Great hidden gem of a restaurant in East Kilbride. First time here with friends and it was lovely. Nice calm atmosphere inside. 3 of us had the Thai beef strips and a side of skinny chips and 1 of the party had chicken with haggis and a side of thick cut chips. Presented well and delicious. Desserts were white chocolate cheesecake which was amazing, sticky toffee pudding, delicious and the meringue pieces with raspberries also delicious 😋 staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be recommending this restaurant to friends and family!

We dined here for the first time after receiving a voucher. We were pleased with the service and the atmosphere. Friendly staff and very good tasty food. The restaurant was busy but we felt comfortable.

I had the pleasure of breakfast and then Dinner on the same day. Breakfast was a treat. Good ingredients and tasted as good as it looked. I had a similar looking breakfast recently in a big supermarket but the eating part was poor. Quickly microwaved and went cold quickly. Poor quality meat etc. What a difference. At the Fox you get what you pay for. A satisfying tasty meal Dinner was really nice. Full house and great atmosphere. Serving staff were very hard worked but attentive and good humoured. I had a Carpaccio with aged beef, Medallion of beef with skinny chips and a yummy cheese board. Had a lovely time and In no small part due to the front of house girls and Michael’s kitchen team’s efforts and good humour.

33-37 Kirkton StreetRather disappointed with our delivery tonight. Ordered a Steak Philly Sub with dirty fries and a margarita pizza. Pizza was really greasy and oily, cheese just kept sliding off the base. The dirty fires were delicious, cheese sauce was perfect, but not enough bacon to go with the amount of cheese sauce. The steak Philly sub on the other hand was horrific, to the point it wasn’t even edible. The cheese/sauce was oily as hell, the baguette completely soggy and drenched in the oil when cutting it/picking it up. The steak could be nicer too, very fatty and chewy. Feel like it was a complete waste of money and we were really looking forward to it after hearing great things about the food we picked!

193 Main StreetWow, just wow. I honestly can’t thank the team at Cocktails and Steaks enough for making our family meal so special. We recently lost our aunt, and since she lived down south, not everyone got a chance to say goodbye. So her daughter (our cousin) came up with the idea to have a family dinner in Scotland—her hometown—to celebrate her life. From the moment we booked, the team went above and beyond. They reserved the whole upper floor just for us, asked about any dietary needs ahead of time, and even suggested we send in our menu choices early so the chef could be prepared—especially since it was a Sunday and things sell out fast. On the day, everything ran so smoothly. The team were super attentive, all the food came out together, and it was absolutely delicious. Honestly, this meal turned into such a beautiful memory for my cousin and the whole family. Huge thanks to everyone at Cocktails and Steaks!
