A wonderful small pub, with a great welcome and superb real ales. Fantastic landlord. An authentic listed interior that is well worth seeing just on its own. Friendly clientele. Amazingly was able to corroborate the 1970s legend of "blue" cider from the area around Westonzoyland in the late 1970s

Brilliant pub with friendly owners and locals. Popped in to avoid the rain whilst at Truck Festival, then popped back in a few hours later, and then again the next afternoon for what turned into a proper Sunday session. Have a go at Aunt Sally (it's a game the play)

Well worth a visit for gravity poured ales in wonderful condition in a lovely old village pub with lots of character and characters. I don't visit very often but I am always made to feel welcome. This is what pubs used to be like and is a refreshing change from the norm.

I started going to this pub with my late father, 30 years ago! I still remember having my own can of coke and cheese & onion crisps! Every Friday afternoon during the summer! Good times! Lovely little country pub!

I had a fantastic time tonight celebrating my birthday with the landlord and landlady while enjoying a great pint in the superb garden. A pub well worth visiting.

Top quality beers serve straight from the cask. It’s lovely to see the pub hasn’t changed at all in the past 35 years. Landlord And landlady very welcoming. Highly recommend this place if you love your beer, the wine is not too bad either

The only pub left in Steventon after covid19. Great for a drink when its dry but no indoor space currently. Friendly landlord who remembers you.

A picturesque setting out of a novel. The people who go there are really warm and friendly. Thursday evening Fish and Chips is a wonderful experience shared with the locals. A must see.

This pub is like going back in time with low ceilings and beams with GWR decour and Railway memorabilia. No food is served here just great for drinking.
