Highly disappointed by today's order.They messed up my whole order.Everything was tasteless and not fresh at all.salad was missing aswell. never recommended.wasted my money.

Spoke to the takeaway after food arrived 1 hour and 30 mins late it’s freezing and not what we asked for. Horrible customer service and not willing to resolve anything at all. Won’t be ordering from here again

Quite possibly the best chicken kebab I've had for a long long time, it was amazing!!

Average takeway. The pizzas and desserts are decent but everything else is very average. Also don't order the zinger burger if you want a real chicken burger as I ordered a double and got a fake steak burger that was thinner than a piece of paper and tasted like eggs lol. The portion sizes are small for the price, but the service is quite fast.

They are so kind to me. I only have one arm and leg that works so they bring it in for me and make sure that I'm ok and don't need anything before they go. Very very kind.

my kebab was cold and my burger was burnt

Just arrived and the kebab had no salad no chilli and the fries had mayo on which my son hates so not happy at all

Has this place changed hands just received order , completely bone dry Kebab . No sauce which asked for chill and no salad at all . I also a tub of sauce and that missing . It’s is so dry I can’t even eat it !

Provided wrong item and that too which I had allergy to. Spoke to them and were very rude, no care in the world, nothing stipulated on menu as to what’s contained in the food. Also workers had no clue to the rules and regulations. The worst customer service in history.

Overall food was ok, mainly the meat. I would never order the chicken pakoras ever again bright red cannonballs!!

Hi thanks for the pizzas. Little disappointed with the delivery timing as we ordered from few places as we had guests over the time we should have received the pizzas was 8:05 but recieved it 20/25 minutes late the pizzas became a little cold and the wait made the rest of the food cold and guests waiting. We do understand as it’s Saturday night so places are busy and delivery services could become over run. Just feedback for future. Thanks x

Guy on the phone has a bad attitude got my drinks wrong and then complains that they have to come back but they’re the ones who got it wrong paid for sauce didn’t get any pricks

45 mins late. Rang the restruant and the driver had selected that the fiod had already arrived even though he hadn't. After arriving late he forgot one item of food and i had to ring again and it had to be dropped me off late.

it was just OK no colour to the meat no bite to chilli sauce. Nahn bread was good chips limp and thin. the presentation was great nice fresh salad etc but the meat had zero char more boil in the bag than grilled. if id have paid full price for this I'd have been livid even at 40% I would not buy again. sorry NILE but not great.

received food that was coated in perri perri seasoning which was absolutely to hot to eat . rang the takeaway they agreed to replace the food gave me a mobile number to communicate but blanked the phone when I tried ringing. the food I ordered I've had 3 or 4 times before and never been perri perri coated but they was adamant they've always been the same disgusting customer service won't be going here again

Nile is the best takeaway in Blackburn. Huge portion for the price and taste is always the top notch. I always order from this place because food is delicious and fulfilling.

Chips stale and cold as anything. I made the mistake of ordering a tomato garlic bread than a cheesy garlic bread which wasn’t their fault but the tomatoes garlic bread just wasn’t good man, the base looked like a ready made one shop baught and there wasn’t much tomato on at all. The actual flavour wasn’t bad over all donner was satisfactory. Annoying because the cheesy GB+donner is usually mint from here!

The way they had prepared the chicken in my kebab, resulted in many small pieces of dry chicken. I think this may have affected the taste, as chicken shouldn't be dry to eat. I ended up throwing half of the kebab away. Sadly I can't say I will order a kebab from here again. On a more positive note, the delivery time was quicker than expected. The delivery driver was polite and cheerful.

Ordered food from here for delivery on Justeat. Order was marked as on its way within 10 minutes or ordering. Justeat said it was delivered at closing time but never got the order. Do not recommend due to bad customer service and made no attempt to communicate with me.

Ordered 2 different 12" pizzas and large fries, both pizzas were identical and the base of the pizzas were hard and dry. The fries looked like they had been sat around. Called the takeaway to complain, to be told to send photos and wait for a call by the manager all doing this while should have been enjoying our hot food we ordered over an hour ago. Manager first disagreed that the pizzas were identical, then refused to take the food back or send out fresh food because he said he had sent out good food. We order food every weekend and never have i encountered this quality of unedible food or every come accross unprofessional behaviour from a manager at a food place. Disgusting incompetent manner of customer service from this takeaway . Will never order from them again.

the food was wrong, fries were cold and the pizza was flat like cardboard. Called the restaurant and the manager called back, to accuse me. His excuse was that the pizzas were sent out correct. Had nothing to say about the appalling quality of food that was sent out. I asked him to take the food back and he refused, what sort of takeaway deal's with a unhappy customer in this manner. Disgusting petty behaviour. Never again.

We ordered JustEat tonight and we wanted a nice decent takeaway to end the week. WE GOT COMPLETELY THE OPPOSITE. To be fair, the driver was 15 minutes early which was a nice surprise. The food was a HUGE letdown, unfortunately I don't have any pictures but the burgers looked like something a uni student would make at 2am after a party, we ordered free lettuce and tomatoes on both burgers and we did not get any. We actually had to put veg on ourselves because the burgers would have been too dry The fries were mid not having any crispness or chrunchiness just being a sad lump of cut up potatoes. Usually people order takeaways like this for an actual proper burger. Not something that looks like it is from maccies. If I had known what we would get. I would have definitely ordered a mcdonalds . All in all, don't come here. Actually go to some proper takeaways in blackburn. I reccomend kings Castle

This place is on a different category when it comes to fast food. They’re open late, yes their prices are not cheap. Let me tell you, their peri burger and fries with garlic and chilli. Spot on. Their fries are the quality Mccains cooked in fresh rapeseed oil. Their garlic sauce is fresh grinding garlic and seasoning. For the Pizza lovers? Their meat feast pizza with extra cheese caught me off guard. Best Pizza in Lancashire by a mile. Staff are all good geezers, welcoming, quick service and their deliveries are always on point.

got a chickin fillet burger ,it wasn't nice at all over cooked rock hard I should of got a chicken mayo was the exact same but the price Mcds would been better then there muck ,

Foods good, delivery however is snail pace. Its usually 50mins -1hr.15! Its horrific. When it turns up its inevitably cold. Collect or dont bother..or order an hr and a half befre you want to eat.

The driver mishandled all the food so it was all damaged when it arrived. The worst service I've ever received and very shameful.
