We were looking for somewhere to eat before going to the theatre. This place looked ok and it was better than ok. The food was great, the staff were friendly and attentive. I would very much recommend this to anyone looking for a nice friendly meal out!

It is a nice quiet place not to busy. Food is juicy with flavour. But I wish the waitress would be abit more attentive as my platter was sitting under the hot table awaiting to be served abt 5mins. Also hygiene is ok all clean but the waitress had lond nails and no gloves. Hair in the face which she kept touching.

Very lovely place, lovely atmosphere food is always good and staff are very friendly I’ve been here a few times and it one of the best in Coventry I’d say my favourite dish is the smashed burger and my favourite drink is the watermelon mojito! Zohra is a great server she double checked my allergies to make sure that the food I purchased was suitable for me and she always asked if my food was good.

Today I popped into Franzos and had some chicken that was absolutely brilliant! It was halal, which I really appreciate. On top of the excellent food, Pratiksha was ever so lovely and polite with us, which made our experience even better. The kids were chuffed to bits as well with the overall atmosphere and the grub. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time at Franzos and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty meal and smashing service.

Lovely juicy chicken and great music with super friendly staff

Food is not worth the price waited 30 mins paid £10 for six strips left still hungry had rice with it too the uncle bens packets have more rice than them and those are £2. Not recommended for someone looking for a hearty meal. £10 I can get nice chicken and rice from Pepes.

Excellent chicken pitta with an outstanding hot chilli sauce. Very fresh and vibrant. Very nice grilled halloumi also.

Excellent find, just happened to pass by and thought we’d give it a try, I had the Medium piri piri wrap which was delicious (far nicer than another famous chicken chain!), and we ended up buying some pots of the hot sauce to take home! Will definitely be back very soon!

Food was okay, but not what you would expect from a restaurant focused on chicken and the price. Service was friendly but, as they were understaffed, a bit slow (but again, they were understaffed so I can understand).

From the moment I walked in, I was treated to beautiful smiles and courteous service. The food was delicious and wait time was less than 10mins. Ambience was also cool. Everything was a 10/10. Very polite staff.

I saw a lot of good reviews for Franzos in the Coventry city centre and I decided to give this place a try. And it was a good thing I did! I visited Franzos on the 19th of January 2005, in the early evening (6:25pm time). I went inside and went towards the cashier and was served by a helpful and friendly person by the name of Pratiksha. I ordered the Bravo Burger, Large Piri Fries, a bottle of mineral water and a Oreo Cookie Dough. After I placed my order, Pratiksha guided me towards the dining area of where I wanted to be seated. When I was seated, she asked me if I want the Oreo Cookie Dough to be cooked now or after I ate the main meal. I kindly replied after. She told me to let her know, when the dessert needs to be prepared. This was so thoughtful of her, and by this point I was so ever so grateful from the excellent customer service I received by Pratiksha. 🙂 When the main meal came, I enjoyed the Bravo Burger and the Piri Fries. During this time when I was eating, Pratiksha checked on me if I wanted anything else. Another example of excellent customer service from her! 👍 After I ate the main meal, I let Pratiksha know for the Oreo Cookie Dough to be prepared. When I was waiting for the dessert to be prepared, I visited the toilet. And it was clean and tidy. After from the toilet, the Oreo Cookie Dough was brought in. And I also enjoyed eating that too! I will be coming back here soon, Inshallah! 🙂

You have to try the sauces they have.. specially the hot sauce (its not hot at all :) )

Food is standard, prices are extortionate and not reflective of the set up or service. Wouldn’t return. Better tasting and priced Peri peri options elsewhere. Only thing praiseworthy is the Lady who served us, Mandi :-)

I recently visited Franzos and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The burgers were absolutely delicious juicy, perfectly seasoned, and served on soft, freshly baked buns. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. I also tried their milkshake, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had rich, thick, and unbelievably creamy. It was indulgent in the best way possible and definitely a must-try. The wings were another standout crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in a flavorful sauce that struck the perfect balance between sweet and spicy. Every dish was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff made the experience even better. A special shoutout to Manasi, who was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the dishes with genuine enthusiasm. All in all, it was a top-tier dining experience. I’ll definitely be back soon and I highly recommend Franzos to anyone looking for delicious food and great service!

First time here in Frenzo’s Coventry have to say the food was absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding. And The lovely lady serving us called ANUSHKA is absolutely wonderful very polite great service will definitely be coming back seven stars.

Came here for food on an away Trip to watch Cardiff Devils. Burgers are fresh with loads of flavour. Definitely recommend.

The WiFi situation is seriously disappointing — and it's been an ongoing issue. In this day and age, WiFi is a basic necessity, especially in a place that otherwise does so well. What makes it worse is that even when asked, the WiFi password is not shared, which feels frustrating and unnecessarily restrictive. Whether someone is trying to work remotely, check emails, or simply stay connected while dining, the absence of accessible WiFi is a noticeable and repeated letdown. This place really does so much right — but until the WiFi issue is addressed, it’ll always feel like something is missing.
