The Old White Hart in Leeds

Came here for work again today... What a venue !! 2 minutes from Elland Rd (Leeds United F.C) So close you could hear the roars and feel the atmosphere on match days. Large carpark and enough capacity for everyone, huge beer garden with large screens for sporting events... 3 separate bar areas and a professional wheel chair lift for the stairs. Manager Wenty is always very accommodating and friendly. Most important to me is how clean this place is throughout... photos show that hygiene is clearly top of Wenty's list (kitchen photos) With beautiful decor and lots of Tv's this place would be an ideal place to while away a few hours or join in the excitement by watching amongst other sporting events the Leeds United matches ⚽️🥅😎👍

This place is pretty special to my family. Paid a visit just because of Chris's management there from knowing him from years ago and my mum was absolutely made up. Turns out this was where my dad dated my mum! The food is 10/10 (my mum is a hard person to please when it comes to food) The welcome, atmosphere in general, views over the Calder Valley and the cleanliness is also 10/10. Can't recommend this place enough. Thank you ⭐

Function room looks good. We had a small meeting but could imagine it being utilised for much bigger celebrations.

Great selection of drinks and super friendly welcoming staff and environment and one of the best beer gardens in Leeds, just a shame it’s not dog friendly! Would be in everyday if we could bring our wee dog even in just the beer garden Other than that, great prices and great pub

If Caribbean food is your thing then this is definitely up there with places promising the same thing for more much more money. Tiny little downside is the portions could have been bigger but, overall, top ratings.

Amazing as always best Caribbean food I’ve tasted

All the food is overpriced. The portions are VERY small. Dumplings are tiny, not worth the price. Kidney beans in the rice and peas were undercooked, rice was bland - no seasoning, slaw was bland - no seasoning. Mac and cheese was TINY and unseasoned. Season your food! Pretty sure the mutton curry was beef! The curry was watery and greasy and had no spice at all. The curry also had no veg - no carrot or potato. Absolute waste of money. (Also the driver didn't knock on the door)

Chicken was stunning , fries good too , burger was two chicken fillets in a bun bit of salad . Curry mutton was swimming in oil and inedible .

Food was top quality as always.

Visited as an away fan pre match, mix of fans, friendly atmosphere, well priced beer and plenty of screens showing the early ko before heading down to Elland Road. Staff friendly, would definitely return.

Poor all round strange dealings I'm told for a local it's expensive. Cheaper in the city centre

First time I've ever stepped in the pub, and it looked alright. Full disabled access to the rear beer garden with lots of seating area. From what I saw, a good size function room as well. Probably gets really busy when Leeds United play at home. Not a football fan so I'd most likely avoid. 🤪

Had a funeral in function room Friday 2nd December ..Wenty the landlord and his sister couldn't of done better helping us. they really looked after us offering use of kitchen to prepare the food the morning before the funeral.

One person in a bar with a queue of thirty. On a predictable day there would be loads of people there. Frustrating.

Lovely pub at the top of the hill.. massive beer garden and plenty of screens.. Didn’t get chance to speak to staff as my round came later in the day.. excellent pre game atmosphere with no signs of anything getting high rate.

Great place with great staff, beautiful venue and very welcoming rated 4 stars because of the lack of food timings in the sense it's kitchen has been closed very early every time I have visited. (Maybe due to covid and/or need).

Regular stop for a pre match pint. Gets busy but the bar staff are pretty quick so you don't wait long even on match days
