Travelling through Warminster for work, I stumbled across The Old Fire Station and decided there could be no better place to spend my evening. This turned out to be a fantastic decision. From the suspended ladders to the historic hoses and helmets, this restaurant really encapsulates the strong heritage surrounding the profession of firefighting but also welcomes anyone with a taste for good food and local beers! This is an absolute one-off and a restaurant I couldn't recommend more highly!

The food was very good, however……. Table was dirty, we asked for it to be cleaned and was amazed that it was then wiped poorly with a serviette. The wait between finishing our starter and receiving the main course was just over 40 mins and the level of service was very very poor. This is not our first visit but I think it will be our last. It is staffed by young girls who clearly have a poor level of training.

We went to celebrate our granddaughters 4th birthday after a trip to nearby Longleat Safari Park. We got delayed but the staff were brilliant and more than happy to accommodate a later sitting. They found some birthday banners and hung them over our table. The atmosphere is brilliant, surrounded by fire service memorabilia. Great theme and concept, particularly the opportunities given to the younger team members. Now for the food…fantastic. We stuck to pizzas and they didn’t disappoint. The pizza dough and crust were excellent and toppings really tasty. 😋 good selection of non alcoholic beers for drivers. Ice cream to die for and even popped a little candle into our birthday girls strawberry ice cream. Our waitress was working her last day and she was so attentive. Thank you so much for a magical end to a lovely birthday celebration. Would recommend without hesitation.

What a wonderful place! We went to The Old Fire Station for a birthday celebration as a family of 6, and we could not have had a better evening. The building is beautiful with a warm and welcoming feeling on arrival. We were seated and given menus and time to make choices. Our waitress was absolutely lovely- friendly, knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing. The food is out of this world! The pizzas are made fresh in a pizza oven with absolutely fabulous toppings. I had a 'half and half' topping- pear and Stilton on one side, and smoked cheese and chorizo on the other. There are fabulous choices of toppings, and a small but delicious selection of other dishes (Eg. Greek salad, chorizo in cider, fresh tuna) all made fresh to order. The atmosphere is wonderful and extremely busy for a Tuesday evening, so don't forget to book! The staff worked non-stop all evening and are a credit to the business. It was my mum's birthday, and we had brought a cake with us. Our lovely waitress brought it out and started to sing Happy Birthday, which the rest of the restaurant joined in with. It was magical and very special for our mum, so thank you! It is incredibly reasonably priced for the quality and quantity of food and the warm, welcoming atmosphere with a calm, gentle buzz of people enjoying their evening. Excellent food and excellent service as usual. Staff very polite and served us efficiently. Food has always been top quality and an excellent drinks menu. We liked how they support local businesses and suppliers especially.

We had booked the restaurant as a surprise 60th birthday gathering for a friend. Dave the manager contacted me to discuss the requirements ahead of time. The atmosphere on the restaurant is very intimate and was a perfect setting for the gathering. The food and service were amazing. Will definitely be back soon!

We had a lovely lunch here. Really quirky place with a great atmosphere. The staff were really friendly. We had some dishes from the Tapas menu. All very tasty. One of us had the chilli and nachos. That was very good. We didn’t have pizza but I saw them cooking in the pizza oven and they looked delicious. The menu is a bit limited but the food is very good. We really enjoyed our lunch here.

Visited for a colleagues leaving do. Great food, very relaxed atmosphere, really friendly host and a young staff who smile and are genuinely helpful! They do gluten free too! Recommended!

Amazing tapas! Perfect for sharing. Delicious food which caters for a wide range of people (including vegan). Attentive and friendly service. Definitely recommend the chorizo and the hummus! We will definitely be back soon.

Saturday night ....family night! I came here Saturday night with my husband & my daughter and as a first time visitor I'm wondering why it's taken me so long! Fantastic service from start to finish even though the restaurant was full. Lovely food and leftovers to take home as we over indulged!! Thank you 😊

Lovely place and a good little menu, which is excellent for picking and sharing with your group. Great use of the wood fired oven for the dishes served, particularly enjoyed the Chorizo al la Sidra. If you are staying at the local Longleat Centre Parcs, well worth escaping for somewhere that serves lovely food at a reasonable price.

Really warm friendly welcome. Really cute building and feels very fire stationy! Great food and yummy salted caramel milkshake. Parking was easy enough down the high street and free when I got there. Will be back.

We had a fabulous evening - the food is heavenly! The Old Fire Station Pizza was delicious and I am so pleased Dave (the owner) talked me in to it and the smoky cheese on top - one of the best pizzas I have had! We were taken care of and the atmosphere of The Old Fire Station is warm, friendly and super interesting with the old pieces from firehouses. We would highly recommend! Huge thank you to Dave for helping with the reservation, making our evening lovely and giving our little boy a wooden sword to leave with - he loves it!

Such an amazing meal. Won a voucher for here and so so so glad we did. We will definitely be going back. Perfect place for families as well. Staff were lovely and food was delicious, best pizza we have had for a very long time!!

What a fab little restaurant. Met here as it was halfway between me and my cousin, she booked us a table and we weren't disappointed. Service was fantastic, food was yummy, atmosphere was great and the story behind the place is special. We were made to feel very welcome and we were chatting till closing. Highly recommended if you're in the area to pay a visit.

17th May Pre booked a table for 12 for 8pm Arrived on time to find table still occupied:0( And unfortunately no where on the premises to accommodate the 12 of us for pre meal drinks:0( Told to return in 15 minutes ?? New to the area, so wandered around Warminster trying to find a place to stop for a drink, not with much success!!! Returned 25 minutes later After this little hiccup, everything went well and everyone enjoyed the food,service and atmosphere and the bad start to the evening was recovered :0) It would have been appreciated if more effort was made to assist us due to the fact that our table was not available on our arrival as booked, rather than just telling us to go away!! Which is how it felt to us?? !! If we had another option, I don’t think we would have returned.

This place is the best. The food was wonderful, they have a great whiskey selection, the music and ambiance is perfect, and Dave is an absolute hero! Everyone there is so kind and helpful, and I can’t wait to visit again. Thanks guys!!

Came here after a trip to the Safari Park,. Everyone was super friendly and the food was excellent. Swapped out regular cheese for a plant based cheese on our pizzas and they were a treat.

Went here on a Thursday afternoon for a family birthday gig as soon as it opened at 1700. Friendly greeting to a unique and somewhat quirky restaurant. Lots to look at. But the food is more important than any fire service paraphernalia! This place delivered for sure - and with a couple of demanding kids, this was borne out by their reaction. It is now at no.1 spot for birthday venue (pushing Franky & Bennys out the way, thank the stars!). Happy staff too. What's not to like?

Great food, friendly service, convivial atmosphere. We travel from several miles away at least once a month to dine here on a Saturday night - our "go to" place !

Love this place - our favourite restaurant during a short trip through warminster with the kids. Great decor, yummy pizzas - beware, spicy means spicy! Lovely owner who came out to chat with us and explained that they work with young people as part of a skills building initiative. Service slightly inexperienced for this reason, but what a great approach to work experience and everyone really friendly and accommodating.

Good food and really friendly staff. My only slight criticism (although understandable to maximise the number of covers) is that there are too many tables and not enough room to move between them which makes moving around a little like a game of Tetris.

What a lovely little restaurant with a great atmosphere. We all had pizza which was fresh, perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Service was excellent from point of booking and especially whilst at the restaurant. Will definitely return to this little gem.

A fabulous find. The Restaurant was wonderfully different with lot of memorabilia to look at. Ruby our waitress could not have been better, a real credit to the business. Nothing was too much, patience with our ordering, lighting a candle (my husband's Birthday), letting the children spy their home crafted pizza's cooking in the oven, not hurrying us out, splitting up the bill etc. To top it all the food was sublime!!!! Would definitely recommend and visit again if back in the area. Thank you for your service.

Went on valentine's day, lovely little place with a great atmosphere. The food was delicious, the butter chilli prawns as a starter and the Old Fire house hot pizza was nice and spicy. Would definitely recommend.

This place is a gem! We just enjoyed a first visit for a delicious lunch at the Old Fire Station - the owner is so lovely and welcoming, decor really interesting and stone baked pizzas DELICIOUS. They were really accommodating for our children and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this place and will certainly be back!

We were really excited to go to this restaurant as it had great reviews. Restaurant environment is lovely with some cool decor and great lighting. Pizza was awful - we waited an hour and it was dry, barely any cheese and burnt. Waitress was lovely and offered 10% off and then manager came over to say the rest of the restaurant had the same and no complaints. He did say we didn’t have to pay for our food but then when on to dispute our opinion.

Excellent place to eat, love the decor and feel of the old fire station. Pizzas were amazing and hosting was even better, giving the whole experience a 5* from us, would without a doubt recommend, will visit again if we are in the area in the future. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Went here for lunch with my extended family and my 2 kids. Delicious pizzas. Friendly staff. No children's menu but most kids like pizza and they had quite a choices of pizza. They have high chairs but you will need to fold down your pushchair if you bring one as there isn't room for them..

Great place with you eating in the fire station, and they do great tasting pizza. Good wines, and the decor is fantastic. The pricing is definitely worth the quality and we were able to change pizza toppings due to allergies. The staff were friendly and professional. We had the spicy pizza, sausage board - excellent and the margarita plus. Defo worth a visit.

Following a recommendation, we visited The Old Fire Station restaurant last Saturday lunchtime and thoroughly enjoyed it! The wood-fired pizzas were delicious and the chorizo and pepper tapas dishes just finger-licking good. The restaurant itself looked so inviting and the staff were lovely as well. We were glad we had booked a table as it was nice and busy. I would 100% recommend you try it for yourself. Believe me, you won't be disappointed!

What a treat this restaurant is! The warmest of welcomes, and such friendly smiles and top service. It was busy ( not surprised) yet still food was served well, and the best pizza we've all had in a long time! It felt so comfortable it was like being at home with some staff and great food! We have walked past this a few times whilst being in Warminster and always have said we’re go in there, and we got the chance last night. We got in last minute and our waiter was absolutely brilliant lovely bloke and the chefs for our pizzas OMG they were amazing ! Definitely going next time we are both back up here :) thank you !

Such a great little piece of history lovely staff friendly atmosphere just a well round place for a meal. Menu can be a little pricey but the food is fantastic and they have a lovely wood fire oven and it is fantastic

A unique style restaurant! We booked last minute, at 5pm following a recommendation from my husbands friend who is a regular, and after reading the rave TA reviews. We enjoyed the decor, and the food was nice and as expected from a pizza oven, but we didn't get the 'wow' experience that the reviews and our friend had referenced. The restaurant was very busy due to a nearby firework display....but we were served in a timely manner. Unfortunately we did receive flat diet coke (which was replaced), left with empty plates on our table for quite some time, and then served cold 'hot chocolate fudge cake' TWICE...we sent the first ones back, and then it came back just as cold second time (so we gave up on the idea of the promised hot choc fudge cake and our kids ate it cold)! The staff that we spoke to were smiley and lovely but all far too busy and seemed understaffed tonight. We aren't local (from 'the north') so we won't be back to try again another time but wish the business well!

I visited The Old Fire Station with family and friends. It is such a diamond of a venue. The food, service, and value for money were excellent. I tried the OFS Spicy Pizza, and it was particularly hot but amazing 🌶 🔥, Nothing a few beers wouldn't sort out I'm definitely visiting again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’d heard good things about The Old Fire Station but it exceeded expectations! The food was incredible, great service and cosy decor. We’re already planning to go back try the tomahawk steak! Loved it and can’t wait to go back

We were in Warminster for the evening, and I looked up places to eat. Came across the Old Fire Sation - no booking, but the friendly waiting team found us a table. Quick and friendly service and the oven-fired pizza was delicious (Hot Old Fire Station). Good atmosphere in the place and quite cool to see the fire station paraphernalia around.

Fantastic food, great service and extremely welcoming. Dave even opened for our group on a night he wasn’t usually open. Would definitely recommend.

Stopped by The Old Fire Station for an evening meal, we did not have a booking and they were fully booked that evening, non the less they found us space/gap in the bookings and served us a FANTASTIC meal. The food was simply sublime, the flavours were of amazing quality and the service was spot on, everyone was friendly, polite, welcoming and accommodating. Wonderfully decorated in chic style paying homage to the name it’s a very aesthetic and a relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend eating here whether it is a light bite or a larger meal in groups or as a couple.

Found this little jem after looking at Tripadvisor reviews and was most definitely not disappointed. Warm welcome and lovely food. I would highly recommemd the vegetarian chilli the pizzas looked amazing as well.

This is an amazing restaurant, run by excellent people, it is different & unique but love it. Food up there being the best beautifully cooked, beer was served at the perfect temperature, can only offer praise for this restaurant. Highly recommended

What an amazing find. Tucked away off the high street, welcoming, excellent staff and service despite it being quite busy. Food is cooked from scratch cooked in a pizza oven by the girls. Would thoroughly recommend a visit. Food was very yummy too!

The food was good but the service very slow. At least two tables of customers that arrived after us were served their meals before we were. The quality of the food didn't make up for the fact that a quick snack for lunch took the best part of 90 minutes.
