They charge 10% service charge before you receive any service, so when the service is awful you've already tipped. Got our order wrong twice, then had the absolute audacity to bring a bill for the £1.10 difference because they took our order wrong. Food was ok, wouldn't return though.

Bubble tea aka gay, especially with cheese. Food is not very good, apparently you need to know what to order, rice was not very good, but we should try pasta next time. Service was good, not a bad place

Loved eating here! The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, cooked perfectly and flavourful, couldn't fault it if I tried. Was worried about the prices at first, but you get more than your money's worth! The quality is fantastic and there was so much that most of us got to take some home (with takeout boxes provided). The staff were super friendly and proactive in helping with anything. They were even able to pickup on hesitation with orders and offer modifications that might help. The atmosphere is also quite nice. Very comfortable to sit in and feel free to laugh and joke. Not to forget, that everything was also very clean! Glad to see it. Hope to come back again soon!!

It used to be the best Chinese/Noodle place in all of Stoke but as of late I can't recommend it. Noodles are dry, the salt and pepper boxes are cooked within an inch of their life leaving it tough and chewy, the salt and pepper squid was barely cooked and covered in grease, and the prawn toast was hollow. Last time we ordered before this it also made my partner violently ill. I miss the old One Noodle.

I loved The One Noodle Bar! The noodles were delicious, and the broth was rich and flavorful. The place is cozy, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend!

Lovely place. Very good food, not done with lots of oil but full of flavour. Friendly staff. Good amount of seating for the size of the place. A few places to park near. Customer Lavatory available (disabled Friendly). Would happily return to dine or takeaway, same we're not local.

The can work on their food quality and taste. Dumplings were average and hirata buns were also average. Noodles were eatable but they can improve a lot. Overall won’t recommend

Great little noodle bar with very tasty food. We had 2 of their box meals and beef brisket noodle. All very tasty. Staff seemed very friendly and welcoming. We were the only group in there. The Bill seemed more like restaurant prices and the setting was like a city centre cafe but we enjoyed none the less and would return. Just over £50 total with a tea, bottle of water and a can.

Food was amazing! Would give it 6/5, however the salt and chilli box had a bit of a small portion for 2. Crispy beef was very nice

The One Noodle Bar in NuL... On Friday, 02/02/24, I visited The One Noodle Bar in NuL, which I normally like. but this time, with the Soup and Noodles dish I had the Hot and Sour broth instead of the regular Oyster Sauce broth. Now, the Hot and Sour broth is described as 'mildly spiced' with a one-chilli rating. However, there was nothing mild about my broth, it was so FEROCIOUSLY hot as to be inedible! As for sour, it was so hot that I couldnt really detect any sourness! I made an attempt to eat it but gave up and had to leave most of it. Then, because the noodles were inedible, I ordered an extra portion (of JUST noodles) for my grandson. For this, I was charged £6.60. Expensive noodles! Needless to say, I WONT be back ever again!

The best noodles I ever had. Amazing food, friendly customer service. Only bad thing is additional 10% extra for dining in charge, so I guess this place focus more on takeaway. If you like asian cuisine, a must visit! My friend also said she had the best rice dish ever

Stopped here for lunch, while out sofa shopping and it was just what we needed. Food was fresh and tasty, and the gentleman who served us was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I LOVE it here 💓 My favourite take away around! The noodles are amazing, the gyoza are amazing and the vegetable dumplings in chilli oil are the absolute best! They don't have an option for vegetarian hirata buns, but we asked if they could do some without meat and they agreed - so they're also very happy to accommodate people! 100% would recommend! *I'd like to edit, that they do now have tofu hirata buns, I'd like to think partly thanks to us 🤣💁‍♀️

Fantastic quality for the price. Staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help. Great options, the “build your noodle box” deal is a brilliant lunch. Unfortunately they don’t take card, but you can order to collect on their website (and pay with card) for no extra fee. 2023 Update: they now take card! Winner!

Good food and excellent service, definitely recommend the place, small menu but the food is done right, they do charge a 10% extra for dining in which I think should be alot lower, Other then that food was very tasty

I've been going here for over a year and it is by far the best I've been to. I have tried every Chinese takeaway within a 5 mile radius. I'm fairly stubborn about my food and this place ticks all the boxes every time.

What stood out was the speedy service; I picked up my warm meal just 15 minutes after ordering. The food was delicious and satisfying, making it the perfect choice when you're craving flavorful Asian cuisine.

Brought a salt chilli chips and it was really good but for £5 the portion was way too small, probably wouldn’t order it again just because of that but if the portions were to be bigger would defo be a regular customer.

Not your average place. Lovely staff, really good food, eat in or take away. Food worth eating at a very fair price.

Disappointing. Below average quality. Ribs chewy and not soft at all. Meat gets stuck in teeth. The vinegar dipping sauce had the tiniest single piece of ginger in whereas the favourite Chinese across the road puts multiple julienne strands of ginger with their dipping sauce. Shame really. Sauce was bland with soup and noodle dish.

The food is very clean, not too greasy, and big portion sizes to cost ratio,it also tastes great. Only have ever been served by the young man, he's really friendly. At lunchtime, there isn't really an atmosphere of people, and i take away, but the place is bright and clean with seating options.

Ordered two noodle pots and a couple of starters. Quick delivery. Food wasn't anything special, tasted like an average Chinese - nothing stood out at all. The oyster sauce tasted very odd with the noodles and I struggled to find the chicken. Won't be in a rush to order again.

Not cheap, but probably the nicest sweet and sour I have ever had the pleasure of eating. We ordered a family takeaway from here as a treat and the portions were generous and the food was good quality, fresh and tasty. No grisly chewy meat or over powering flavours like I’ve had from some takeaways. This type of food also usually upsets my stomach but I’ve been fine with my order from The One.

We go here for lunch sometimes. Some of the dishes are superb. Fairly expensive but nice food and you can eat inside as well as a takeaway. Worth a try for anyone local.

Great Szechuan noodle soup, with a generous portion of shrimp. Very friendly owner. We chatted about Indonesia, Japan and China for a while, as I was the only person in at the time.

I found this on a lunch break with my brother and was pleasantly surprised to see authentic dishes on the menu. The braised beef noodle soup was delicious, warm and very comforting. The wonton in chilli oil were to die for! The food exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend One Noodle Bar.

Charges a discretionary service charge for eating in but will not produce a VAT receipt and will only take cash. Service charge is not obligatory. If you want to charge more for eating in then produce a VAT receipt. Offer card payment options and not cash only so that you can pay your staff all cash in hand and dodge the tax man!

Seriously great food with ample vegetarian options. If like me you’re probably sick of the other local offering for Chinese food. It’s all super greasy and salty where as One tastes fresh and each ingredient stands apart. I had a dumpling soup and a crepe and it was sensational. I really can’t wait to go back again. My only criticism would be there menu is a little hard to interpret in some areas when sat at home ordering.

I dont know why the reviews are so good as our meal was shocking. We ordered a takeaway and it was grim. Very expensive for what was slimy, chewy food that i couldnt swallow it made me feel sick. Such a disappointing meal after all the reviews raving about the food!!!

What a great little no frills eatery. Really tasty, generous portions, reasonable prices. I was a little skeptical at first as the menu offered a selection of dishes from all over Asia, but hats off, they've done a good job. We tried the homemade Szechuan dumplings, braised beef noodle soup, and the assam laksa, all of which were pretty authentic and we very much enjoyed. Service and cleanliness were also excellent.

Phenomenal! I have visited this lovely Dim Sun Bar with my family for lunch. We now order from here at my place of work. Notwithstanding that many of my colleagues are not local people, we overwhelmingly agree that the food here is fresh, authentic and great value. The Vegetarian options are great. Recommend the pan fried tofu and dan dan noodles with mixed vegetables.
