The Pabna in Staffordshire Moorlands

very disappointed. Took 90 minutes after ordering for the food to be delivered. All food was cold and curries were both oily.

We ordered on line 2 hrs before delivery at 7 unfortunately I had to ring the Pabna meal arrived nearly 15 mins after total 45mins late Food was not very warm rice was under cooked onion barji was awful hot Onion bar ji was over spiced very hot

Fantastic curry, really great food. Delivery was late but I rang the restaurant and they chased it up and were very helpful and nice.

Lovely staff , delicious food . Highly recommend . Very welcoming and attentive, can't do enough for you. Fast service and you get to watch your food cook while you wait!

This is the first time we have had a take away from Pabna. When it’s a new place there is always apprehension about what you may get. But oh my goodness I have never tasted a meal as delicious as we did from them tonight. The portions, the quality and the taste of the food were exceptional. Easy to order on line, prompt service and the delivery guy was so lovely too. Huge shout out to Pabna and we’ll be back and your quality will be shared with many. Thank you x

We ordered take aways and the food was diabolically disappointing. I’ll never buy there again. The meat was burnt and the garlic naan break was thick and burnt

Ordered a takeaway from this restaurant before 5pm. The order was accepted, and allegedly "cooking" for 45 minutes before the restaurant rejected it with no warning or reason given. A shame, because the food is usually excellent. Edit: 15 minutes after leaving this review, I recieved a call from the restaurant to state that they're not sure why our order was accepted, as they don't deliver to our area. This has not been the case with previous orders to this address from this restaurant, however...

Excellent food and service. Nice to go somewhere where they have more than 2 or 3 staff out-front so you don’t have to wait for drinks etc. Great value for money and that’s all we’re after really.

I ordered was looking forward to my chicken Korma, unfortunately it was very pale and tasteless hate to day it but Aldi jar korma sauce is nicer .

Very small portion sizes compared to the Black country, or Birmingham, so expensive if you like a lot to eat, however the food was nice. It was delivered to a remote holiday cottage, so it was a little cold when we eventually received it, however it was a 5 mile trip for the driver, which we appreciated. No complaints with the quality of the food, very flavoursome.

Some food was much hotter than expected, but well cooked and large portions. Driver pleasant and polite.

Not ordered for a while but can honestly say the tandoori masalla was dreadfull very bland and absolutely tasteless. Tasted like a chicken soup from a tin. Onion rice swimming in Greece. Not usually like this. But compared to the other curry houses they need to up there game

Lovely atmosphere and wonderfully warm and welcoming staff.

We’ve eaten in at Pabna many times but the food we had delivered last week was really disappointing. The breads were awful, Naan was stodgy and doughy, too dense. The paratha was greasy and the purri was dry and chewy. The lamb was over cooked, dry and tough, as if it had been reheated. Will not be ordering Pabna takeaway again.

Deffinetley the worst curry I ever had . It was bland , absolutely bland , almost water like . The chicken was hard as a shoe and my coconut rice had massive lumps of sugar (not coconut) in it . The chicken was supposed to be tandoori, deffinetley not , it tasted Microwave heated . I will absolutely avoid this restaurant

Good food, large portions, nice service and nice restaurant overall Only issue is the men's toilet which feels like it's outside of the restaurant but the food is well worth the trip to the bog afterwards

The order was incomplete. 3 Poppodams were ordered we got 1 and a broken half. The chips were cold and the onion bhajis were tasteless and not crisp. I rang the restaurant but it was an answer machine and no-one got back. We paid over £50

I think over a year ago I ordered a pabna that got delivered really late and I avoided it for a while. But in the last few months I’ve ordered and I’ve had great meals at a reasonable cost each time. Been delivered on time and sometimes early. Food quality good. It’s been a massive turnaround. Really impressed

Absolutely perfect experience. Driver was courteous and polite a very lovely chap. A great person to have as a guest facing member of your team out on deliveries.

We came here for our evening meal whilst staying in Leek. There was a large choice on the menu and the prices were reasonable. The food was good but we ordered the kids chicken tikka for my daughter and double checked it was the one without the sauce (there were two types on the menu). Unfortunately the wrong one came. I imagine they would have changed it but didn't want to wait any longer so just scraped the sauce off for her and gave her the chicken.

I ate at The Pabna with a group of friends to celebrate us all turning 40. The service was great aong with the warm and friendly welcome. The quality of food was good and the portions were large. I enjoyed my meal (Chicken tikka dopiaza, pilau rice and keema naan) and would return.

The food was nice though we expected it to be a bit more spice. We had 🌶🌶 rated, next time we'll have the 🌶🌶🌶. Main course was really generous, we couldn't finish it but they provided us with some containers to bring it home. Staff were really nice & atmosphere was good, really busy.

Very disappointing, the meats and naan for family takeaway were overcooked and probably cooked multiple times - my First and Last visit to Pabna

Food was decent, fresh and really tasty. Paneer option on basically everything was awesome and the lemon rice was incredibly lemony. It was delivered on time but the lead time was very long. Obviously fresh cooked stuff takes longer but 80 min delivery time on a Tuesday is quite long. So 4 on food and 3 on delivery, can’t mark it down for not being on time, just on time was a pretty long wait.

Visited for our 3rd anniversary. Service was impeccable. We are not local to leek but we will definitely be returning and will be bringing family and friends with us next time. I had the dhabba and that was lovely my wife had the korma and she says it's the best she's had for a long time.

The worst Indian food I ever had. I only ate 4 spoon fulls and then felt sick! I had the butter chicken and mushroom rice. The rice looked like leftovers and tasted so bland and undercooked, kept getting stuck in my teeth as it was still crunchy. The chicken was not marinated, not even salt and pepper. Beige, bland and dry chicken tossed in some sort of sluge with 2 inches of oil on top. If you must eat there order something dry because the oily sauce will make you sick!

Beautiful meal for my son's birthday, balloon and banner on table when arrived which was a lovely suprise, food was absolutely gorgeous and plenty of it then when finished a lovely cake and ice cream was brought out with sparkler which just finished the meal off perfect . Staff very friendly ,will most definitely be returning
