Order time kept changing until it arrived 45 minutes late. Food was getting cold

Great place to grab a quick sandwich for lunch and milkshakes are very tasty. Only let down wobbly table.

Always friendly and a great service

We just ordered lunch literally about half an hour ago. My salmon avocado sandwich turned up warm, absolutely tasteless and it looks like complete mush! The avocado was mashed, no lemon, no black pepper. Was this made by a 5 year old ?????!!!!!!

A very friendly and very clean cafe. Very large breakfast, lunch menu. Very good portion sizes and the quality is first class. I had the liver and onions as per my photo. Really enjoyed the food and is definitely well worth the visit. Never lets you down the quality and size of this mushroom omelette with a fresh homemade salad was absolutely perfect. I've run out of superlatives for the quality of this cafe. One of the largest and tastiest jacket potatoes. Latest photo is Eggs benedict a really fantastic choice for my brunch.

I went Durans for the 1st time a few weeks back. The staff is always very friendly and the breakfast is lovely and not a bad price too. Great place to go

Portions much smaller than they used to be.

There is much to like about Duran’s Cafe. It opens at six, has polite fast service, is spacious with a clean bathroom, reasonable prices and has an excellent location with parking close by. The combination of all the above tips it into 5 star territory rather than any one point of real excellence.

Once again....cannot fault the food..would recommend to everyone

We were two couples clearing a near relatives flat, moving furniture and putting things in boxes and bags. Glum stuff! We went over to Duran's and were welcomed with friendly smiles and a warm atmosphere. Soon hot mugs of steaming tea were placed before us followed by a range of different breakfasts. Mine was the Set 2 Breakfast even though it was after midday, they were all fabulous, this was the food of Kings. Would I go again...Oh Yea, Oh Yea! Brilliant, just what we all wanted.

Great food and great speedy service so I frequently order from here, for this reason. This time I was quite disappointed as the quantity of salmon was less than half it's usual amount. I understand costs are extortionate now and I wouldn't have minded a slightly smaller portion, however, £12 for this amount was not worth it so I won't be ordering from here again. Shame.

I cant give any stars went in today sat down 2 other people came in got served first I ordered lasagna it was cold sent it back it came back a bit hotter i said was there spice in it the waiter said a bit i asked for something else the manager came out said he made it has no spice refused to change it I asdvise people to go else where I used to serve the manager in my old job i would never serve him He has no maners no people skills And avoid I would rather not eat

I went in with my service dog and his ID CARD ABD HIS JACKET FEW WEEKS BACK AND BEEN BACK HOSPITAL WITH R-Alfié since and blonde waitress came to me and said as I holding his ID CARD SAYING the manager doesn’t want you in here get out (his ID strictly SAYS ALL PLACES OG THE PUBLIC MY SERVICE DOG CAN GO AND I CAN PRODUCE HIS CARD AND CERTIFICATES AND PROOF HIS TRAINING I SHOULDN'T HAVE TOO AND STATES IF REFUSED THERE LIABLE FOR PROSECUTION BUT I WAS PIECE AND ACCEPTANCE NOT MORE TRAUMA AND THIS PLACE NEVER WAS BAD I WAS WITH MY FRIEND AND HER AUTISTIC CHILD AND WE WERE ONLY FRONT ENTRANCE BETWEEN TABLES I Ordered THE SAUSAGE SANDWICH MY FRIEND WANTED AND I WAS TOLD TO LEAVE EVEN BEFORE I GOT IT AND SHE HAD TO GO IN ITS DISGUSTING PEOPLE STILL HAVEN’T EDUCATED THERE SELVES !!!

First time trying this restaurant and I went with it based on their high reviews. I ordered the veggie breakfast with extra side of halloumi meal which I was very disappointed with. First of all they didn’t provide any toast with the meal which the menu says. Secondly the hash browns and veggie sausages were very over cooked nothing tasted like it had any salt or pepper on, just very under seasoned meal and lastly the portion of beans they provided were very small. Don’t know if they were just in a rush or were busy but can’t say I would recommend to anyone.

Prawn salad was well proportioned and very filling. English pancakes hit the spot.

Over 1 hour wait for delivery. Soggy hash brown, mushroom inedible with milky runny liquid underneath, bread not toasted. Miserable breakfast.

Good portion size but food was low quality

driver called me and i said i was standing outside house. Received various texts from him and he says he left the food outside my door. I have no idea what address he is at. But it's not mine. Tried calling the cafe but they say they have no control over the delivery and cannot help and should call just eat. This is absurd. Goodbye Duran's Cafe. I will never call on you again. Just terrible customer service.

I order the same breakfast every week and I was a big fan of Durans but sadly they keep getting it wrong so they have now lost a customer and their methods of customer handling when there is a problem is not adequate in giving the impression of good customer service, it saddens me that they have dropped their standards.

Will not be ordering from these again we had the wrong order sent to us. When I contacted the restaurant I was literally told “I only cook the food I don’t deal with deliveries” he had zero customer service skills and refused to rectify the mistake unbelievable

Lovely little café with great staff. Extensive menu with excellent all day breakfasts a speciality. Huge portions of piping hot food quickly served.

By far the best restaurant / cafe in Bushey. Great food and lovely and friendly staff! Can’t recommend it enough
