No matter what you buy, it's always a bite of delight. Seasoning is absolutely on point, and the choice and ratios of ingredients . . . perfect. I'd have to recommend the Loco or Roma paninis, or the Boston Baguette. Small premises, huge presence, and some of the friendliest staff & best customer service I've ever come across. This Café somehow hit every nail on the head with one hammer swing. That was just the sandwich review. Picking up a brownie is a dangerous game, you won't be able to stop. And, as an addendum, the coffee is excellent.

They did it again. This time I had the Shotgun and an Iced Coffee. Both perfect. The panini especially so. Amazing collection of flavours and good quality ingredients. A real pleasure to put a smile on your face in these weird times

I ordered the new box of brownies for our staff. Needless to say they went down a storm. A fantastic treat for the end of half term. They are undoubtedly the best brownies I have ever tasted. The paninis are also fab. The shotgun is a firm favourite with our son. I always go for the kushti. Really tasty, filling and good value.

It really is very good. I particularly like the Loco, beef, Reuben and recently the Kushti, which is falafel and hummus. Also I just ate the best brownie I have had for years from there. Perfect for take out baguettes- there’s nowhere else in Swansea that I have found which is better

my First visit this week after the people in work raved about the quality in food and it’s fair to say they didn’t lie. I had the loco panini which tasted amazing and filled me up for the day . It’s been the only place I found that actually gives you your money’s worth in the area and the staff are so friendly. I do advise to grab one of there brownies as well literally one of the best treats I’ve ever tasted 😍

This place is a little hidden gem in Swansea. Perfect stop for lunch with their large panini menu with hot or cold drinks. Can’t forget their stunning brownies every week! Well worth an order. Always friendly with wonderful service. What more could you want?

Can’t recommend this place highly enough to everybody. The food is always delicious and the menu had a variety of different things for everybody. My family always like whatever we try here and even my little one is able to have food from here due to their ‘ shortie’ option. Very reasonably priced and staff are always very helpful and friendly. Fridays big brownies are one of a kind.

Love the brownies at One Shoe, especially when they do the special ones. They are a real treat. Friendly staff and great coffee too. Highly recommended 👍

decent lunchtime food and lush cakes . however prices keep rising above inflation rate and feel the veggie priced food subsidises the meat as same price despite obviously lower expense of ingredients !!

Great service in this cosy little coffee shop. Delicious coffee, and some amazing cakes. The panini sandwiches are also lovely - but what let them down a bit is the bacon sandwiches served at breakfast time. The bacon itself was lovely, but at this sort of price point the sandwich should be on good-quality freshly-baked bread - the one I had was on what looked and tasted like a regular 'sandwich' loaf from a supermarket. Nothing wrong with that in itself - if you're at a regular backstreet caff. But the One Shoe is a level up from there, and I just felt that this was one tiny thing that let them down a little. Won't stop me going back next time I'm in Swansea, though!

This is a lovely little cafe tucked on the corner, it's a tiny place so you may have a little wait but it's worth it. Great choice of panini's and baguettes along with good coffee and very tempting cakes.

Went back to our old uni house on the tatty king Edward road and found this great little place. Excellent coffee, great service and really good panini and bagels at a great price. Only 3-4 seats indoors but very nice.

This cafe is very easily missed but it is worth looking out for it. This is located at the bottom of the hill I used to live on and it's such a great place for food and coffee! The bacon rolls are tasty, cooked while you wait and given to you by people who really care about providing great customer service.

One Shoe Cafe is very small and easily missed. Me and my partner went on the hunt for this place a few months ago after someone told us that they do the greatest panini's and we've been going there ever since. I always pay this place a visit for a little treat. The staff there are always welcoming and pleasant and I love the decor of the place, exposed brick, subway tiles. I don't have a bad word to say about this place!! Just visit and see for yourself!

I couldn't believe it when I discovered The One Shoe had not been reviewed and I am slightly reluctant to spread the word and create a rush, but I’m a generous person and have decided to share my good fortune. The One Shoe is tiny, due to it being an old corner shop right on the end of King Edward Road – seats on the pavement under the awning where you can watch the world go by. I guess you would classify its menu as ‘take out’. They offer a wide variety freshly made and cooked to order paninis and delicious cakes. They serve coffee with flavour and real Cappuccino (not latte in a different cup) – someone there knows about coffee. It’s all so refreshing and different from the mass produced lunchtime fare to be found on the counters of the chain bakers or slightly suspect food from the local greasy spoon. To set the whole experience off and what really puts The One Shoe in a very special category is that it is all served by a staff who have the warmest of smiles at all times – how unusual is that?

Wow wow wow!! We went for the supper club event last night and it was absolutely delicious. The theme was vegetarian and vegan, the food was out of this world. We arrived and had a cocktail in the front cafe area then we were taken through to a beautifully prepared table in the dining area. One long table and guest were sat in a banquet style all together. Brilliant idea 💡 really sociable. When the food started to arrive, there were sighs of happiness all round. We had foccacia, delicious tomato salad, arincini, homemade gnocchi, fennel, goats cheese and peach salad. And lots more I can’t remember (sorry chef!). Oh yes a cauliflower cake which was delicious too. Pudding was a trio of cakes, served with a glass of dessert wine. The staff were super friendly and just in the right job, people focused, finny and charming. Our fellow diners were lovely, fascinating people too. I wish I had taken more photos but I was enjoying the food too much. The whole evening was fabulous and we will definitely be back. Thank you 🤩

The food is always fantastic! Always several different choices available, even caters for Vegans. Desserts too! The food is cooked from scratch and is obviously made with love. The welcome is always a friendly one and the Cafe has a great atmosphere. The staff and volunteers are second to none. A huge variety of people visit the Cafe and it's a great place to relax and chat with a hot cuppa coffee or tea. Provides an essential service to the needy of Swansea and holds a special place in everyones hearts.
