Franzos is our favorite place in Coventry, of course because of its delicious food but also and more important because of Dani, he is a great human and his service is top, always with a smile and always looking after me my family and my kids. Thanks Dani for your work and for always making us feel like at home.

Have been here many times and everytime it has been consistently good. Atmosphere can vary when you go busy period or quiet period. Service again varies too depending on who's working but is usually good. Food quality and quantity are good. Having tried nearly all their burgers, I can say that they are all very tasty and filling. Their peri peri chicken is also delicious. My most recent visit, there was a slight delay with our food, we didn't complain but I think they could see the kids were getting little restless. So their manager from the kitchen came and apologised which was nice. He also gave few extras with our meal and also some free desserts. This was an excellent gesture on their part which is greatly appreciated. Thankyou

Its our first time at franzos Coventry. Delicious food, friendly staff (specially Mr. Dawood) thoroughly enjoyed the food. Highly recommend.

So, Nandos but worse. Why go to a copycat when you can go to the original?

The food was mediocre. While the restaurant has a similar concept to Nando's, the grilled chicken was a major disappointment. It tasted stale and overcooked, suggesting it had been sitting around for hours before being reheated. Service and restaurant ambience was decent.

Went for Lunch, a very good silent atmosphere, not much of the annoying music. Very peaceful place to have a nice lunch. Burger meat were very well cooked and tender. Mash potato was perfect for our 2yr old. Had no spice to very mild spice to high spice options. No specify kids menu but since the spice option, it's very much kid friendly food.

It was very good and I would highly recommend the peri peri chicken which was saucy, flavourful and spicy. The waiter was so nice to us and the seating was comfortable.

1st time visiting with family today, I must say this place gets 10 out of 10. Great service, friendly staff and above all Amazing food. Will not hesitate to visit again if we're in Coventry. Thankyou

The chicken was very tasteles. Ordered medium flavoured and there was just no taste. Coleslaw is the cheap kind. Disappointed. Won't be ordering from here again.

I visiting ever week with my friend but the guy who served us today named as dawood is very good and gives a tremendous experience.

Myself and my colleagues came to this restaurant after a long search in Coventry to try and find somewhere nice to eat. The welcome and service we received was brilliant, we was on a work trip and therefore had no idea of the area. A colleague named Daanyaal made us feel welcome and he had excellent customer service skills. He also assisted us when we asked where we can find a taxi. He is an asset to the restaurant. And the food was soo spot on too 😊

Lovely food on a Sunday at franzos didn’t dissapoint, I would highly recommend the sweet jerk chicken. Danny boy the waiter also looked after us topman.

Visited this restaurant for a takeaway meal stood at the counter for over ten minutes while two of the staff were having a chat totally ignored me so walk out.

We came to Franzo's Coventry for the first time as a last-minute dinner. The food is outstanding, especially the lamb burgers. We also had a taste of the chicken bhuna biriyani, which was amazing. Customer service by Danyal was supportive and he was very friendly.

Third time here and enjoyed each visit. Lovely place with burgers, pitta and wrap options. Lots of grill meat for meat lovers and plenty sides. Really good milkshakes (for a sweet treat) as well as cookie desserts. Some options for vegetarians too (hallumi burger is my fave and very filling with option to include a side). Option for refill of drinks (fizzy) which is good. Great customer service, lots of checking in and polite staff. Danny made sure we had everything we needed at the table. Comfortable seating and clean toilets available too.

One of the top tier for food recommendations to go to if visiting Coventry. Ordered the munchbox with quarter chicken, 3 wings and fries. Food was perfect and customer service was great. Staff came to ask if we needed anything and polite. I would highly recommend if coming. It's like a nandos vibes.

I always visit franzos with my family. Never disappointed with food quality, service and probably best family restaurant for piri piri and smashed burgers. Highly recommended for family gatherings.

Lovely food. Whole Peri Peri chicken was tasty, although I did notice one half of the chicken was larger than the other, quite noticeably. Also got the loaded fries with smashed beef, delicious but the quantity of meat not enough considering how much it is. Still giving 5* as the food was tasty.

Superb service and prompt delivery. No wonder it is famous on Deliveroo platform. We ordered 1/2 chicken and Piri Wrap and it was juicy and saucy. Will be ordering again.

We were recently kindly invited down to Franzo’s in Coventry to give their menu a try and boy are we glad we now know about this gem of a restaurant. We were greeted by lovely staff members upon entering and noticed how clean the restaurant was. They have such a large variety on the menu that it took us a while to choose what we wanted. We decided on… - Halloumi - Hummus with Pitta - Plain Chicken Thighs & Wedges - Loaded Hawaiian Pitta & Spicy Rice The starters were really enjoyable and were gone in a matter of seconds. Despite having them plain, the chicken thighs were delicious and didn’t require any sauce. They were cooked beautifully and had a juicy inside. The wedges alongside this where lovely, although I do wish I had of added some salad to my meal as it does look slightly beige, beautiful tasting beige though. The Hawaiian Pitta was to die for! The flavours from the Halloumi, Onions, Sauce and Grilled Pineapple were phenomenal and the perfect combination to go with the chicken and the rice was lovely. Franzos was a fantastic experience for us and we couldn’t be happier with it. Everything was perfect. When we return to Coventry, we will definitely be back.

They didn't understand what a gluten allergy was for my girlfriend which is poor. They brought out the wrong food for the table and missed parts of peoples order and we was the only other table in there. The food is really bland as well, you're better of just going nandos.

Good food and very nice restaurant, I was visiting from Canada and someone recommended this restaurant to me,I went there with family, the atmosphere was great, food was tasty and staff was friendly. Would strongly recommend. They don’t have wifi so if u r going with kids keep that in mind.

We had chicken Tikka burger and sizzling butterfly chicken few weeks back. Chicken Tikka burger was so small in quantity and not worth even half the actual price. Sizzler was okay. Ambience was also not that great. Overall a bad experience.

I wonder how this restaurant got such good reviews. We had several different dishes and none of them were remotely tasty. The only thing that was edible were the fries. The pita bread tasted like cardboard, the hummus had absolutely no taste. Cheapest goods!

Had a takeaway, it was vile! Tasteless. Veggie burger had no seasoning and chips weren't great either.

Amazing tasting chicken tikka biryani from Behrouz Biryani Coventry. Usually you order online and deliver through just eat and deliveroo but staff were so kind that they did this in store. Really appreciate the help as me and my partner were starving for good indian food. And we were visiting the area.

Nice ambient, food & excellent service by staff. We ordered smashed burger and chicken wing. Given complimentary a cup of masala tea (newly introduced by outlet) & really taste nice. Less sweet, suitable with our taste buds. Thumbs up to Franzos!

Tried the piri piri chicken from Fronzos – it was good! The sauces added a nice touch to the overall flavor.

Food is awesome. The manager, however, insulted us for asking him if there was a student discount. He replied back by saying he'd like to take more money from students as they have more money. On another day I had a packet of eggs in my hand. Before I could place the order he said "we won't take eggs in here" as if I looked like an egg seller to him. Very insulting and disrespectful manager.

Service was way too slow, waited 45 minutes for food that came cold with super hot chips lol, more priority given to deliveroo orders for sure. Fries and coleslaw were cheap asda type, burger bun was not fresh and cracked up in seconds, peri peri chicken nothing special as compared to most nando rival claims, dirty toilets and surrounding, everything tables felt greasy, toilets were disgusting.
