I wasn't told my pizza was ready, I had to phone the place asking for my order to be told it was ready for collection. when I collected it, it was freezing cold and had clearly been sitting. as I was already late for my party, I just took it and we het it up in the microwave.

We just had 2 of the best kebabs we’ve ever eaten. Fantastic food, HUGE portions so plenty for seconds and possibly thirds a bit later on! Very friendly service. But the food was spectacular!!!

Freezing cold food and 1 hour 40 mins delivery

Donner kebab was fairly chewy and a little burnt but thankfully everything was separate as the chicken kebab was so soggy and the pita was drenched. Chicken from kebab was so chewy and salty… pakora was pretty average, not great but not inedible. Not very good quality for money. Not ate from Nico’s in months and was really disappointed.

Seriously don't, food is absolutely stone cold, tastes naff and it costs a whopping £7 for 5 pathetic bits of meat. The Tikka Mix is an absolute scam.

The food was delivered on time and tasted great. I was really impressed with the portion sizes!

Munchy box was beige, tasteless disgusting. Chicken was dry, pakora had absolutely no taste!!

If you fancy eating it later and the following day, the temperature is exactly the same as it arrived. Not happy

Ordered spicy chicken pizza with onions & it was basically a cheese pizza with the toppings flung on at the end - it didn’t have much base so was very dry. Tiny bits of chicken pakora that were too dry and inedible. Vegetable pakora was also very dry and inedible. Very disappointed. £25 that was a pure waste. The restaurant did give us free juice as it was so late but that doesn’t make up for the food being horrible

All the kebab Meat, chicken and lamb was burnt and quite tough, not very fresh. The small pita bread was soggy, the salad and sauce was actually not too bad but all throughout i felt I had wasted my money. I’ve experienced so much better quality and value for money from other places near me

We ordered two munchie boxes and a pizza. All the food was cold and tasted like it had been lying for ages. Also the munchie boxes were overloaded with chips

Pizza was absolutely lovely. Donner meat was so bland, it had absolutely no flavour too it.

When you ask for a cheeseburger with nothing on it because they dont have the option of a plain hamburger and it comes with mayo and salad .. very disapointing .. chips were worse than mcdonalds fries 🍟

Food took almost 1.5 hours to deliver and was cold

Chips were disgusting - almost like they had been cooked hours ago and just kept warm or reheated. Pizza tasted cheap with 'plastic' like mozzarella in the stuffed crust. The meal sat heavy in my stomach and made me feel unwell for a couple of hours after eating.

The food was really tasty and there was huge amounts of it. They got our order wrong, but phoned us up, were really apologetic and put it right. That's how it should be done - anyone can get an order wrong, but if you sort it out with the right attitude then you get full marks from me! Fully recommend.

Normally this place is good but this time it was poor. Mayo that I’m normally never ever charged for I’m now being charged for and not even getting the right amount of sauces that I’m supposed to get.

Brilliant quality and huge portion sizes, excellent value for money. Everything that you want from a takeaway

Forgot to put on the chilli sauce which made dish inedible. Good enough to send out a replacement dish very promptly after phoning them. Resolved the issue very well. For this alone I would use them again.

Outstanding king kebabs yet again! Nico’s paid attention to the message I added to my order and made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. Earlier than expected delivery was a bonus!

Food arrived early but it doesn’t make up for the awful chips and curry sauce it was mush! And inedible.

First delivery 30 minutes late and stone cold, phoned and got another one which was hot.

Placed order at 18.40 was advised food would be 19.40/20.00 at 19.37 I was advised order was with driver I phoned shop to complain and was told on uts way no apology then I checked and it said it was delivered and it wasn't so I phoned again and was advised it was with driver and no apology food eventually arrived freezing , chips soggy all bined

Ordered thro just eat. Waited over a hour Food came very late. Stone cold !! Chips cold and soggy. Pizzas frozen mix tika full of Donna meat. Thought it was a game find the meat !!

Although the initial delivery time was given as over an hour, it arrived half an hour early. This was a pleasant surprise but is difficult to plan for. The food was great and quantities generous but ordering online and getting it delivered is expensive at £3 -not sure would repeat that

The only thing was when we opened the bag the sauces were all over the bottom of it so we couldn’t use them and the popadoms were crushed into tiny bits

Pizzas have changed for the worse, therefore won’t be back. Sorry

Asked for chicken soup and received tin soup

Food was very cold, wrong juice sent. Left a note explaining I was self isolating waiting for results, leave food on doorstep. I waited a while after the door chapped, to let the delivery driver leave my building, but he was standing at the door. (I don't have a peephole and now positive) we leave notes for a reason, make sure the delivery driver gets the note also please. Usually a great service, not sure what happened tonight.

Always a quality kebab from Nico's, I couldn't finish it though (mixed king kebab) a lot a lot of meat for 1 person to have in 1 sitting, Recommend Nico's, never had a bad nosh from them.

Long waiting for delivery more than one hour after ordering and the dinners were delivered cold very disappointing

Nico’s always deliver. The food is delicious and consistently warm across all my deliveries even though I live a good 20 minutes away. The delivery service is always friendly and swift. Last but not least; the prices are the most reasonable among all other similar restaurants. Don’t take my word for it, just order once and you’ll continue to order again and again.

Best chicken kebab I’ve ever had

Hands down best chicken tikka kebab I’ve ever had. That sauce is to die for! Great price and massive portion too.

Dry chicken tikka, very small pieces of pakora, no flavour at all in my spicy mushrooms or chicken poori! Only good thing was the chicken chaat, everything else was very poor.

i love nicos they’re pizzas are so good except the one time there was no tomato base on it but i order from them all the time i recommend #kirky #yum #kyt

The delivery was late. Called the restaurant 3 times and they lied about the food having already been delivered. When the food eventually arrived it was cold.

Soup of the day was hienz chicken soup in a container

Always really good food particularly the burgers and pizzas in my opinion. Justeat messed up my order (nothing to do with the restaurant) and they changed the food for the correct order without charging despite it not being their fault. Lovely food lovely staff.

Food orderd through just eat at 5:25pm and with a delivery time given of 6:30pm. Food arrived at 8:20pm (almost 3 hrs after order!) after several calls to shop, with no apology or attempt to offer recompense. They even had the cheek to send a text saying it was delivered 25mins before it finally arrived! Food was cold, and ended up throwing most straight in the bin!. Avoid at all costs, don't waste your time or cash....

Waiting 2 hours for food that didn’t come

Ordered at 5.30pm arrived at 8.25pm. Phoned twice, told it was on the way. Food arrived cold and pitta breads were soggy. Inedible.

Food still hasn’t arrived , ordered at 5.20 and estimated delivery was 5.55-6.15pm. Phoned at 6.25pm as it said it had been delivered, but it’s not. Phoned again at 6.45pm to be told it’s on its way, almost an hour later and still no food.

We have ordered form there before, but today's order was disappointing. We ended up not finishing it, my partner thought some buts tasted funny. Both were overcooked too.

Usually collect but thought would get delivered for a change ordered at 5.20 told would be 6.15 still wasn't here at 7 2 phone calls later just ready to cancel gets delivered start dishing it and they have not delivered curry sauce say they will get it to us its now 8.10 still no sauce but paid for it will not be back so still over an hour for curry sauce so takes more than 4 hours to get a full meal disgusted worst delivery ever

We have used Nico's before and the food had came hot and we really enjoyed it. This time it came warm, fair enough due to time of year however I ordered a mushroom poori, when it arrived I was checking the temp and my mushroom poori was chicken which I had put in my mouth. I'm a vegetarian so this wasn't great. I phoned to complain and they apologised and sent out a mushroom poori and a free can of juice. The food is nice but will definitely check what I get before eating it next time.

Food is ok. Pizza is nice so is chips and cheese but fried chicken??? Was not what I was expecting there is no description with the food if I would of known I wouldn't of paid £7 for dry, over cooked, tasteless chunks of chicken that is just inedible. Not even seasoned. Really disappointed with that.

Chicken Wings were delcious. Some of the best n most succelent wings av ever had. Burgers were good. Keba was overly greasy BUT still very tasty and enjoyable. All on all a great meal.

Meal was late by an hour and ten minutes. Speaks for itself.
