I've never been here before. We came for food, which was good. The service was perfect too.

We had our wedding reception here. It was fabulous in every way.

All food was stone cold,pudding looked like it was 2wks old totally disgusting

We have Sunday lunch every nearly week here. Excellent value for money. We even have celebrated Christmas dinner here . Excellent service and food. 1. Go to bar and be allocated a seat 2. Wait for staff To take your order 3. After having starter, staff will ask you to go and choose your meat from the meat serving. while your doing that they will bring veg and gravy to you table. Been here for many of celebrations and it doesn't disappoint bar staff friendly and service is very good and they do a Sunday roast and also cater for the kids if they don't want mash or veggies they can have nuggets fish fingers well worth the price recommend it to any family on a budget 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Visited here last year for Sunday dinner. It is open this year for Sunday dinners too. Just stopped in here for my Sunday dinner. Excellent service and value

Hired this venue for my engagement party. Staff very miserable, only 1 bar staff for 70 people. Rude communication when serving drinks. Wouldn’t use again

My family and I recently booked The New Tyke for a Bereavement & Funeral tea, we were really pleased with the lovely buffet that was provided and would like to thank Tina & her team for all their hard work. I would absolutely recommend this venue. Once again thank you so much.

Went for Christmas Day lunch. Food was OK but slow service. However, for £40 it wasn't too pricey compared to most places.

A good place for family gatherings, work parties or any get together. You can bring your own food and they have a bar where you can buy drinks. The hall is big enough for around 100 people. A smaller hall is also available for small groups. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Went to a function, the 2 bar staff were the most miserable people I think I’ve ever seen. The 2 lagers on draft tasted and smelt terrible. I certainly will not be returning anytime soon.

Went here for the Sunday carvery. Apart from feeling like a throwback to the 70's we enjoyed it. The food and service were excellent and at a VERY good price. We had a great deal of fun and will be back for sure.

Came today for a gathering after a funeral. Was pleasent little place and quite easy to find.

Went for a meal here with my Mum and my Grandma this sunday! The staff were fantastic, so kind and friendly. You could tell that everyone was working hard and the place was well run. I had a beer, my Grandma had a gin and tonic, mum had a j2o. We ordered melon for starter, which was such a nice starter, not filling and very delicious. Then it came time for us to get our carvery. There were a range of meats; beef, turkey, pork and ham. There were also mini sausages which i enjoyed very much! The beef was one if the best slabs of meat I have ever seen in my life, it was so well cooked and melted in my mouth. Then we sat down, they brought us a plate of roasties, veg and yorkshires. We were given a gravy boat EACH which is amazing for me as I drown everything in gravy. At the end of the meal, we payed at the bar and headed off. I realised I'd dropped something very small inside the venue, the staff all helped me look for it which was so kind but unfortunately I didn't find it. All in all I'd recommend this place 100%. The inside has a great atmosphere and they play 70s music, I enjoy that! Very much felt like I was at a family function. Will definitely be coming again! Thank you, new tyke staff! ❤️

Attended a Christmas party here last week. Great sized room and decorated lovely for Christmas. Toilets need locks on the doors please.

Not a bad venue but toilets were less than satisfactory. Cubicle doors had no locks on. Floor in cubicles wet. Really uninviting and could certainly smell better!

Went to a party here and was expecting to be able to pay on card like most people who was at the party, only to find out the card machine wasn't working so I had to get a lift to the nearest cash machine which was about half a mile away

Was OK beer a bit pricey though

Food perfect no one can beet it. Staff all very nice. I was told it only opens on Sunday for carvery, not sure if that's right, we will be going again, I will have to find out if the bus goes there from Keighley.👍

Nice place for functions, however they drinks taste like they've been watered down which spoils it.

We took my uncle for Sunday lunch...he lives in Bradford, we live in Lincoln. We loved it! £6.95 for 2 courses, where can you get a meal for that price ? The food was amazing and the fresh veg cooked just how we like it. Needless to say we had a pudding as well. I'm hoping to book again for my uncles 80th birthday in a couple of weeks, fingers crossed they can fit us in... very spacious room which is nice and the staff can't do enough for you, I was born in Bradford and its lovely mixing with true Yorkshire folk, honest as the day is long. 5* for me.

The place is very accessible and cheaper pint of beer or lager. We always had a party at this place. No negative comments to tell.

So So Friendly.. It's only open on a Sunday Lunch 11.00 till 17.00 Starter and main meal £6.95 Puddings £1.99 We were passing and so we popped in , it does get busy and it is table service so you have to wait your turn. Family run business and it a casual friendly atmosphere. Food was very flavoursome and we really enjoyed it, followed by a pudding obviously. Our bill was £26.10 = 2 x drinks, 2 starters 2 x main meals 2 x Puddings. For the food you get its very reasonable..

Absolutely unbelievable! My son had his wedding and paid a lot of money for food ....it was not worth the money in my opinion.. chicken drumsticks..cocktail sausages cheap pizza ..sandwiches savoury rice and pasta. We had to provide sweet food and the food was opposite the toilet(which isn't their fault just letting people know) ... cans of magners wee 3.50 each.... didn't drink much . ..sorry for the negative review but it wasn't worth it

Good food reasonably priced drinks and although it's a carvery it's just the meat and thats 4 different meats and the vegetables are brought to the table which i think is a great idea as some people tend to pile up their plates and then leave a lot so in all a great lunch

Good quality food, however definitely has the feel of a social club rather than a carvery pub and as it's only open on a food serving basis on a Sunday it's very much of a muchness. Staff however are very polite, however service definitely feels rushed as the waitress literally rushed up to take our plate from our starters the minute my fork touched the plate. Food quality however was decent, prices were fantastic for what we had and the portion sizes were definitely not lacking at all! Overall worth a visit on a Sunday if you're in the area!
