Domino's Pizza - Falkirk in Falkirk

Ordered a simple pizza and got barely anything I asked for, cost me £30 to get a dry mess. Didn't use to be like this either, massive disappointment and waste of money.

Ordered online and received well within half an hour, however I was given a barbecue sauce pizza which I didn’t order and it does not go with pepperoni in my opinion, but when I called up about it I was offered a free pizza next time. Not a solution as I have a pizza I cant eat now and how do I even know they will honor this if I were to call some other time? This isn’t good customer service at all. I won’t be back. I’m sure the owner doesn’t care as if he did he would have sorted it properly instead of fobbing me off.

The people did not seem very happy, very door faced, much prefer the service and food from pizza hut.

Game me a barbecue pizza when I just asked for cheese and started arguing with me

Since when has an Hawaiian pizza came with mushrooms on it when I phoned up they said on their menu is an ham and pineapple and then there is the Hawaiian and it comes with mushrooms never heard of this before even if you buy an Hawaiian pizza in the supermarket it’s ham and pineapple not mushrooms think they need to change there menu to ham pineapple and mushroom then the Hawaiian should be how it is everywhere else in the planet ham and pineapple plus the guy just hung up on me very rude very overpriced and not all that will not be going back £70 for pizzas and they don’t even know what an Hawaiian pizza is

Be wary since when was a Hawaii pizza come with mushrooms??? No other pizza place sells them with mushrooms had to call as allergic to them very rude on the phone got another pizza delivered ham and pineapple 🤣🤣 as is on the menu now come on dominos where on earth sells an Hawaii pizza with mushrooms!!!!

Staff were rude on the phone, specifically asked for a receipt upon delivery to hotel as I’m away on business, this was not supplied, rang back and they said they’d drop it off then hung up - they did not drop it off. Delivery driver called from a phone that come up as Banbury (a town in the midlands) so had no idea it had arrived (apparently this is policy). Food was ok but experience dreadful

Far too expensive for what it is but I used to enjoy it so got one every now and then. I phoned up with a complaint about my pizza, got fobbed off by the manager, eventually got an email address and then no answer. Will not be back to this branch

Loved the wedgies and pizza, so cheesy, crispy, and yummy! Although prices are a little high… 😅 food was great although the wedgies made me have GONNOREHA 🥶🥶🥶

This is the best Domino's in the area, everything you ask for they do, I mean the deals could be a lot better but at least food is hot and tastes fresh

We order pizza twice in the past 2 weeks. Both of the times has been at a disatisfactory quality, being very cold and wrong order. We not coming back any more and not recommend.

Ordered for the first time since moving here - very pleased. In our opinion, the pizza was, on this occasion, better prepared than ones we have had in Edinburgh + delivery was speedy and the delivery driver was very friendly. Will be ordering again.

I parked my bike here and went into the shop next door. This happened before with another place. My phone must have automatically logged onto the Wi-Fi because I didn't even go into Domino's Pizza.

Took over an hour to receive my order, driver said he couldn’t find my house although he was standing in my path, food was cold, Thought the whole idea of getting a delivery was that you don’t cook, Lassie on the phone said they were short of drivers, not my problem , Will never use dominoes again

Tried to order a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza tonight and because of covid I can't. what a load of utter rubbish! probably will never use dominos falkirk ever again!

Just picked up a chicken and onion pizza. Usually the standard is great from here but tonight the pizza is poorly cooked cheese and dough along with onions undercooked. The chicken strips as sides and the wedges were done well. I'll put it down to maybe being busy tonight or something as usually the standard is better than this.

I appreciate the service is still available during lockdown and shouldn’t be taken for granted. Great deals. But used it several times and the pizzas are always overcooked. They should really be up to the same standard as other Dominos.

Good quality food, great customer service and prompt delivery.

Ordered online and collected in store. Was helpful getting text messages saying order was being prepared and would be ready in 10 minutes, which it was. Pizza was good but didn't like the hot sauce on the chicken wings side order.

wife just finished a 13 hour shift at larbert hospital and fancied a pizza..so for understanable reasons it was open for delivery only..you wont deliver 5 miles up the road..so i asked even though i was outside in the car could you deliver it to me...nope wouldnt even do that even though i was willing to pay by card for pizzas and delivery charge..anyhoo managed to get a better tasting pizza and other stuff elsewhere and saved 20 odd quid...yet another customer lost..

Very upset , payed £21 for pizza (I was surprised they were even open during lockdown) but it went through so far I've waited over an hour and half the little machine guy (that tells you what's happening with your food) said it's been out for delivery for an hour. When we first ordered it said the estimate time was 20mins. Really not happy and now it says it's been delivered! Taken the money and now they won't answer the phone when we call. I get that there's alot going on in the world rn but if they couldn't do it I would like them to say so rather than radio silence. And I'm still hungry

Ordered went to collect within the correct time frame 20 minutes later still no food. Ended up cash back and walked out

Manager has no customer management skills at all. Should be ashamed of the poor quality food and service they provide.

Bit small and the wait time is not the best.

Unfortunately when it is busy, the app starts saying ordered delivered to save the stats. Also, sometimes the order is not right. When the order is right, it is nice. Saying ordered is delivered when it's not is lying.

Pizza not as ordered as I ordered with chicken but no chicken on the pizza not much happy with it.

This store can’t do anything right. Constant mix ups with order, lots of waiting around, cook part of an order, forget the rest and then the original sits and gets cold. I’m a dominos fan, but this store is very poorly managed.

Ordered a pizza at 9pm it's now 2243pm still no pizza told 3 times it will be there in 5 minutes so I just called them cancled the food order they demand I pay over the phone I refused they said it's on it's way must have came from Aberdeen the time they took was always ok with the service a few times they were a bit late but nothing like tonight I didint take there pizza I sent it back they were not happy so will defo not use again or wouldn't recommend wish I could rate them zero

Used to work for dominoes and our policy was order not there within 30 mins money back.always been happy with service until tonight champions league final beer and food.Ask for 2 barbecue base as I am allergic to tomato base just spent 20 mins being sick.Sent it back was told I would have to wait for my refund till a manager came on no apology compensation for spoiling my evening poor service poor food poor customer service.

Over an hour for delivery , cold pizza and my order of wings was forgot.

They gave me the wrong pizza, in full knowledge it was the wrong thing. They brought me a new one out once I phoned and complained but it should never have been given to me when they knew it was wrong. We won't be back

Still good but their standard's are slipping. I got a pizza recently and the base was on the stale side. I thought it was yesterday's unused dough as i ordered it at launch time. Not impressed. I could clearly tell.

AAA++ good pizza and on time with delivery

Pizzas have been wrong on numerous occasions even after having ordered at the counter in the store. we now always check before we leave incase they've messed up the order again. The latest time we were tricked into ordering two larger pizzas as the server (not so great english speaker) convinced us it was the only way we could get the buy one get one free deal, after checking with her a number of times we ordered the two large. When we went back in to collect we asked another server if this was the case, it of course wasn't and we were tricked out of money. There have been times where the service has been spot on and the orders have been correct but it's less than 50:50, which isn't what should be expected.

Wanted a pizza I normally order the Texas bbq lassie on the phone couldn't speak English that great and we were waiting for 1 hour and a half my other half phones up asking where it is the manor we got was you made it to collect when we never collect then an extra 15 minutes went by the order came and my pizza was completely wrong they gave me a ranch bbq the pizza was cold and it got chucked straight in the bin!

A few times i have ordered now and they have managed to get something wrong. If youre not using a deal think its overpriced for what you get as some of the pizza a bit to crispy for everyones comfort. In this latest mistake the driver arrived without the bottle of cola which meant a phone call to the store then a hurried apology , hang up by them and another 20mins wait by for the driver which time we had eaten most of the food and quick here you go when handing across the cola with no apology. Prefer pizza hut as think there pizzas are better. Service seems to be goin downhill

It's quick delivery and pleasent drivers plus pizza always hot

Staff were friendly enough but there systems needed updating and the staff need more training, example, the system one minute said the pizza was 5 minutes away, then jumped to 12 then down to 2. Then when i enquired about it the staff then admitted it wasn't even made yet, it was next in line and they apologise for the confusion.

Expensive for what you get. Local Pizza Hut delivery off better deals.

My husband and I get pizza out of Domino's a lot, & we are always very satisfied, very fresh & very tasty pizza.

Spot on, exactly what you expect from domino's

Never had an issue with food quality, but delivery drivers normally make me go out to their car to pick up the pizza, the last two instances the driver was parked outside, couldn't find the flat so left. Called up had to wait ten minutes to find out where it was, driver showed up ten minutes later making the overall time the pizza was out of the store 30 minutes. Called to complain about how cold it was, was given £10 credit for next order, called for order and there is no record of the discount on system. Better off ordering from tasty grill

Usually good but the last few times Hav been very bad First time they never marked our order down and never brought us it at all Second time we ordered and we never got our pizzas till 1hour and 30 minutes later and they were cold 👌🏻

Lost a star because of the full price, but check what deals they're doing at the time. Delicious pizzas made fresh in store. If you go in to collect, you can watch them slap, top, bake and box your pizza. Parking outside around the corner, although they deliver to most places in Falkirk.
