Super late Saturday lunch - had chicken burrito, Cajun chicken, sausage and mash, lasagne, and kids Spaghetti Bolognese Kids eat free with an adult meal, so it was £35 all for all five of us, and would have been nearer £25 if my daughter had consented to eat a childs meal 🙄 The kids Spaghetti Bolognese was big enough to fill a hungry 10 y.o. boy The food was delicious and none of that Wetherspoons microwaved slop either, proper food. The chips were great, lasagne came out absolutely piping hot just as it should. Hidden gem! Would definitely go back Very handy for a post-Costco lunch :)

Sunday lunch excellent warm friendly place

Sunday lunch with my mum and sister. Perfectly cooked meat and fresh vegetables. Gorgeous! And the most friendly bar lady and food server. Will definitely return.

Took the family for food here today after seeing some of the Facebook posts, food was heart home cooked Sunday roast, one of the best I've had in a good while. Staff were friendly, would definitely eat here again 👌🏻

Took my daughter today 29/10 for Sunday lunch, and it didn't disappoint...proper home cooked food but at the pub 👍 and being looked after by 2 delightful servers was the cherry on the cake...highly recommend and will definitely be going back

It's OK, alot of regulars, which every pub needs.

We heard there was a new chef so decided to book in for the Father’s Day meal. Was amazing, had the choice of 3 meats, mash, roasters, stuffing, cauliflower cheese, broccoli, leek and carrots with a huge homemade Yorkshire pudding. Would definitely recommend trying this new chef out. His food is outstanding and will definitely be coming again

Took a group to the pub and they have been so accommodating communication excellent and have gone above and beyond to support our group. Sally very friendly and supportive and we are looking forward to going back. We definitely recommend this pub thank you.

Local pub for local people , pool table , darts , and a online fruit machine , live sports and a relaxed atmosphere- upon my first ever visit here as it mostly opens 4pm , however open all day weekends I got the chance to visit - outside signs as well as inside mostly food inspired - however I don’t think they do food anymore (I could be wrong ) I did see one sign saying booking is essential !
