The Old King's Highway in Aberdeen City

Great bar - very friendly staff and brilliant music! Always guaranteed a good afternoon/night in the kings highway!

Nice friendly staff , town centre pub , good atmosphere , usually some sort of entertainment on, reasonable priced drinks always a good night ,worth a visit

I had a catch up with some chums and we met in the King's Highway. The atmosphere was amazing, it was busy and everyone was in good spirits. The bar staff were friendly, efficient and remembered our drinks, that personal touch. There was a singer on and he was really good, we stayed longer than we probably would in one bar but we didn't want to leave. There was also security on the door,however he was never needed. Keep up the good work.

Only discovered this little pub relatively recently. It’s very much a traditional place, family run and the staff are friendly but take no nonsense off ‘eejits’. They’ve got a good selection of spirits, particularly gin and prices are fair. Locals are friendly when you get to know them. There’s not many of these traditional, we’ll run pubs left so I believe in supporting them over the bigger places.

This is very much an old style pub with a great atmosphere and very good service. They also have a good selection of whisky. A bunch of us were out for Christmas lunch and a pub crawl and this was one of the stopping points. This was my first time there but I would certainly go back.
