Delivered lamb pakora instead of vegetable pakora ordered. Not great for a vegetarian to bite into

Garlic mushrooms and garlic nan had no hint of garlic whatsoever, ordered lamb tikka biryani but got lamb biryani, which was nice but not what ordered.

everything else was nice but my chips and korma sauce was cold and my baked potoe

Foods great, staff helpful can’t ask much more. Had a slight error in order but within 10minutes was corrected and at my door

Worst takeaway I’ve had - ordered at 4pm - 6.30pm had notification on just eat it was delivered and we tried to call the shop for 30 minute straight with no answer drove a twenty minute drive down to the shop for them to tell me they are packing it now waited fifteen minutes and took the food home with me to find it wasn’t what I asked for was cold and not nice - wouldn’t recommend

There was 10 of us for Boxing Day dinner and everyone really enjoyed their meal, would definitely recommend. Our meals were a bit late but we didn’t mind because it was a big order and it was Boxing Day so expected it would be busy.

I did not receive my pizza at all have been waiting over 2 hours this is not on

seekh kebab was nasty and tasteless over spiced over cooked dry and tasteless. Pizza was not as i ordered. it was a thick doughy undercooked base with very little topping certainly not a thin and crusty one that i ordered. won't be buying from here again

absolutely stinking ordered garlic mushrooms and they came swimming in oil the sauce had split🤢 also ordered 2 kids mac and cheese with chips and the mac and cheese came on burgers only good thing was the side salad what a waste for money. got put in the bin.

Greatest Takeaway I have had in Falkirk 👍 I would really recommend. The food was great and the staff members were really cooperative whilst ordering.

They messed up my order and under cooked the food and gave me attitude on the phone when I called about it then started asking if I had a man in a condescending way and belittled me never again

Good food, excellent milkshakes

Food arrived cold. The salad on the kebabs was like coleslaw? Overall very slimy and not edible. Waste of money, food is normally good not sure whats happened

Didn't receive the lamb tikka, it was chicken

Just had the deal for 1, absolutely disgusting, ordered Chicken Dopiaza, chicken was tough as old boots and absolutely floating in oil and yet to find any onion. This at one time was a good takeaway but would definitely not recommend it 🤢

food was ordered at around 7 only arrived at 9.15 donner kebab meat was dry was give the wrong cans of juice overall food was not great. and the milkshakes were warm on arrival the whipped cream was frothy. will not be ordering again.

Ordered food at 17.45 ,delivery stated 18.30, at 18.45 changed to 19.15. Phoned restaurant at 19.25 was told out for delivery then hung up. Finally delivered at 19.55. Food was still quite hot .Pooris the prawns were very rubbery. Curries ok nothing special. A £3 refund for being late was a nice touch.

The staff are very friendly and the kebab meat is the best around not forgetting the pizzas

Food wasn't great kebab meat especially tasted like water no chicken chat in grill box chips greasy as in desserts looking through ice cream come to double decker £4.95 was expecting tub of ice cream and not 8 small double dockers which states multi pack not to be sold separately something we could have bought for £2.50 cost nearly a fiver won't be ordering again much better takeaways out there

Had a mixed kebab the lamb was worst I've ever had was tougher than pair of leather boots totally inedible chicken was dry and doner meat was awful no flavour or spice at all

Delivery took over an hour for two milkshakes, 25 minutes after my delivery time. When they arrived they just tasted like, milk, weren’t even thick like a milkshakes meant to be.

Was cold inside the calzone and not nice heated in microwave went rough

most of the food was cold , my burger was thrown together, asked for salad all I got was half a lettuce! chips were very soggy .the pizza wasn't cooked long enough when you pick it up everything run off the base. absolutely honking! not the first time I have had issues but definitely the last time I will order from here!

I haven’t ordered from here for a while but honestly unsure if I’ll be back. Food used to be brilliant. Ordered a garlic and cheese naan for it to come with no taste of garlic whatsoever and freezing cold cheese dumped on top. Not melted, not even warm!! Absolutely garbage to the point no one can eat it. Patia not as good sauce as before either. Bit of a let down

Ordered and the order took an extra 15 minutes when it shouldn’t have. Food was okay but service definitely could have been better.

Lamb Tikka Chilli Kerela was lovely with a rich tangy tomato sauce. Cise "hot" and it was! But it was hot not sore!😅. Lovely! Garlic Nan was tasty too (you could taste the garlic) unlike some other restaurants. Fried rice superb! Definitely recommend 👍

Hoggie was under cooked and never got my can of Pepsi max

Very disappointed full of water that was very offputting chicken was more like a bouncy ball. It was definitely not eatable on both korma physically can’t find the words to the nan bread with the garlic cheese. we waited sometime and that’s okay for good food £50 wasted my eyes food is still here present on plates, if you would like them back, or some pictures.

Food delivery has not arrived and been waiting over a hour

So ordered wrong meal on app , phone to change, which was done smoothly . They forgot spiced onions , phone and they said they would deliver . 25 minutes later they arrived . Dinner was done but missed the starter .

Gorgeous food - chips having maybe 5 more mins cooking time and it’d be perfect ! Chicken was Delish

Urgh i had this at 5 then 2 now 1 though its 50/50 the food is nice but when you use stuff like just eat to order unless its a decent sized order 95% of the time it gets cancelled, there was a time i ordered something it got cancelled i added in more so went from like £11 to 20 all of a sudden it was fine? And that was literally within 2 mins of the first order their food is nice when you get it but JE ordering is mostly pointless

Its a shame as I rated this place highly but several times I haven’t received what I ordered. Forgot juice on a few occasions and incorrect items were sent. Delivery driver did reimburse me for one can of juice.

Asked for a Donner cheeseburger didn't get the Donner meat just a burger and a slice of plastic cheese u should put grated cheese on the burgers plus my buns on burger were burnt black normally a good Indian last couple times it's been no good at all plus chips were average at best.

Excellent service as usual. Mistake with order was rectified within 10 min. Always a good service.

The food is amazing, everything tasted really good

Food itself was…okay? but took about an hour and a half to be delivered. Luke warm when it got here and just overall a bit of a disappointment.

It would appear some of the chicken was undercooked as I have spent most of the night sitting on the loo. Don't think I'll be using this outlet again.!!

Food arrived more than 30 minutes late. 2 out of the 3 items were very cold. Called the restaurant to complain, the guy on the phone told me in Urdu (possibly because of my accent or surname) it wasn’t his fault and it can’t be cold as the food was hot when he put it in the bag, he advised me to heat it up myself. Wouldn’t let me finish my sentence and kept saying we’re busy. Very disappointed as the food really is delicious, but not enjoying because it’s freezing cold.

After my mate told me about it (as he stays local ) a tried it and it become my fav takeaway )food is always fresh 'hot and yummy .to the delivery driver was sound and chatty .would highly recomend folks 👍

Ordered a 12" grill box and it was FANTASTIC! Delivered early, piping hot - and I mean steaming hot - and super fresh. Honestly, one of the best takeaways I've ever had. Fab❤️

Used the Falkirk Eats app to order. The curries were delicious and rice cooked to perfection, will definitely order again!

Delivery was 40 minutes late and delivery driver had to message me for door number even though it was on my order. I phoned restaurant and was shouted at repeated "you ordering" when i stated that i had ordered they just interrupted me.Ordered 2 cans of juice only received one can. My pregnant gf didn't even eat her burger as it looked awful and we were afraid she would get food poisoning, was burnt , didn't have the lettuce on it as ordered only had a tiny dot of mayonnaise on burger. My calzone had so strong cheese in it that I binned it. Was a waste of money even with discount applied. You couldn't pay me to go back to this takeaway, any takeaway is better than this. In conclusion rubbish food, terrible service and awful customer service on phone.

Wrong order delivered (food lukewarm when it arrived). Upon calling the takeaway I was told that a replacement would be sent out. After an hour, no replacement had arrived. Upon calling the restaurant again, I was told this had not been sent out.

Food is normally great, chicken texture was horrible, felt like reheated frozen chicken.
