Huge selection of craft beers on tap in cans or bottles , Andy the owner has extensive knowledge. Ask about the history of the building its really interesting. Definitely worth a visit.

Pleasant little shop in a pleasant village and on-road parking. Pleasant, attentive staff. Home cooked food looked delicious and my ham & cheese and ham & salad sandwiches were delicious. My coffee was exceptional too. If I hadn't travelled 100 miles to be in the vicinity, I would visit every day! Thank you.

I've seen this cafe many times but have never been in. What a revelation. The grounds at the rear are beautiful. There's plenty of seating indoors and out. It's busy too. The café is located in the village hall, complete with a serving hatch and a number of tables. We ordered in a rather chaotic serving area but got our orders delivered to our tables outside very quickly. Staff are friendly too. Prices are below what you'd expect to pay in many other cafés. The rear garden is picturesque and perfect for a mid ride cafe stop. A real gem .

Came for an overnight stay at Whittlebury Hall and the Dinner times were crazy so walked 10 mins to this pub to have the best meal we’ve had in years. Potted crab to start followed by chicken, bacon and cheddar pie and roast sirloin of beef finishing with a chocolate brownie and cheese. My beef was excellent, a simple set of ingredients but cooked to perfection. But the pie was the best my wife and I had ever tasted. A little order envy on my part. Service was first class. If you are staying at Whittlebury Hall and don’t have a dinner package take the ten minute walk, you won’t regret it.
