the room didn't work so we couldn't lower the temperature. (Although to be fair after we raised this a member of staff she apologised and gave us a fan...Thanks to Zena...) The room got stuffy and has no opening windows. A window vent would have helped! The bed seemed very high to get in and out of. Not a problem but different to a normal bed. The extractor in the bathroom seemed to work intermittently. It steamed up quickly after using the shower. The TV picture settings can't be changed. Not a problem for some but it was for me. Too bright and colourful. Every hotel I've ever stayed in allows access to the settings. Not sure why Prem Inn don't... The light on one side of the bed didn't work. I did report it but i felt it kind of fell on deaf ears... These points aside, our experience was a fairly good one and will stay again next time we visit Skegness.

A great hotel very clean warm and comfortable, thoroughly recommend it. Dinning experience needs some effort. Half way through the starter the waiter comes to the table with my dinner. His jeans were hanging half way of his back side with his pants showing. Even though I clearly hadn't finished he went to put it on the table, until I made it clear I hadn't finished After all that the food was fine

Rooms a little tired and the reception erea was a little shabby could definitely do with a revamp, the reception staff its hit and miss who you get, we had such a lot of trouble with the heating/air conditioning, the room was freezing, the receptionist said that they were having trouble with the heating on the whole floor, she did try on the control panel to put it right, still was freezing I then had the opportunity to move to another floor and room ,which was absolutely awful, so we stayed put, I got the impression with the receptionist I could either like it or lump it she just wasn't bothered, the next day, the staff was different again, very helpful, came up into the room and even she said the instructions wasn't clear at all, then when it did finally work it wouldn't switch off so roasting during the night, we were kindly offered a free breakfast for our trouble, the restaurant staff, Fabulous can't fault them nothing is to much trouble so helpful, this was our first time staying at this Premier Inn and unfortunately we won't be going back, also I will mention the pillows have seen far better days..not comfy at all

Ideal for being central to everything. Peaceful relaxing room. Always provide a bath in bathroom. Air con to keep cool. Socket and charger next to bed which is a bonus. My room looked a bit weathered.could do with sprucing up especially for prices they charge. Please see photos.

Visited on 6/724 we went to have a Sunday lunch which they advertise as being served from 12 till 6pm booked in for 4.45pm. When we arrived we were told that they had sold out of the Roast Dinners we were not very happy about this but due to not many other places being open for food at that time of the evening we stayed chose something else off the menu but the portion sizes were small. The waiter service however was brilliant the gentleman that served us was brilliant even though he was rushed off his feet.

We both stayed at premier inn Skegness seafront for my sisters birthday. The hotel carpark was nice and clean with big parking spaces. I was worried when arriving due to how busy Skegness was that we wouldn’t get a parking space but they have a sign which says residents only which I was very pleased about. When we entered we was greeting by the receptionist which guided us to our family room. Very comfortable beds, room was clean and tidy with a modern look. I even used the air-con system to cool the room down. Overall a great experience and would recommend everyone to try this hotel out if you are staying in Skegness. It’s literally on the front what more could you want!? They also have a restaurant below offering great food and drink at reasonable prices.

The best thing about this hotel are its staff! They go above and beyond what’s expected. This hotel is situated right on the seafront so depending which side you are staying on will depend on your view from the window. Myself and my daughter had the best time here, breakfast is awesome especially the sausages! We tried 3 different rooms out, room 105 first, it had an eggy smell in the bathroom so they tried to trace it but couldn’t so moved us to room 110, it was lovely, a big double bed with an extremely comfortable mattress and a single bed for my daughter, we slept like babies! It has storage space, hangers, television and blackout curtains, also a chair and a desk with a huge mirror. The bathroom has a rainfall shower and was spotless. The next day we was offered a free upgrade to a premier plus room, room 416…It has a massive double bed which me and my daughter shared with plenty of room to spare and as we are large people that was a bonus! Again it had a rainfall shower with the addition of a shower door fitted on the bath and extremely high quality fixtures and fittings with added extras of soaps and gels. The towels provided all look brand new and are so soft. The pillows are all different densities so you pick which one you prefer and there’s always spares to choose from too. The room itself had a comfy chair and an office chair on castor wheels that my daughter had fun with. An excellent addition to this room is the coffee machine with the coffee pods included and some bite sized chocolate! Also the fridge came with complimentary water. This hotel is well cared for by its staff, it’s so clean, even the lift was sparkling every day. You will also find dispensing drinks and snacks machines, a bit pricey but we only used it late at night or first thing in the morning. I can honestly say i cannot wait to return to this fabulous hotel, massive thanks to the excellent staff that run it!

Such a beautiful hotel situated perfectly. Close enough to the bars and attractions, but far enough away to have a peaceful evening. I stayed in a fully accessible room and was able to get around the hotel very easily. Also they weren't kidding about the comfy bed! Thank you to the lovely staff that took care of me during my stay!

House keeping needs to be more active dirty halls and stair ways , .

We visited the holly bush at salt tonight We visited for a meal unfortunately my friend was unwell. They say the best assessment of anywhere is what happens when things go wrong … well I can only say this place is amazing, the care and compassion of all the staff was amazing. Particularly Kelly once a nurse always a nurse she was fantastic her nursing care was perfect the help and consideration could not have been any better. We were treated to 5 star service and the pub and food were beautiful. We will definitely return hopefully under better circumstances. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ♥️
