Went to see a band so what were good

Decent drinking pub. No food as far as I know. Drinks are good value, cheaper than most. The place gets livelier on an evening as it frequently has live music on.

Staff were great, good pub a few TVs 👍

The name says it all really, a traditional British pub. The only thing missing from the 80s is the bar smoke! If you like horse racing on the TV and friendly barmaids then this is the place for you

I have started going to this pub. I only went there initially because I was meeting some friends to watch the football. I was impressed. The pub has a happy atmosphere, there are no yobs or druggies and the staff are very pleasant and you can get served very quickly with three behind the bar at peak times.JohnSmiths is £1-75. I dont know how long that will last but it is terrific value.what's not to like?

Named what it is. A good Old English pub. Good for casual pints and a game of pool. Great in the summer to sit out side in the sun. Friendly bar staff as well.
