Once again order not complete this time no chips at all!!!!!!!!! Pay for ketchup and don't get called but said contact just eat contacted them response in 2 days!!!!!

Staff stood round chatting while people's orders just piled up on the packing bay Huge que of people but didn't make a slight bit of difference. By the time I got my order it was stone cold. Staff offered to remake but I'd already waited so long for the original order I didn't have the time or inclination to wait any longer Very poor

I’d consider giving it another star when the coffee I get from here is more than half full… I’ve never dropped a review, but today the service and food was awful. Took about 20 minutes with people already frustrated (I’m not really that way, but it paints a picture). When I received my BBQ bacon chicken wrap, there was no bacon. Food would maybe be ok of they actually delivered it so I could eat it. Everytime I order a delivery from here, I get burgers left out of my bag. Now bags are sealed with Pin numbers to give but still items missing from delivery. It's not good enough. I have to wait a week for refund, so what do I have for dinner without the money together another delivery! 🤔😡

Before you read this I'd like to make it cleae I work in fast food aswell so I am understanding of other fast food workers, however the staff,food and everything else in this restaurant is horrible. I've been here a few times now as I'm not local but attend college nearby. The few times I've been the staff have been passive aggressive or careless. One example of my food being horrible is the time I ordered my usual breakfast option- a mighty mcmuffin meal. It tasted stale and it was hard to bite into. Today I went and ordered 3 chicken selects, a barbeque dip, a toffee apple pie and a cheeseburger with no pickles,onions or mustard. My number was shouted and as soon as I walked to get it the staff member just walked away and didn't say anything. I then stood at the counter as my dip wasn't in the bag, two managers were standing talking until one noticed me. She walked towards me and I asked for my dip, she then told me it would be 50p and when I mentioned politely that I ordered it with my selects her face dropped, she drew me daggers and she chucked the dip in my bag. As a fast food worker I don't really understand this as if I treated a customer like this I would be yelled at by my manager. My burger also came with the onions on it (I didn't realise till I reached my destination) and as I have ADHD I cannot eat them due to my sensory issues so I had to sit and pick them off.

Waited 20 minutes for food. It wasn't busy so clearly forgot about me. Still waiting to speak to manager . Chicken burger looked like it had been run over in the drive through 😠

Second time with a delivery that we have not received everything in the order. Very disappointing that it’s now happened for a second time! Will not be ordering again!

Kids ordered plain cheeseburger happy meals got home to eat them and they were not plain so the birds got the lot and I still had to feed kids 😡

Busiest McDonald's I've ever been to. be prepared for a long line and wait during the busy season

I ordered a double cheeseburger meal to sit in. When it came the burger looked like it had been sitting around all day, it was lukewarm and the cheese hadn't even melted, the chips were both burnt and undercooked and soggy. The meal was disgusting, I wouldn't give it to my dog. The only thing that was okay was the drink. Hadn't been to McDonald's for years, it used to be good then. I won't be back if that's the kind of slop they try to pass for food.

I should have took the young lads name that dropped to the table as he was so pleasant and happily got some dips.i can't go out much with my disorder but ordering to table and paying by mobile and the disabled spaces help so much

Great wee McDonalds, nice and handy in Falkirk, the service is good, sometimes I find the food isn’t hot but it’s always been rectified with little to no fuss.

Incapable of following even the simplest of orders. If I wanted 20 dry chicken nuggets I wouldn’t have bothered ordering 4 ketchups. Thanks for spoiling yet another meal.

Fodd was nice , staff were great but it was very busy

This is the third time in a row that I've visited the McDs in Falkirk Retail ... for a drive thru take away and the third time they either came up short or have given us the wrong thing. Then no one answered the phone for a complaint and the e-email they suggested was ignored. Never again, No more!

Best McDonald's iv been to in UK, food was on point and the front staff couldn't do enough for you. Didn't even leave before writing this review it was that good. I could sing the staffs praises enough here.

Placed an ordered on just eat..totally ordered come. I rang to sort it out and was spoken to by I assume was a female manager as a male answered 1st. Asked for a complaints and the women hung up.

It's McDonald's... Nothing special. Tasty burger. chips and drinks . However this visit was cheery and pleasant due to server . Now that does make a difference

Always go here for coffee as it's better priced than the likes of Starbucks (total ripoff) and McDonald's pays taxes in the UK unlike them so not getting my money 🤑

Been 8 times never once had oder right

Finally had enough of this place. Ordered a £40 delivery to feed three people. It's less than five min drive from the house. It was after the busy lunch hour, and yet somehow took 40 min. The wait wasn't a huge issue though, but everything arrived cold. None of it was even luke warm. This is the first we've ordered since an Uber Eats driver stole my £90 order a few months ago and McDonalds refused to refund me. And before anyone says i should talk to Uber Eats (which is what McDonalds said), i ordered through the McDonalds app, not the Uber Eats app. Thankfully, because it was a card payment, the bank refunded me directly, but McDonalds flat out refused to do anything. The only reason i ordered again is because my kids think McDonalds is good. Washing my hands of them. Kids will need to find a new favourite burger. No concept of customer service whatsoever, and more than happy to deliver food that has gone cold. Who knows how long it had to sit out for that to happen. Avoid at all costs. Order from somewhere else. Anywhere else.

We had a great meal in McDonald's and the staff were very polite we were asked to find a table and our food was brought over to us. Top marks.

Bloody shambles. The last four times I've ordered through just eat there's been items missing, a trained monkey could read a receipt so there's really no excuse. I feel it's intended to promote mcdelivery instead.

It's been over a year since I got an order form mcdonalds that was completely correct. They miss out items, extras for items that are listed printed on the box they're putting the item minus the extra that was paid for. Pies, cheese bites/mozzarella sticks/ect are the items you're most unlikely to receive after you pay for it, but they could just forget whole meals. Often the burger is missing, or whole happy meals are missing, and the only otption to fix the issue in reasonable time, is to make a second order for these items before even getting a refund... Which takes me onto my next issue. Ubereats is AWFUL to customers and refuses refunds entirely if mcdonalds has screwed you over often, Avoid like the plague. I'm now just not gonna be a mcdonalds customer ever again.

Best McDonald's in the central belt!. Staff are always cheerful and very helpful. I go in with a wheelchair and they are always very accommodating.

First got our order and it was cold then got it again and it was missing a burger patty. This happens all the time here and it's unacceptable. One member of staff was rude about it but the other one was polite, I don't know what's going on at this mcdonald's but there's problems all the time here. It wasn't even busy!

Staff are so helpful and friendly. Very clean. Can get very busy but choose your time and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Food as expected. Coffee really nice. Parking no problem.

Last visit to the McDonald's at earlsgate roundabout in Grangemouth...staff were terrible and the food was even worse..freezing cold burger and chips and a chocolate shake that tasted of nothing 😡

Girl working at the drive thru service speakers (7/12/2023 at 9:45) was very rude. Went to the drive through and asked for caramel pies, shes put through caramel latte. We pull up to the window to pay and realise the mistake on the screen and explained we had ordered caramel pie. She got very rude and insisted we ordered a caramel latte, when she decided to change this minor mistake she then muttered under her breath (not sure what but didn’t seen it was something nice she had to say). She shouldn’t be working in this job If she cannot be nice to customers for less than 10 seconds. Although, the guy at the next window was great and very polite

Perfect position for after shopping experience. Drive through is quick. Walking in, ordering and receiving food is quite quick. Helpful, friendly staff. Always cleaning out bins. Plenty condiments always available. Plenty seating inside with a great atmosphere.

Food was late, 2 meals missing, I contacted them to be told it delivery drivers fault,I pointed out it was them that put the food in the bag and stapled it ,then RUTH the manager put the phone down .SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Wrong order and blamed it on delivery manager RUTH put the phone down after I pointed out they had put the food in the bad not the delivery driver. Complaint on the way to head office.

They only gave us 1 full meal out of 3, and what was given was terrible cold food, when we went to go get the order refunded or remade they were rude and didn't offer any help, if you plan to order from here, collect the order or use just eat/ uber eats so you can actually get a refund without dealing with the mean idiots we like we did.

Great food - very tasty and fresh! Great service, fast service. The self- service kiosk is very handy to use and user friendly.

Normally use the McDonalds App to place order and collect via the drive thru at lunch Time. Staff in the drive thru are polite and pleasant and some time have a chat if queue is a little longer than usual.

Ok ok so I got mcdonalds a few days ago and I am SHOCKED. I ordered my usual, 6 chicken nugget meal with normal coke as a takeaway 🥡 but when I got home and started drinking my cokie I realised that they gave me DIET COKE!!! How could you do this McDonald’s!? I am skinny enough. When I started eating my food, I tasted it and there was NO SALT! And I didn’t get any salt packets. This is so DISSAPOINTING

Very busy when we got in, but made our order on the screen, and the table service was very prompt.

If you like McDonald's as much as my kids do then this is one of the better ones.

I went to McDonald's on 27th of April and I got a drive through. The worker who took our order was extremely respectful and nice. However the food was cold, they forgot a full meal which led to great disappointment and charged for the meal that wasn't even in the bag. Extreme dissatisfied. Furthermore my friend had no meal to enjoy and was left starving.

Ordered through McDonalds app,delivery driver was abusive at the door.I asked him to take order away.Called Store to be told its Uber eats problem whom are impossible to contact.Therefore I have no food and have been charged for it.Disgraceful service from McDonalds won't use this store again.Very unhelpful managers taking no responsibility could have been easily solved.

Was a bit miffed that I had to wait in a queue to park! Drive through was using both lanes meaning those who wished to sit in the restaurant were forced to wait for a parking space while drive through orders were being taken and then again having to wait to leave as the exit lane was blocked again!

Good experience, however justeat drivers slow wait down.
