Absolute class chinese, delivery is fast and food is great, tried alot in the area and these are my favourites, chicken chow mein is sooooo good

First time having Jade Palace and it is now our new favourite. Great quality food and excellent service from the staff.

Very delicious Chinese takeaway. We tried different Chinese food from many places like Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield etc. Jade Palace is the top of it! I am really glad we have such a good Chinese takeaway in our town. And the staffs are nice and friendly too! Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious food. Best chinese ive had a in a long time. Really tasty flavourful food. If this restaurant ever shuts i will kill myself. Not just the best chinese around here but in my opinion the best takeaway around here.

First and last time I will order from here ..chicken curry had no sauce at all ..pancake roll was disgusting and it was stone cold ..only thing they did right was a full refund

Its ok iv had alot better from a chinese, sometimes the chow mein can be abit greasy other times not its abit hit and miss

Incorrect order price has gone up by 25 percent and food quality has gone down I have used this place for years and it’s going down hill fast. I will never use this place again

I ordered and told them I have a shellfish allergy,so no prawns, only to start eating and find prawns through it, EpiPen at the ready.. when I called back he even told me no prawn.. never again..

I thought I would try here for a small meal for myself and my daughter. I really wish I hadn’t bothered. Pancake roll - bag full of fat. Soggy on the inside and as I put it on the plate more grease spilled out. Sweet and sour chicken in batter - stodgy batter with a small piece of rubber chicken inside . sauce - watery Chips - mostly bits - hard Rice - we ate some of the rice although even this was really greasy. Only given two stars as the delivery was faster than expected and friendly staff. I certainly won’t be returning

Fast delivery orderd 3x in the last week best slat and pepper chicken

Ordered from here this evening. Chilli beef was one dish…I didn’t realise this was a whole onion with some beef. There was honestly more onion, green pepper than chilli beef!. Same this the chicken chow main. Sorry won’t be coming back

Ive been enjoying chinese food for over 45 years...the meal i had from here last weekend has the honour of being the worst chinese food i have ever had...the chicken was slimey, the prawns overcooked, the beef tasteless...the black bean sauce had zero flavour, the noodles likewise...the food was also tepid on arrival and generally unappealing....on a positive note, the rice was nice! Its the only thing i ate...

Seems decent enough food. 3 main courses with two fried rice was £20 with free prawn crackers. Quick service and ready in ten minutes.

Not lived in the area very long...but have to say this has to be the best Chinese takeaway I've had since living here... Food always piping hot when it arrives and very generous with portion size. Would recommend to anyone... Definitely meets expectations... Excellent customer service and always delivers within time stated... Can't fault in any way... And will definitely continue to use jade palace.
