Enjoyed our meal last night . Super service. The food was excellent. We had eaten here at Christmas when it was very busy.. Last night was much quieter and most enjoyable. Will definitely be back.

It is not acceptable to wait an hour and 45 minutes for a main course. I don't care if it's Saturday night and you are busy. Sorry but we are not happy bunnies.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, the food was perfect. We had a few different dishes, every one was lovely. It was my first time going there but I think I found my new favourite local Italian restaurant.

The nicest ragu I’ve ever had, I like Italian food a lot so I eat a lot of it and believe you me, this is the BEST! if you like amazing food, do yourself a favour and get down here NOW!

As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome the staff were so friendly and professional, the atmosphere was calming and the food was perfect. Great portions and value for money, definitely recommend the chicken and mushroom risotto:)

Lovely restaurant with very nice owners. Recommend the garlic bread and spaghetti bolognaise they were both delicious with quick service.

I took my sons here for lunch and we had a really lovely time. The food was absolutely delicious and after being full up on starters and mains we couldn't resist fitting in a yummy dessert as well. The service was impeccable - the staff were friendly and attentive without being in our faces and the chef came to chat to us which was really nice. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing - one of my sons said he felt as comfortable as sitting at home with us for dinner. We didn't want to leave! Thank you for a wonderful, happy and cosy afternoon. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic meal with excellent service and personal touches. My husband and I wanted a steak, so we looked at the menu and ordered a Filet and Ribeye. Without doubt this was the best steak he and I had ever had, the sauce and the sides which came with this were perfect. In addition we were treated to a complementary side of courgette frites. Everything about this meal was amazing, including the Bruschetta starter and the Sorbet deserts. Galina and Alex (Owners & Chef) were friendly and welcoming, Alex (Chef) came out to check that everything was as we’d expected. Lovely touch and somewhere we will definitely return to. Thank you.

Loved the food would come back bit br careful those shot lemon drinks they put on our bill at 15 pounds it's expensive but the food worth it

First time at this little gem & will definitely become a regular! Service & food was impeccable & couldn’t be faulted even if I tried!. At the end of our meal the chef even came out and greeted each table to ask how everything was which I thought gave such a personal touch & was very appreciated. The atmosphere & vibe was very cozy. We arrived at 6pm and didn’t leave until 9pm (even though we finished eating at about 8pm) simply because we felt so relaxed and comfortable. Thank you The Old Paparazzi - we will be back soon

Me and my parents came here to celebrate my birthday and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was casual and cosy which we loved. The service was amazing- our sever was lovely and so attentive she made sure we had a special evening. The food was delicious and fresh. We will definitely be returning! :)

Went in there again . Liver and bacon..... OMG . Amazing. Go into this place. Great food I have to say and Im in restaurants 4 days a week due to work. Milanese, very traditional, loved it, Liver and bacon unreal, and the black squid ink prawn linguine...... fantastic. Service, very impressive and non intrusive. Deserts, its Italian, what more do you want. Love it

Great local Italian restaurant. So nice to sit at a table with white linen. Delicious food prepared by a chef that really cares about what he presents to his customers. The front of house staff are always friendly and professional. The atmosphere makes you feel like you have had a night out in London but it is only up the road.

Food was delicious. It can be a little bit noisy but love It. We will go again.

My second time at this restaurant and it won’t be my last! Friendly staff, food cooked fresh so happy to wait for it and a lovely “trattoria” atmosphere at the venue. Great choice of drinks, wines and desserts too. Happy to recommend.

Unassuming diner at a junction in the heart of potters bar. From the outside it looks quite discreet so was pleasantly surprised walking into a quaint setting. Food was great (No pizza served here). Will definitely be returning.

We booked a table as a large group of about 30 people, for delegates of an international conference. We were not disappointed! The food was very delicious, reasonably priced and arranged in a nice way, the service was attentive, prompt and very friendly. Everyone was very happy, and the owners and staff made us feel very welcome, with a lovely personal touch. I can highly recommend the Old Paparazzi and will definitely return. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!

Been to this Italian 4-5 times this past year and it’s great every time. Home made and fresh food always. The staff are fantastic and friendly. Best Italian within 10 miles!! Reasonable priced food and wine.

Went there for my birthday meal lastnight and the food was heavenly! A tad too much garlic on the garlic bread but the lamb perfect! I will be back!

Fantastic food prepared by Chef Alex. A husband and wife owned concern that offers a unique dining experience. What helps is that there is local car parking which only helps expedite your taste buds. Do not delay your visit, aided by a white table cloth environment. CHEERS!

I cant say any more than OK. The staff are always friendly and helpful especially to my elderly in laws. Food is decent enough but not v inspired and ambience cold and needs something to elevate it. Pleasant but my in laws love it so I'm happy with that.

Visited here with a friend. Have been a local to the area for over 30 years and have never thought to try this place. Well I wish I had tried it earlier in life. Absolutely delicious fresh food and great service. Highly recommend and will be going again soon.

Food was excellent. Had a seafood pasta as a starter - absolutely lovely, followed by calf’s liver which was equally good. Panacotta with fruits of the forest also did not disappoint. Would definitely go again

Authentic Italian cuisine. A confession... although the exterior is eye catching, I feel Potters Bar may be lacking in... class? The team here is new with just over a year under their belt but are not absent skill. The welcome into the establishment felt personal and refreshing in this day and age. The menu has more than enough choice and our chosen items did not disappoint. They felt fresh and the tasted just so. We had a 3 course meal and were delighted with every course. I drag on but... it hit the spot :D I recommend this to anyone. I will certainly be back. Thank you Old Paparazzi

The place is a bit dated, the food was above average and staff was really friendly. We visited the place recently to have an anniversary dinner. There is no dedignated parking however there are a few spots at the front where you can park your car. Just remember to register your car when you enter the restaurant. We were shocked by the political statements the management has printed at the front door, but we didnt let that ruin the night. We had a two course meal which took a bit too long to be prepared and we ended up spending more than an hour over all. I loved the glass door that allows you to see through to the kitchen. I gathered the chef was pretty clean, and ran the show on his own.

Lovely atmosphere! Waiter's that actually care and make your experience great from the very start. Tasty food and what a lovely owner that took the time to talk to us. Will most definitely come back.

Rediscovered your restaurant after not visiting for ages. Enjoyed the food iso much I visited twice this week! It was good to meet and speak with the chef between courses and the waitress service was attentive and cheerful. Will definitely be back again soon. Thank you

I booked for my girlfriends birthday as I'd heard that The Paparazzi was back to the high standards that it used to be. Let me just say that it did not dissapoint. We had the Calamari and Brie to start, both were done to perfection. The mains were exquisite, Veal and a simple but very tasty Ravioli. For desert we went off menu with some fresh pancakes which was no trouble at all and it was all topped off with what I think was the best Baileys coffee I've ever had. Not rushed, very enjoyable and reasonably priced. If you are looking for the full package then I recommend it.

My parents treated us to a meal out last Tuesday. They suggested we go to The Paparazzi, I thought oh ok, I remember the last time I went in the early 90s it was was pretty average and quite expensive. Well what a very pleasant surprise! The ambiance was great, the owners were lovely, very friendly and the food was great and reasonably priced. The chef came out to chat with us at the end which is always a nice touch. Even my dad had nothing to moan about! We are looking forward to our next visit.

This restaurant never disappoints! I went with my boyfriend tonight and I regret not ordering tiramisu to go. Honestly, the ravioli and the veal were amazing! The bruschetta was fresh and tasty, the service is always excellent. I don’t know the name of the server or the chef but they’re both lovely and we really appreciated the whole experience. It is truly a hidden gem in potters bar. It is not necessary to go to London for delicious Italian food because it is right here 2 minutes away from our house. Thank you so much for tonight. We 100% recommend this restaurant and we’ll be coming back soon!

Went for in laws 85th. Service friendly but ever so slow to bring food out. When it came it was v basic. Hard unripe avocado and poor quality frozen prawns as an example. Menu a bit of a 70s throw back. Staff lovely however and made a fuss of birthday girl.

Had a lovely lunch on a bank holiday Monday. Pizza is amazing! My daughters new fav pizza (Tomato base is so yummy and not too salty like many other pizza places). I had the mushroom pasta which was creamy but not too creamy. Everything is fresh, even my mum liked her ravioli. OMG the desserts are wow (Homemade of course). Service was great as well. We will be back!!!!

We had a lovely dinner here this for my son's Birthday. We were the only table there early on a Tuesday evening and we were very well looked after. The food and wine was delicious and we could have happily sat there all night.

We had a fantastic Italian meal at the Old Paparazzi last night. The new owners are making it very welcoming and friendly with the good service and Christmas decorations. The menu is traditional Italian, very tasty and well prepared. We look forwards to going back in the very near future.
