Great prices, definitely my go to for pizzas and burgers 👍🏽 think they’ve done the place up, feels posh and proper.

Ordered two pizzas. Came late and one of them was burnt. Called the shop and they said it’s not burnt. Bring it in the shop and we’ll see if it’s burnt then you wait and we’ll make you another one. I couldn’t go in freezing cold to the shop so just threw it away. If you want all this hassle then order from them otherwise find another shop

And on top of that they won't ever make right a wrong so it's on the boycott from now on, can't even rate the food from tonight as it never showed up. A small outlet. A few seats inside. Sells fast food; burgers,pizza and desserts. Friendly owner. Pizzas could be better, too doughy.Average. Give it try. Update: they now use chips, not fries; these are much better. The most recent meal I had, yesterday, was definitely a step up from the previous times. The box meal deal is very good; chips, burger, donner and chicken strips. Recommended? Yup.

The worst experience I have had with a restaurant! I was threatened by a staff that he will come to my house and attack me because I had placed a large order for delivery and they wanted me to attend the shop to pay! Even though I ordered for delivery and will only start the order after it’s paid, this is after I was told 45mins earlier that the food is being prepared and will take a hour as it’s a large order, this is unacceptable! With this type of behaviour, how can I even believe they even care about customer service

Nice food..mrs ordered from here before ro i nipped in on thebway home. Place looked clean enough but staff were struggling ..Poor freshy was bouncing between taking orders with limited english and knockin up a xl pizza. My o.c.d got the better of me and I dipped..we all know them tills are riffy at the best of times. No watches sold here😑

If I could give a 0, then I would. I waited 1.5 hours to be told the delivery driver is refusing to deliver the food to my address because I was in the city centre and have to pick it up from a nearby location even after repeatedly mentioning I am not from Birmingham and I am staying at a hotel. The staff at the shop then try to negotiate with me in where to pick the food up from even though I have paid for a delivery service through Ubereats. They said they can only resolve the problem by cancelling my order which means they haven't resolved the problem, I'm left with no food after 1.5 hours, they don't see that the driver is the problem refusing to do the job he's assign to do. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Restaurant phone not working. Called 10 times goes to voicemail. Been an hour and a half no sign of the delivery guy. Such a bad experience...first and last time ordering from here. No business survive acting like this.

AVOID COMPLETELY ordered food on uber eats after a night out waited a hour for the food rang the restaurant was ringing but no answer then they switched their phone off and could not ring through but still worked when i 141 the number then was told on app the they had cancelled my food after waiting over an hour is a complete scam!!!!!!

i am genuinely appalled by this place. never have i ever gotten food poisoning off a donner kebab. i’m a broke uni student so this was genuinely all i had all day, and was forced to take 2 days out because of how unwell the food made me. never knew of the 2 star health rating till after, which is a very kind rating. food was also delivered over 2 hours late and the driver had to wake me up around 4am to come collect it. please don’t be tricked by the cheap prices!

Staff were rude they kept the food behind the counter when I ordered and they started racially profiling me for no reason i wouldn't recommend this place at all and they basically tried to attack me and telling each other not to give the food to me that I ordered and them being stuiped saying I haven't order when i clearly did and my cheese burger meal and chips and my other fold they was cold and soggy and dried i Do not recommend this place at all.

Had a late night stop here at the munch spot and they took my order really well I had chicken strips with fries and chilli sauce and it was very flavorful, fresh, hot and I can't wait to order again.

I always order here, the prices are reasonable and the food is amazing, I always ask them to make my fries soft instead of crispy and they always follow the instructions plus they give extra sauce. The only problem is that the shop provides the drivers so you don’t get updates and sometimes it takes long for the food to come

NEVER EVER order from here! Ordered on Sunday night, 2 hour wait. Had to call about 50 times just to get through. Food arrived, tasted like nothing at all kebab just like rubber literally tasteless, pizza with the tiniest taste of tomato purée and plastic cheese. Would never ever order from here again.

This used to be my go to spot for late night pizza, but recently they hired a new guy to make the pizzas and he has dropped the quality massively, mainly by holding back on the cheese. It’s a great shame because these guys had some of the best pizzas in Birmingham.

I ordered donner meat meal, chicken donner meal and pizza and sides The donner meat was soggy and salty and so were the chips, chicken donner was soggy and tasted like it was o.o.d and had been washed. The pizza resulted to my husband getting food poisoning so all in total I am completely discusted with my experience and munch spot and honestly will not be eating there again.

The food quality used to be good but has dropped, the prices have increased too. The nan bread appears to be a cheap tortillia wrap and I have tried it several times, it tastes very plastic and it is off putting. The quality of the doner meat has dropped, with most of the meat appearing to be under cooked and crumbly. The wings are remarkably small/skimpy, they literally look like tooth picks, I may buy some so I can upload a photo at a later date, definitely not worth the £6 or so, they wouldn't even feed my cat. The workers have changed, and upon going into the shop I noticed this, they also do not respect their jobs or the quality of food put out. The fries are often soggy, limo and cold. The only real plus I can give to this place is that it opens during graveyard hours, so you can get a kebab at 3am.

Absolute mess, ordered enough time before they close and my order was accepted. I was given a time that it would be delivered, once it had gone past that I rang to find out what is going on but no answer. 15 CALLS AND NO ANSWER. And here I am almost 2 hours after I placed my order and I dont have any update, I can't call, can see on the uber app where my order is as they deliver themselves. They've taken my money and I cant get a refund. Bunch of knobs.

I have ordered via UberEats & The food from this place is amazing. The doner kebab with fries was fire 🔥 & bang on tasty. The doner meat was thinly cut as it supposed to be unlike most kebab shops & it tastes like it's out if this world. The doner meat must have been cut fresh , served in a box ready to go as it tasted like it was rather than putting it in a steamer thing as most kebab shops would do. They have good offers on UberEats as Buy one get one free. The delivery was fast. The food is cheap & cheerful. I would recommend to family & friends. I would order from this place again. Keep it up guys. ❤️

Basically robbed me spent my last £18 with these people my food never arrived then when I contact them I was told well it’s tough nothing we can do you ain’t getting a refund or your order , absolute joke of a place ! disgusting you just take your customers money like that in a time like now where money is scarce!! Avoid! Would give 0 stars if possible. After waiting 1 hour for the food, the driver came outside my house and said he forgot to bring my order. He said he will go back and bring the food but after waiting another 40 minutes there was no update from the restaurant. I called them back (6th time calling) they said we apologies but we can’t send out the food and will refund you. Made us wait another 40 minutes just to tell us they can’t fulfil the order refund you. This whole thing went on for 2 hours. Very disappointed would not order again from here as they are not reliable even if they confirm an order they pick and choose when to deliver and when not too.

Disgusting customer service with almost no communication when you try to ring them with regards to a late order, I’ve tried ringing the restaurant numerous times and there has been no response, it’s almost certain the food will come cold and at least an hour or two late minimum. MUST AVOID!

Popped in late last night as I was driving past seemed to be the only place open in the area, ordered a small doner, cheese burger and small pizza. Have to say was pleasantly surprised. Food was decent, good prices (came to under £10 for all the food with drink also!) Will come back again

I ordered food from them, they took my money then canceled my order. I was expecting a refund from uber eats. The next day I received an email saying I was going to be charged because they already started my order.. In 30 seconds?? Not a way to treat customers. You just lost a customer. I will tell everyone I know what my experience was like with this "establishment". REPLY: I have contacted them after I got an email saying that I would be charged because you were already preparing my meal. I contacted uber eats and they changed my billing. You asked me to remove my comment.. It's not fair? Neither was being accused of canceling my meal even though I didn't. If I didn't complain, I wouldn't have gotten my refund. So no, I will not remove my comment at the present.

Ordered from this dead place at 03:08, estimated delivery time was 03:30/03:50. I called the shop at around 04:15 and the worker said he don’t know where the driver is and he’s just at the shop himself. I waited an extra 30 minutes before I called UberEats and complained which they cancelled the order at 05:01 themselves and gave me a full refund. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional and lack of communication too. Don’t accept orders if you can’t hack the work especially when you said my order was the only order out for delivery. Jokers

This shop has an open kitchen, and I have seen staff change their food grade gloves each time they move onto a different step and when handling cash. It has a very reasonably priced doner kebab with fries which tastes out of this world, par this everything else is pretty expensive for the area, although, you should bare in mind that this shop opens late in the evening and throughout the night. Due to their operating hours their prices are justified and are a great place to eat since there are literally no other options at that time. The hygiene is excellent, the customer service is amazing and the food is delicious.

Don’t order from here my kids wanted a pizza late at night as I was in hospital for 3 days got discharged thought I would treat them the pizza’s where hard as Carboard and burnt my 10 year can make better Frozen pizzas for a pound from Iceland better than the ones they sent and delivery say though Uber but they have they own driver who take 2 hours to bring our food paid 24 pounds for 4 pounds worth off pizza never again and I will be stopping any one I know as well not to order from them again

I ordered off just eat at 3.10am and rang them to confirm they’ve received it. The food came within the hour and was very tasty and fresh and they gave extra sauces and dips without me asking. I was worried after reading some of the other reviews but my experience was very positive.

Order not received from Uber eats. Ordered at 2am. Opening time stated as 4am. Absolutely nonsense. I absolutely despise bad service from hospitality industry. I’ve been charged £13. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times and no answer. Just voice mail. Tried complaint via Uber eats and no help at all. Why advertise your restaurant as open and accept payment for orders when your are closed? Zero rating for customer service. How do you expect to retain and gain customers if you do not know how to operate basic functions of a business. Absolutely ridiculous.

Food come 3 hours late.. the man lied and said it was with the driver when it wasn’t. Food arrived cold and missing stuff. Even the delivery driver said you take on too many orders that you can’t full fill.

If i could give 0 stars then I happily would, Waited 3/4HOURS for my food to be delivered literally a few small items, and even after waiting all that time, nothing arrived, literally gave them money for free.

Me and my family eat from here regularly, especially since they started doing the angus beef burger. Pizza's are also very good and reasonably priced. Love that they stay open so late so I can order whenever.

I try lots of pizza from most of the shops but the one which I had from Munch few days before was unbelievable . I order by phone than I pick up when I went home opened absolutely delicious. I recommend Munch and I will order again .

I'm writing this review just after having my munch. One of the most tastiest food I have ever had to be honest. Even the cheese and tomato pizza taste beautiful. Also everything matches and taste nice including the pizza, fries, sauces just blend perfectly. Don't take my word for it I have been recommended this place by many people and do not regret a single bit. Keep it up I'll be comming back more often!

I ordered for the first time from here recently on just eat and left the same review on there to which they replied and falsely claimed I asked for no salad, i did ask for no sauce because i was to use my own but it was still a horrible burger just a big dry hard patty of meat and the fries were the smallest portion and also horrible unfortunately. Visited last night 6/7 April 2021 around midnight. Ordered a mega munch burger meal with cheesy fries (I've posted pics of my meal). The burger was good value for money and very filling but you can tell from the taste (and the price) that the meat isn't the best. A double burger isn't necessary as the patties are massive. The cheesy fries were pretty disgusting... you can see from the pic that the cheese is cheap, maybe even imitation cheese. The service was ok. I would have expected them to put at least one napkin in the bag as that is common sense but they did not. I suppose the question is would I visit again? Maybe, but out of necessity as this is the only place open till like 4am. The price point and value is the real saving grace. I would pay more and get a proper burger... Phat Jo's on Stratford Road is miles better, worth paying the extra money. Also, 3 in 1 Burger in Aston is worth a visit. In summary, if you are hungry at like 3 in the morning or if you are on a budget then try this place.

Don't get these cheesy chips, it's like they use the glue instead of cheese. Very disappointed they forgot my strips and my drink. The cheesy chips paid extra to get my chips ruined. Went back to complain fair play they owned up got my food remade and my strips, guess what They still forgot my drink ughhhhhh Strips weren't nice even though I only got it because it was recommended by the worker. Never going there again!! Advice: if you going to charge £3 for cheesy chips don't use cheap cheese that turns to glue after your melt it

Never leave review but have to this time ordered first time terrible experience! Charged extra for food because its the night time supposedly 2 pound extra for burger meal and 1 pound extra for pizza .. thought f it along as I'm fed ate the food... disgusting! pizza like rubber and chicken burger burnt up rubber also never again!!!!
