New ownership. Incredibly friendly, clean and I nice atmosphere. I've been back since and will be again. Great family pub with good food too.

A group of us from Rochester took a trip on a narrow boat, through the tunnels along the canal with a most informative speaker onboard. We followed this with a look around the very well stocked London Canal Museum, prior to going along the Regents Canal and finding a restaurant to enjoy a much anticipated lunch. The food was very welcome indeed but a little cool as we were by the open windows. However, Alex, the Manager, made us very welcome and accommodated our group in order that we could all sit together. Full marks to The Lighterman restaurant for making us so welcome.

The Granary 80 Abbey RoadStopped off for a coffee and a pint, arrived just as they opened, had a lovely chat with the owner (Del Boy). I wish you all the success in your business, you deserve it. Very chilled out vibe, worth a visit
