Nibbles in Swansea

Fab fab this is the best slice of cake i have had, you could not ask for better great service, scrummy food, and absolutely wonderful staff. So if you are in the area why not pop in and try for your self.

The opening of "Nibbles" has created a certain ripple of excitement amongst the "bon viveurs" of Swansea. Susan and Sian have extensive culinary training / experience in Europe and beyond, but the establishment of "Nibbles" marks a return to their cultural and gastronomic roots. The menu offers a range of quintessentially British dishes, amongst these are some hidden gems. For instance, "fruit loaf" is actually a variation on local delicacy bara brith. It is prepared according to a (secret, naturally) recipe, handed down from mother to daughter through Susan's family for generations. I will leave you to discover the rest for yourself!
