I cannot say enough great things about our experience here! We came in with a large group of 13, which can sometimes be a challenge for restaurants, but the staff here handled it with absolute professionalism and warmth. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and seated promptly. The service was outstanding—our server was incredibly attentive, special requests were accommodated, and that everyone at the table felt taken care of. Despite the size of our group, our food came out quickly, fresh, and piping hot.

We ordered hummus with two pieces of pitta bread, half lemon peri-peri chicken with chips, lemon peri-peri wings, and lemon peri-peri strips. The service from Anushka was excellent. The hummus was tasty, but it would have been better with three pieces of pitta instead of two. The half chicken was well-cooked and flavorful, while the chips were decent but not the best I’ve had. However, the lemon and herb marinade had a stronger chilli flavor than lemon, which was the same issue with the wings. • Half chicken: 4/5 • Wings: 3/5 • Hummus: 5/5 • Strips: 3/5 •. Service 5/5 Overall, the marinade sauce leaned too much towards chili rather than a balanced lemony taste.

I recently visited Franzos and had a pleasant experience overall. The ambience of the place was great—cozy and inviting, making it a nice spot to relax. The service was exceptional, with the staff being attentive, friendly, and quick to assist especially Riya. The food however didn’t quite live up to the high expectations set by the rest of the experience. I’d still recommend the place for a casual outing, especially if you're in the mood for a good atmosphere and top-notch service.

What the skibidi?! Amazing service and chicken. We ordered franzos XL (stands for extra L) and absolutely hot chili skibidi. Amazing service and chicken. The facilities are great as well, we got tap water to wash our hands. Amazing service and chicken.

Although started very rocky at time of service. I must say the manager pulled it around. I was being absolutely an ass I must say so. From the altercation at start the food took a little long but quality was certainly there and brought it back. The manager and staff really turned it around and compliment to manager handling the situation and offered us free desert which really didn’t need to.

Picked up a takeaway. Good was great. The staff were friendly there too.

Nice place for a bite to eat it's basically similar to Nandos but I'd say the wraps are way better here especially the kebab wrap 🤤 the Lady who served us was very nice & helpful so would visit again if I was in the area.

I recently visited Franzos and had an amazing experience! The burger were absolutely delicious—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and served on a fresh, soft bun. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. I also tried their milkshake, and wow, it was the creamiest, most indulgent shake I've had in a long time. Rich, thick, and packed with flavor—definitely a must-try. The wings were another highlight—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in a mouthwatering sauce. They were perfectly cooked and had just the right balance of spice and sweetness. Overall, the atmosphere was great, the staff who were working there today called “Manasi” was so kind also described the dishes so good, and the food was top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend.

This periperi grilled chicken is so delicious! ! If you like spicy food, you must try some hot roast chicken➕Unlimited soda refills🥤Juejiezi Lamb chops are also delicious! ! The surroundings are scorched and delicious! ! If you want to try chaii tea latte, you can also order masala chaii, which is a sweet spiced milk tea. I have tried it without sugar before and couldn't accept it. This one is sweet with sugar and it is quite delicious! The peri-peri grilled chicken is pretty delicious!! I love the hot flavor with sparking drinks!! The lamb chops are also good!! You need to wait 15mins to get it but it is definitely worth it. You can also try chaii here.
