This pub is such a lovely atmosphere. Such friendly staff who can not do enough for you. I've been for kids party's, adult party's, Sunday dinners and just nipping in for family tea. I can't recommend this pub enough. I've had the best night ever with friends and the most lovely times with family eating. The prices are affordable and the pub just makes you feel so comfortable.

Amazing carvery, first time we have visited Oddfellows Arms. Plenty of selection of vegetables. All cooked lovely. Not sure of the name of the guy doing the meat carving but was very friendly and polite. Definitely visit again. We also got a takeaway for someone who was poorly at home. Roasties were the best part !!

Had Sunday roast here. Everything stone cold. Had to wait for mashed potato and gravy as had ran out. Stuffing balls were uncooked. Screaming kids ruining atmosphere. Been before and it was OK.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Had the small parmo. Tasty well presented and generous portion sizes. Homemade chips Mmmm. Definately worth a visit.

Just going to start of by saying the staff in the oddfellows are absolutely amazing they went above and beyond to help when we visited the owners Sarah and Andy are amazing as is the food and drink prices the atmosphere is brilliant everyone is super friendly and welcoming and on a weekend there's a brilliant party scene on the nights will definitely be returning and recommend to anyone to come they have a ramp for wheelchair access and are super child friendly during the day also absolutely loved the place

I have to say that I held a Wake recently following the death of my partner. I dealt mainly with Sarah in organising the food. I told her that I had a vegan attending and she absolutely went above and beyond. This is the second Wake the family have had there this year. I would certainly go again for any celebrations.

Atmosphere is chilled during the day and bouncy on weekends, the service is good and the bar staff are really helpful.

Well 1st of all I wud like to thank sarah and andy personally for everything 2day u both went above and beyond to make sure everything was good food was amazing service was excellent staff was excellent definitely would book a private function again very family friendly pub highy recommended

Good Sunday lunch,think the crackling should be giving out by the chef as plenty of pork but no crackling to go with it,we had it as a takeaway but would definitely have it again,100% worth the money

We were there for a family Lunch today (Easter Sunday), we ordered from the menu and the food was worth the wait. Big portion sizes, freshly cooked, just delicious. The young lad working with the kitchen has Great customer service skills, an aset to the team! Will definitely be back. Thank you.

Nice food. Came for Easter party. 2yr old scared of noise, dj went quiet for her to see Easter bunny, we went to other room as too noisy for her, staff came to show us food and also brought her Easter egg through. Brilliant experience and felt very welcome. Look forward to coming back for another parmo and other fab food.

Its an old style pub with competitively priced drinks! The service was excellent and courteous! The food prices were a breath of fresh air in what i call Rip off Britain! A very large parmo which i only just managed to eat for under a tenner. My 4 friends had no complaints and will definately return in the future!

Recently visited this pub and was extremely pleased to find a little gem of a pub. Reasonable prices and great food make this one not to be missed in the area.

Came here 2 weeks ago with some family and had food with drinks, this was so good we had to come to come back again with more family. Kitchen had just closed but landlord was very kind to open up and serve us some amazing food again 5 stars all round. Going to stay and dance the night away, 3 bottles of beer £8.50 for me, it's a great atmosphere here and so friendly. Many thanks Ruffy.

Came here for our 2nd visit with family to have some food and drinks, then to enjoy an evening of karaoke 🎤. Food was unbelievable so tasty with all our meals. I had the cowboy burger omg flavours was so good. Atmosphere so friendly and a all good buzz, enjoyed many drinks and a dance on a Friday night. This pub is basically the home of thornaby, the new landlord and landlady are both great, they make sure all customers are happy with everything. I'd definitely come here for a social night out or just a bite to eat. Karaoke and games nights. They also have a pool team.. all staff and customers are welcoming to new comers. I don't think I'd like to drink anywhere else in thornaby if I want a lively night on a weekend or just a social quiet drink through the week. food is incredible. Good food by some great chefs! Definitely worth the 5 star!

Came in for just a Sunday dinner with the family last week, one of the best carvery’s we’ve had in a long time, better than the Toby carvery’s we had a few weeks ago. Karaoke was on from 6 that we weren’t aware of, we didn’t end up leaving till 11! What a good night. Special thanks to Tomand Jess on the bar, Andy the chef. Really do recommend! :)

I've recently visited the oddfellows and was really surprised how lovely the food was. Beer garden was a sun trap and the outside speaker contributed to the great atmosphere. Will definitely be going back as everyone said, the weekends are fantastic.

Brilliant day out, enjoyed the underground tour. Staff are amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definately recommend a visit.
