Food delightfully hot and tasty. Courier was very polite

Curry sauce missing and has happened before.Also the cods roe comes wrapped in paper which makes the batter soft would recommend in a box instead

My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn. On the way to the train station, we stopped at the Fish & chips, master fryer. It was a five star service and excellent fish and chips.

My burger has a weird smell to it but it was cooked ok, chips were nice

Very disappointed to find they have closed for the week, on holiday. Website not updated to reflect this. Came down from somerset to be with my elderly mother, and needed somewhere to get myself some food. Always went there before. Please update website. Also a business like this is relied upon. Needs to have cover to be kept open all the time.

Great cod and chips! Added a note to ask for the chips to be drowned in vinegar and they came exactly as I'd asked with a little note on the bag to say drowned with vinegar :) Will definitely be back when we next fancy fish and chips.

very disappointed after I ordered I added another sausage that came with the food with the same delivery and they charged for delivery for the one sausage on top of the delivery of the first order. £7.43 for one sausage

disappointed with communication from Master Fryer. Had to have a substitute one of the items on the order which, was o.k. but considering the order was placed well in advance & being told 1hr before delivery that one of the items wasn't available is not acceptable. that item should've either have been reserved for frying at the correct time OR I should have been contacted a lot earlier. Not the Master Fryer I remember - must be under new management 😒😒

Chips were mushy, the batter on the sausage was soggy. Not happy nearly £50 and not worth anywhere near that.

Absolute huge portions , arrived hot and on time. Hassan's legacy lives on from the Master Fryer shops 25 years ago, absolutely superb large cod and chips. I'd give more stars if I could. also the bags they come in are strong and also premium like the food they serve.

I have ordered here twice now and have not been disappointed. The food is of the highest quality and cooked to perfection. The battered halloumi is delicious and I would highly recommend that to all vegetarians out there. The best fish and chips I have found since living in Bexleyheath for 3 years. BAD EXPERIENCE ordered of just eat been waiting for 1 hour and half still no delivery called up and and they said it was due to rain Where is the customer service calling and explaining now had to cancel and order from elsewhere Bad service

If you want good fast food, come here. Much better than KFC or McDonald. Very nice spicy sauce and hot wings.

Chips were OK (little oily). The fish was dry, like it had been under a heat lamp for an hour. The edges of the fish were inedible and 'glued' to the batter. Considering the reviews for this place, I am very disappointed with my cod. Espically at the price of fish now. I understand costs going up at the moment but pride should be taken in everything they give out. £15 was a lot to spend on one cod chips and a roll, just to be let down by it. Shame.

Got the large cod and chips and 1 piece of chicken. The cod was fresh and crispy very hot and the chips were cooked perfectly, plenty of salt and vinegar. Portion was very good. Only thing is sauce should be free I asked for some ketchup and mayonnaise and was charged £3 for 6 fancy sachets when I thought it'd be free.

My plaice was no fish just thick batter

I ordered chicken nuggets and chips but only got the chicken nuggets no chips came with order, was meant to be a meal deal. this is the first time this has hapoened, usually service is great but have had to request a refund for this part of the order.

Always use this shop. Top quality, top value, food always very hot on arrival.

Fish was oily which left the batter soggy and nasty, chips nasty I had a couple old hard and some hot and under cooker, never going back and also the mushy pies was cold, I definitely did not enjoy or finish the meal, bare in mind I old have a 2/3 minute walk to getting home and open. Never will I be returning

Asked for battered sausages and got non battered which were hard and horrible, as though theyd been there all day. They cant speak english, so hard to communicate with

Asked for burger without sauce because I don't like it. Burger absolutely smothered in sauce so will go straight in the bin. Large chips more expensive than other places and portion much smaller than other places.

They kindly gave us complimentary chips with our order because we were a new customer! Such a thoughtful gesture. Really made our evening!!! Delicious meaty fish and generous sized sausages! Thank you lots!!
