The New Wok Cuisine in East Dunbartonshire

What can I say, except dont touch with a barge pole. Ordered a ham fried rice tonight and special chow mein. The hfr was like a sticky stodge all congeled together, as for special chow mein meat was like rubber. Think we got left overs from Monday night. Never ever going back. Called and did not care at all about quality they are dishing out.

Owner argued that rice wasn’t included when it stated on the menu rice included 30p extra. Rice was eventually given after debates between staff but then the main meal of chicken in garlic honey had pretty much zero chicken within the batter. Literally strips of batter. Dreadful and wouldn’t go back.

It's the best food around. Just wish it was in kilsyth 😢the one amazing thing about working a sat night in Bishopbriggs is getting ma takeaway here absolutely delicious 😋

Food can be hit and miss here and the staff look stressed out even if it's quiet. If you fancy this chinese and can't be doing with the travel and you not got any cash in the house (who does these days) and want an order well, that will be a no. The problem with this place is they won't embrace change same old same old. No Just Eat option or a card machine, cash only got to go in or pay a driver, it's 2023. Having said that if it works for them then it works the old way still in business, but its bloody annoying. In fact the only take-outs around Auchinairn Rd that don't seem to embrace any of this is Chinese take-outs, although Taste Good Wok have joined Just Eat but they will have your savings with it for a meal.

Hot and Sour soup is amazing , salt and chilli chips outstanding and the chicken chow mien out of this world! Highly recommend - pleasant staff

Rank - Really, really salty food, first time using this place and I dont think I will be back. We were both drinking loads of water the next day and did not feel good.

Waited over an hour for delivery. Ribs were in a sauce which were didn’t ask for and very salty. Chicken curry was again very salty. Ended up throwing most of it away. Won’t be getting my custom again.

I have waited 1 and half , for a delivery, the the cheek you get from them when you go there every week order cancelled would never go back , joke

Great food, prices, staff and very quickly prepared.

Got order wrong called to say order was wrong to be hanged up on and blocked my number so had to go to the shop to give order back and get my money which they were trying to not give me back. Wouldn't recommend this place really bad experience.

The last 3 times we've ordered the order has been wrong and you get no apology, no complimentary items to make up for the fact you've had to return all the way back to the shop and tonight's is the last straw! Two snack box meals which when we got home and opened, simply contained 4 chicken balls swimming in a carton full of sauce..... how can you forget to put the rice in???? Quality and portion sizes have decreased, service is non existent and with so much competition in the areas, time to go elsewhere!

Was very angry was in for a takeaway and my partner who is 8 months pregnant asked if they had a toilet as she really had to go and they said they didn't have a toilet was ready to tell them to stick there order up there arse...

Stay away from this shop the beef is terrible...don’t listen when placing the order please avoid.

Really friendly staff plus prices are more affordable than most Chinese.
