The Old Crown Inn in Midlothian

I was out for a walk with a friend on a sunny afternoon and we decided to stop for a drink at The Old Crown. It was busy for a Monday afternoon but there's a beer garden out the back so we were able to sit there and enjoy the sunshine. The pub is of the old school variety and the decor is fairly basic but it does have a tv which was showing horse racing when we were in. Overall it was a pleasant visit.

Lively bar on the main drag with friendly and helpful staff and a great range of drinks on offer. Prices were fair too.

A very comfortable drinking establishment. No frills but welcoming, reminds me of my early drinking experiences. A safe environment and a congenial clientele.

Been in here a few times. Good location outside bus stop to bigger. Nice old fashioned pub with a friendly atmosphere. Good selection of beers

A real pub - what more can I say! Been going there since I was at school (lol - how things have changed)! Great choice of beers, friendly patrons, great bar staff, and a real old pub atmosphere.
