My first visit to Link today and I enjoyed it. A good choice of main meals. Very reasonably priced. Friendly service. The portions were ample and the food was hot. I had the chicken and veg pie. Will eat here again when I next visit Hailsham.

All the staff make a tremendous effort to provide lunch and teas and coffees, under the watchful eye of some experienced cooks. It comes quickly and is good quality at a good price. Very relaxed and calm place in the middle of town.

This is a really nice place to have some home cooked food , with really nice people , at a reasonable price . This is run by volunteers from the local church , The place is lovely we often go in here . It is very good and they help out in the community . They have a specials board . Also they are attached to a book shop , well worth a visit .

This café/restaurant is run by volunteers from the local churches and provides excellent food at very reasonable prices. There is always something we like on the specials board and thy also have a basic menu as well. Whenever we are in Hailsham we make a point of going there. It is a great assets to the community.

Hanna made a fantastic two tier naked cake for our wedding day. I sent Hanna some pinterest images of the cakes I had in mind and she really delivered exactly the look I was hoping for! I had so many compliments from our guests. Not only did it look amazing but it also tasted incredible and I was eating cake for breakfast for a week after :) Really reasonably priced and great communication - would highly recommend Hanna.

14 Downlands Way Off Michel Dene RoadSuch a charming little place. The staff seem to know everyone by name so obviously a regular clientele. Such a shame it will close on 21st. I’m sure it will be missed as seems like a real community hub

Farningham RoadJarvis Brew is a hidden gem. The coffee is fantastic and there are always a wide selection of pastries, cakes (inc. gluten free for a pal of mine) and even bacon rolls, freshly made, for my always eating sons! I am going to make this a regular stop for my morning routine.

Lewes RoadFound this lovely cafe by chance on a journey between Tenterden and Hastings. Excellent value and great quality food. I particularly liked the extensive food options and the idea that you can build your own breakfast as lots of places no longer allow you to do this. They also cater for vegans and customers with allergies and intolerances. Very friendly and great service. Will definitely be back 👍
