AVOID THIS PUB AT ALL COSTS THE OWNER LIKES TO ACCUSE INNOCENT PEOPLE FOR THEFT WHICH THEY DIDNT DO IT, ALSO WATCH OUT FOR DONNA SHE LIKE TO THEIVE BANK CARDS AND MONEY AND ACCUSE OTHER PEOPLE FOR HER CRIMES...

Checked in on the Friday and noticed that the room hasn't been cleaned (dirty toilet and bathroom, used tissues on the floor 🤢). Went to complain and got moved rooms so sat for an hour in the bar whilst we waited (and no offer of complimentary drink or anything). New room was clean though. Didn't sleep as the bar has a late license so the music didn't stop until well gone midnight, plus the smoking area is outside the windows of the rooms. No food options at the pub so has to find somewhere for dinner and breakfast Would never stay again.

Very popular local bar offering loud live music at weekends so not want you want when your room backs directly on to the wall from the bar .

AVIOD LIKE THE PLAGUE- booked 2 nights didn’t even stay 1 !! Arrived to find the place is only open Fri, Sat and Sun.( we had booked mon and tues ) Was only shear luck we found someone to let us into our room . I say room it will probably feature as some sort of crime scene in the future , was definitely giving off that vibe . Trying to stay positive I thought I would make a cup of tea , the two teabags provided looked like they had already tried to escape their captivity and given up all hope of forever being a decent cuppa . As I entered the bathroom it was clear a brunette had taken full advantage of the bath (plenty of hairs available if police need a dna match for the future ) . The pub was completely shut and we found ourselves unable to buy any food anywhere in local vicinity .( 5 mile radius , no shop , garage or even take away ) The only other pub was open , looked like a better option for dinner- but would you believe it , only serves food on thurs , fri and Sat !! Surviving on a bag on midget gems we packed our bags ( not that they had been unpacked , but to add effect ) we dropped our room key in the post box provided ( self service reception ) and travelled home .

Good size room, comfy bed everything you expect for the price. Good bar exceptional service from the young girl serving behind it.

Noisy music playing from the pub until after 1 am. Little sleep

I booked on line and showed up soon after without any notice. The staff are really frendly and made up the room on the spot, which i really appreciated. The bar is really welcoming and a great place to wind down after fatigue from driving. The locals are nice (even to an Aussie - haha). The room was clean and good value. So overall really nice stay. Thanks.

Will never go back On arrival didnt ask names no forms to fill in got to our room wasnt clean hairs and stains on the sheet Got another room was small and felt really closed in Shower wasnt the best Tiolet was held together with expanding foam Laminate in the bedroom was all lifting Bathroom cabinets was filthy and full of cobwebs Then the music and noise from the pub was horrendous should of been told beforehand that they had bands playing No breakfast served no food till late at night 8pm Blood stains on wall Hairs on the wall Never ever going back Avoid like the plague Oh and no channels on the TV only itv2 and film 4

Went here for the first time for a friends birthday, very clean, lovely staff, fantastic variety of drinks.

Very small room no air tv not working spare toilet seat stored in toilet light not working did not stop

Very friendly, clean local. Now serving a good selection of food Wed and Friday and Sunday lunches. Booking advised.

This is room only until the 12th of June so if you want a pub experience dont bother booking, I only found out after booking when I requested a table to eat, not in the listing.

This place is a pub with rooms not a bed and breakfast. They do offer continental though. try Stourbridge

Luxury? No way !!! Very misleading. No cooked breakfast, store bought bread, owner too lazy . Customers come last!

Lovely decor! Great landlord and landlady. Live singers and bands on saturdays. We loved it. We saw Stevie Jaye the singer who was fantastic! !

Really nice, friendly pub. First time visiting and felt very welcome!

I've visited this pub recently and the landlord and his girlfriend were sat in the establishment pissed out their faces, clearly not giving a damn about the staff and the customers.The bar staff were absolutely run of their feet but the landlord and his girlfriend were more interested in getting drunk with the locals. There was a large guy causing a scene with a barmaid to which he never stepped in to defend her. This pubs needs closing down asap. Obvious drug use occuring and the landlord is clearly aware of this. Stay away!!

A lovely local pub, recently redecorated. Always welcoming and lively!

A great village pub which manages the difficult task of attracting both young and older drinkers. They serve food and have a good selection of draught real ales & ciders (with regularly changing guest ales), besides all the usual drinks you'd expect. A few years ago the New Inn was fully renovated in a modern and tasteful manner. Part of the car park was converted into a large decked terrace / beer garden, which is superb! It's floodlit and has plenty of seats & tables. It's quite secluded, around the back of the pub, so there's little road noise and it's a pleasant place to sit out during the warmer months.

Just called in for a beer and the lovely Denise served us superb will call again
