Throwback!! These were serving chocolate bar milkshakes before they were being sold in all the takeaways!

Such a good milkshake place. The staff are always friendly and polite and the store is clean. A very nice range of different chocolates and sweets you can use to create a milkshake.

Unbelievably amazing. I could and would happily live off it if I got the chance.

Skittles milkshake is to die for! Honestly it’s a craving that nothing else will even come close to! Absolutely love this place 🫶🏻

I’m French, and I come here on vacation very occasionally, but when I do, I go to The Mad Cow and I have had the best milkshakes I have ever tasted in my life. Every time I have a milkshake back home, I always feel disappointed that I can’t have a Mad Cow. But then I come back to Swansea and I am happy again. Thanks, Mad Cow.

Nice choice of flavours and friendly staff

It's a milkshake with Ferrero rocher topping and other chocolate toppings. You can choose up to 3 toppings if I'm not mistaken

the milkshakes are actually so yummy, its hard trying not to get every flavour just to see what they're like 🤌

Best milkshake shop that I have ever come across! Name it and they most likely have it to blend. I would highly recommend upgrading to the Joe's Ice-cream shake though!

Honestly this is one of the nicest places I have been recently. Service was very nice and polite with a great atmosphere and was very excited to see that milk alternatives were available with no hassle. Definitely recommend the cappuccinos too.

Absolutely amazing service, such a nice guy serving us and delicious milkshakes. The card machine was having problems so the guy serving us gave us extra chocolate in our shakes! Shame we live so far away but will try to come back if we're ever in the area again:)

We Have one of these milkshakes every monday without fail. Staff are great and shakes are highly addictive

First time visited today and was blown away!! £10 for 2 absolutely gorgeous shakes, served by hyperactive enthusiastic staff!! Only thing that let’s it down is the paper cup and straw, neither of which lasted the journey home, and went in the bin rather than recycling. 5 star shakes let down by 1 star cups and straws

Plenty of tasty options for milkshakes. Friendly service but very little seating inside and out. Queues can sometimes get very long as only 1 or 2 servers

I haven’t been here for years but popped in on whim after lunch. We were the only ones waiting and there was so much choice. I used to come here a lot when I was a child but since moving for uni I haven’t been for years and years. So glad I went back and I’ll make sure not to forget about it again.

This place is awesome, prices are a little high, BUT the quality of the drinks is awesome and the staff are very welcoming and kind.

Decided to finally try the famous milkshake that’s the talk around town. It was noiceeeeeee but a little watery if you ask me but you have to try the m&m milkshake 8/10 and of course their cookies!

The milkshakes are amazing, I make sure to grab one whenever I am in the area would highly recommend. The large range of choice means there is something for everyone,excellent place to go with friends.

Whilst out with friends on a shopping trip in Swansea, my mate and I found The Mad Cow and decided to tug on an udder to sample the delights on offer.The young lady serving had a pink to silver face hair style and glasses whom was super friendly, bubbly and polite and there was another girl with dark hair was sat on her phone.We ordered two regular shakes, one Mint Aero & one Battenberg....Upon ordering the dark haired girl kept off the stool of where she was perched and bounced into action like a Milkshake making super hero ("The Liquidizer" is how she can be known for this review, the other can be known as "Unicorn Girl")Within minutes "The Liquizer" had smashed out two shakes and "Unicorn Girl" did a super hero twirl and served them to us! NOM!Well worth a stop by this place, huge selection, quick service, tasty products, super staff and a not a Mad Cow in sight!

By far the best milkshakes in Swansea. So much choice for you to pick from. The Ferrero Rocher one is lush

There is a huge amount of choice, I went for the kinda bueno milkshake, which was incredible. It was quick to be made (although might be very different on a weekend, im not sure) and the staff were friendly

Cracking shakes .good staff who will advise you honestly on the shakes not just try to sell you anything .my only problem always full of teenage kids .but to be fair there always well behaved so no real problem and I'm sure if owned the shop I wouldn't turn them away either lol

Spewed, told lies, hated every customer they had. I will not be returning there ever again in the future. The interior was awful and the exterior was worse! 😝

Realmente agradable batidos que son terriblemente personalizables! Tiendo a la orden del día el batido ya que ofrece una mejor relación calidad-precio y llegar a probar una variedad de batidos. Algunas personas incluso poner skittles en crazy sus batidos (quiénes son estas personas?!). Un poco caro, pero genial.

This is a place where I take all my friends who are new to the city to, and they are never disappointed, neither am I. Their Ferraro Rocher never fails to rock my world!

Their stuff is simple, just ice cream, chocolate bar and a blender, but the result is simply profound. They will spoil you with the choice of the combination of the different type of chocolate they offer, but so how it doesn't really matter how you mix them, they still taste really good. Will return again.

I do love this place, however they changed their policy or something and you can no longer have any topping you want. Is it too much to ask for Jelly Tots on a Jelly Tot milkshake? Would still definitely recommend though!

I make milkshakes at home and only ever use Mackies vanilla ice cream as it goes great with any chocolate bar in a milkshake. Just had a milkyway milkshake today at the mad cow and was dissapointed as I couldn't even taste the chocolate bar at all because of the soft scoop ice cream they used was overwhelmingly creamy and tasted discusting. If they want better buisness and great tasting milkshakes then I would suggest that they use only Mackies vanilla ice cream as this ice cream gives you the best milkshakes you can make and it doesn't mask the taste of the chocolate bar in the milkshake. Wont be returning until they use only Mackes ice cream!!!

So good, the raspberry ruffle and the Bueno milkshakes are immense. Huge range of other options to have blended into a milkshake!! They also do cookies along the counter which are lush aswell!

Awesome milkshakes from here. They have many different chocolate bars which you can use for you're milkshake. If it happens that they don't have it you can also bring you're own chocolate to put in the shake. Always busy & good service. They also do fruit juices & cookies which I am yet to try. I would highly recommend.

Whenever I go out with my friends, we use our spare change on a mad cow milkshake, they are absolutely delicious! I had to always go back and try new different flavours. The flavours range from Skittles, to Kit Kat crunchy, and you can even ask for toppings like peanut butter and marshmallow fluff. Even if you're not a chocolate fan, there is something for you there. The smoothies taste amazing! They're nice and cold and not too sickly. Definitely recommend.

Wow! I love this place. Over 150 different flavoured milkshakes from Aero to Wispa! Chose your chocolate or sweets, add some joes ice cream and you're away! Superb.

I loved the milkyway milkshake I had at The Mad Cow! There are so many to choose from and I would definitely go back to try some of the others. Recommended!

This marvelous shop makes lovely and delicious milkshakes, smoothies and hot drinks. I have been there more than once with friends. You can create your milkshake with ANY chocolate brand; Nutella, Cadbury, Galaxy, Kinder, Galaxy..etc. you could also try cookies, brownies or Skittles milkshake! The smoothies also freshing and lush! Regular cup is £2.75. Worth it! It really filling. and the large cup is for £3.40 They also provide toppings for the drink like Maltesers and creams..You can also get the Mad cow card to complete the points every time you get a drink to get a free regular shake! Tried this place today it has every type of milkshake imaginable i tried the strawberry wife banana they were excellent a wide choice of ice cream and smoothies

Love going to mad cow with friends, plenty of great flavours and tastes to choose from. However they are rather expensive. It's something that you could simply make yourself at home! If you're a student however there are 2-4-1 vouchers you can get for there so it works out cheaper :)

What an amazing place. Their Milkshakes are delicious. Any chocolate bar or sweets and they'll turn it into a milkshake. Genius!! A must visit place.......it's a must do treat everytime I'm in swansea : )

Ok , reviewing Mad Cow for my 2 young daughters 11 and 13 who go as often as i will allow them ! Milkshakes with icecreamand any combination of chocolate bars or sweeties you can imagine ! They love it ! Great cow print decor .Personally as an adult who values her teeth i havent tried the goods and the only thing that stood out for me was a member of staff sat on the work surface behind the counter rather unprofessionally .
