Natural Spice EH25 in Midlothian

Used this establishment for the 1st Time Tonight and the Service and Food was absolutely outstanding. I had a 12 inch Donor Calzone. I will definitely be using again. Thanks Mo & Liam for making me feel so welcome & making my meal so tasty.

we have ordered from this takeaway many times and this the most disappointing meal we have had. Food was warm at best. Nan bread was thin and poor quality. Pakora was soft. We will have to rethink again about ordering from Natural Spice which is upsetting.

The food was a little late, but so worth the wait best curry I have had in a long time !

We finally got to order some amazing lamb curry after a few friends recommended this place and honestly I can't believe we haven't tried it sooner! The food was wonderful and the portions are really big, you definetly get much more than what you pay for. You can clearly see a lot of love goes into this food. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, we've found our new favourite spot.

Food was fantastic and ready for collection within 10 minutes of ordering. Thank you!

Not very good chicken was dry nan bread wasn’t very good

wasn't nice the chips were half cooked the chicken pakora was over cooked hard dry and chewy .

chicken madras was awful. tasted strange so inedible. kebab was ok but spicy even after asking for no sauce

Had heard it had never reopened after covid. Glad my son checked online. Still as good, if not better. Will have to make the trip out a regular thing again. Kingsize kebab enough to feed two 🙈 Will try some of their other dishes next time. Will be easier to reheat after the half-hour journey home.

Honestly, never eaten there so I can't speak for the food or service or atmosphere.. but the junky looking cars that sound like very loud farts that constantly stop there and then speed off down the road puts me off a lot. It's like a meet up spot for the worst looking, worst sounding cars in the world.

Food was good, package a little bashed up so sauce was all over everything in the bag but would order from here again.

Korma sauce was tasteless and watery, not creamy at all - same with mango chutney. Chicken overcooked. Naan cold and poppadoms not very fresh.

I didn’t like the food. Simply wanted a chicken jalfrezi and they sent jalfrezi sauce, then said I had picked jalfrezi without chicken. Why not make it easier for customers to place an order. Won’t be ordering again for a while.

I usually love this place! Their curries are ace!! I decided to get the mixed grill this time, the chicken was so dry and salty! The curry sauce tasted horrible! Didn't enjoy it one bit and won't be ordering that again.

Orders from here normally arrive within 30 mins. This order took almost 1hr and 20 mins. The food was stone cold!

Not consistent with pizzas, tonight was burnt, not the first time, only half was edible, maybe some people enjoy burnt pizza, we do not, I expect because it’s delivered, it’s a case of, they won’t notice till we’ve gone. Update - id just like to add that these guys know how to make a curry, so from now on we won’t order pizza, but we will order their curries

not often I have to leave negative feedback, but tonight the food was cold. chips were undercooked and the sauces in the same bag as the poppadoms, resulting In them being broken into small pieces.

The best Indian takeaway within Edinburgh and Midlothian. Worth travelling for if you live in the city. Always delicious.

Called for a delivery for me and my partner and tried this takeaway as it was closer to where we live . I have been eating the same dish from Indian takeaway for years and was disgusted with what was delivered on both dishes after paying over £60 and it's going in the bin I will be making sure we never use this takeaway again

Ordered mince Nan got a plain Nan ordered chips never got them kind of gutted because I like natural spice but been let down a cpl of times now please read ur orders properly

Had the king sized kebab. Great value for money, plenty chicken and donner meat. My Mrs had a curry which she loved with plenty chicken. Was nice and early and quite a large order which was all correct and present. Thank you, I will be back!

Ordered the madras pizza and the tandoori mixed grill. The pizza wasn’t hot in the slightest for being a madras and just didn’t taste good. The Nan that I got looked like it had been kicked about the place and was half broken into little bits . The rice was ok but the curry sauce and the chicken was very dry and again wasn’t great . Never had a problem with this place before normally really good so I’m disappointed that I have wasted £28 for something I’ve had 2 slices of and a bit of chicken and left everything else .i must say it came really fast so the delivery time was great . Just a pitty about the food. Takeaways aren’t cheap anymore so you expect good quality.

Food was really good except I wanted normal chips with my cheese and chicken tikka and got spicy chips, also the calzone was a bit spicy but overall nice!

soggy cold chips, dry chicken and naan, pizza cold. special salad just a regular salad nothing special about it, Lettuce was brown near the bottom.

I had a vegetable korma and peshwari naan. The korma was really disappointing- it wasn’t creamy and tasted watery with a slight spice. The peshwari naan has large parts which did not have the coconut on it and was just the plain naan. My partner had a chicken bhuna which he thoroughly enjoyed but agreed the korma was not good. The mince nan was also very tasteless. The delivery was early which was appreciated on a Friday evening.

The mushroom rice was flavourless and the rogan josh was bland, have before and was more or less the same, sadly.

Sauce was great as was naan. Chicken is proper bad these days like has a weird taste even through the sauce. Unedible. Poppadom stale and not crunchy at all. So close to being perfect. Pizzas are always banging so no sure why they are missing on the small details. To many good curry’s nearby to send rank chicken

Genuinely the worst pizza and vegetable pakora I've ever had. Almost all of it went in the bin even though I was still hungry.

Pizza was a bit too overcooked, my son moaned but still ate it as was hungry.

Food was all cold when it arrived. It took 40 minutes to arrive from the time it was supposedly on the way and I only live 10 minutes away so that was quite disappointing.

Very late due to a mistake in the restaurant. No compensation given. Biriyani was okay but chicken was dry.

First time, as I am new to the area, but not new to Indian food:) Ordered chicken tikka pasanda, rice, garlic naan and a raita. Pasanda was beautiful, rich creamy sauce with really tasty chicken pieces. Brilliant. Naan is a naan. Rice good;) But raita needs a work, cucumber must be finely sliced guys, almost invisible:):) But this chicken in pasanda deserves 10/10. I will be regular there.

Order was wrong. Called straight away. Still waiting for the food and person it was for has fell asleep after waiting half hour when they said it would be sent straight away. Not happy at all

Once again, superb food delivered early.
